Let the media stick to their narratives. Let Caleb and the Bears continue to learn and improve *while winning*
Being a bears fan is more enjoyable when you don’t take bullshit media narratives personally.
Baker has played a much harder schedule and he’s lifted his team in every win this year with all the injuries they’ve had. Numbers can be whatever you want them too. A lot of Caleb’s numbers are kind of empty until this past week if we’re being honest. Doesn’t mean some of the criticism isn’t unfair.
I prefer it this way actually
Tbh I don’t like just looking at stats because the context is key, not saying this is right or wrong but it doesn’t tell me a lot inherently
“Comparison is the thief of joy”
I wouldn’t use this comparison fam, Baker was drafted by a team like us known for Qb Nightmares.
He didn’t have success until he left that dysfunctional program.
We don’t want Caleb to be like Baker and be good for someone else we want him good for us.
Ijs.
This narrative about Caleb is going to be running out soon. I saw a lot of praise for him in the media yesterday.
We cope so hard.
What’s the difference between pass yds and pass y/g
Caleb also has a receiving TD
This sub man. One week its “Caleb isnt him”and the next its “He’s basically MVP.” Let me be clear, im in the latter group. Caleb is a DAWG. But this shit is so funny
Where the receiver yards and TD stats?! How u gonna leave that out.
If we’re being honest, Baker has looked pretty bad in has last 2 games.
It’s because he’s not an unassuming white guy.
That’s always been the reason
I actually love the comp and would happily sign up for that future as baker 2.0.
Also forgot receiving tds 😎
What’s funny is Baker used to be treated like Caleb
1st overall pick who has not lived up to his hype and might be benched by Christmas vs 1st overall pick who is finally putting it together according to the media

Just think that there’s still another 9 games left in the season.
He’s gonna have a great year.
How many receiving tds does Baker have?
TIL Baker is an MVP candidate
Teams beaten is a large factor in this too btw. Compare Baker’s wins to ours. Don’t let homerism blind your from knowing ball
You forgot the 2 stat lines for Passes caught and Receiving TDs
😉
Media wants him to suck so they have a talking point.
Clearly he is a work in progress but it seems like he is progressing!
Is it just me or are a lot of fans paying way too much attention to really dumb external stuff this season?
Just enjoy your team! Why do you need others to tell you what you want to hear?
Mayfield was only an MVP candidate at the beginning of the season. If we’re just looking at stats, Stafford has 21 TDs and only 2 INTs.
