Alright as the post says. Who you going for?

I’d go for Bellinger, Diaz, Robert Suarez, Framber, and the wild card would be between Bregman and King

  1. I’m willing to bet that Arte only approves 1 year contacts this offseason. The only guy on that list I see taking a 1 year deal is Devin Williams.

  2. We’ll probably overpay Eugenio and then he’ll turn back in to 2022 form and be injured before the break. The Rendon curse at 3rd base is strong.

  3. Well we know Arte ain’t spending shit this year unless it’s a one-year deal. But I would love getting Cody Bellinger, Luis Arraez, Zac Gallen, and any bullpen help cause of the volatility. Fuck Arte Moreno

  4. Bregman is a trashtro cheater. I hope his career is over, although playing for a crappy team like the Angels would be poetic justice.

  5. We should go after a couple starters and a bat. So we’ll overpay for Trent Grisham to come hit .190 with 20 home runs. Then sign Aaron Civale, Jose Leclerc and Mike Soroka and call it a day.

  6. Set your expectations realistically…try looking at a list of “non notable” FA’s.

  7. The dream would be Okamoto or Bregman, one of the higher end SP, 1-2 good relievers and a utility guy. But I know that’s probably unrealistic. Arte could fork up the money if he really wanted to compete. Or maybe he is actually preparing to look at selling again, we will see.

  8. Arte looks at this list and wonders if he can lure Big Papi away from the mic for 5 years, $200mil.

  9. Make offers to literally all the pitchers. Try to scoop up Murakami for 3B. See what happens from there.

  10. You pick up a cheap piece who might end up being worth something in a trade and start stockpiling picks

  11. Imai, Okamoto, Bieber, and Bellinger. I’d also want to pursue Murakami if the DH spot is going to be open.

Notable free agent missing from that list: Kenley Jansen

  12. I think the angels will only get 1. And my choice is King. When he’s on, he is amazing. I take the chance with his injury history

  13. I feel like Pete Alonso is the type of guy they would sign a big long contact with, just in time for him to cool off and be average at best.
