Why? Teddy Bridgewater was a great guy but he couldnt throw the ball past the line of scrimmage and had very little athleticism. He didn’t make our team any better.
We that desperate huh
We got teddy about 4 years and 1 exploded ACL too late brother he was not good with us
although i love the dude
He’s a cool guy. And he wasn’t garbage for us, he started 5 won 5 in 2019
I remember being in the dome chanting “Teddy”. What a time lol
Teddy was great for us but he was great because he played in a Sean Payton offense. There are few current QBs that would be successful in our current situation.
Bears fan, but had to read as a Louisville fan as well. Loved him in college, he was 2nd only to Lamar. Great player and even better person. Really wanted to see him succeed. Feel like he got robbed of a good career. Now you have Shough, another Louisville qb. Almost wish I was a Saints fan. Hope he does well for you all.
It’s great to have a backup you can win with. It’s pretty important as (unfortunately) injuries are quite common in the game.
Teddy held down the fort when Brees couldn’t go. I kinda wish we could have signed him to be the vet in the room for our qbs, but I know we might be strained for cap space and have a bunch of former qbs as coaches
He’s the back up in Tampa
Teddy is an all-time Saints legend!
Teddy was also the culture riding the bike to the stadium etc
