If Brandon Jacobs was a leader on this Giants team, what would he be saying in the locker room?
If I was a leader on this team, I probably wouldn’t say much, you know, because I know trying to hold a guy accountable for something that I know as his teammate that he can do much better than what he’s doing, he may not like that. Like, it can get really ugly in those situations. So, I don’t know how I would handle this specific team as a leader. Now, I think Dexter Lawrence is a leader and I think he’s vocal and I think he speaks out when when something’s wrong. I think Ryan I think Burns is a leader. I think those guys speak out about stuff when they feel like things are wrong. Now, here’s my issue. Who’s the leader on the offensive team? Who’s the leader for the offense that and that and that typically is a quarterback, but will these veterans listen to a rookie quarterback? Will they take what he’s saying and take it to heart and and do and do something about it or they’ll tell them, “Man, shut up. You’re a rookie. You don’t know a whole lot about what we going through as veterans and been losing and so on and so forth.” Right? So, who is that leader on the offensive side of the ball? Right? Is it is it Andrew Thomas or your stud left tackle? Uh who who might be one of the best in the league? Is it him? Like I don’t know. But who’s the leader on the offensive side of the ball that can get the team to respond? Who is it? We don’t know.

Giants are a joke. There is no saving this franchise. So irrelevant that I’ve checked out and don’t even watch the games anymore. It’s not worth the aggravation.
The offense is actually doing something with what they got. The defense GOT and ain’t doing nothing with what they got 🤦🏽♂️
All those leaders and the defense can't get it right….. You ever think those guys aren't leaders. They say did my job! Lots of cat and mouse and drama that goes with this team. Starts with head coach.
After the coaching staff failed this team in Denver after being up 19 going into the 4th, these guys as a team completely shut them out knowing they didn't have a game plan to walk out of mile high with a dominant win, and at that point Daboll & Co. lost their voice amongst these guys who knew they had it in the bag in all 3 phases of the game, and this is why Daboll, Schoen, and staff have to get released because it lacked coaching effort, but they knew coaching will continously fell them when it matters most even if all cylinders are clicking 🤔
It's about money and clout now. Not about winning.
