LAST MINUTE Chicago Bears Trade Targets Before The 2025 NFL Trade Deadline
[Music] It is officially NFL trade deadline day and I am going to dive into some final trade targets for the Chicago Bears. We take a look at 30 players that the Bears could acquire before the NFL trade deadline which comes and goes at 3:00 Central today. To me, these are the four biggest needs for the Bears. edge rusher, especially after Dio Dango’s injury. I’d say that’s number one. Cornerback, outside corner in particular. That is number two. I would throw a defensive tackle at number three, left tackle at number four. You could probably flip those, but in terms of what’s more realistic to acquire in the middle of the season, I would put defensive tackle ahead of left tackle. I don’t think you’re going to be able to get a left tackle on the fly. Uh it just uh is what it is with what you currently have. All right, subscribe and join us. Myself and producer Cullen will be live for the NFL trade deadline. We’ll be live by noon central, potentially sooner, especially if the Bears make a move before that. But be sure to lock us in, hit that subscribe button, turn on notifications, and come hang out for the 2025 NFL trade deadline. All right, let’s take a look at some edge targets for the Bears. Trey Hendrickson, it continues, excuse me, to circulate. Will the Bengals trade him? Uh there’s been some buzz around teams uh uh trying to acquire him. Dallas uh apparently is in the mix there. Uh I think this comes down to Cincinnati really. Are they willing to move him? And if they are, what do they want in return? Diana Rini reported that they were still asking for a first? I don’t think that’s happening. So would Cincinnati take a two? What will a team offer a two? Would they settle for a three for a 30-year-old who’s an expiring contract and for a guy they haven’t committed to long term? I would if I were them, but I’m not in their shoes, so I don’t know what’s going to happen there. But if I could get him for a third round pick, I’d be pretty happy about that. Same with Denil Hunter. Not doing a one, probably not doing a two. 31y old guy, but if I could get him for a third, you actually have an extra year of him as well next year. Now, it’s a big contract next season, so you’d have to kind of figure out the cap hits for that. Maybe add a void year or something like that uh to uh fit that into your cap table for 2026. But that’s something you could figure out down the road. Not sure the Texans will trade him, but I would offer a third. Germaine Johnson uh has been rumored to trades as well. Now, the Jets and Germaine uh a couple weeks ago kind of uh puffed out their chest and said he’s not going anywhere. Does that change? We’ll have to wait and see. Um I would offer probably a fourth for him. I don’t think I’d dip into the second or third round for Germaine Johnson given his injury history. He also has a torn Achilles under his belt. Kavon Tibido. The Giants reportedly won a first. That’s a non-starter. I’m not even sure I would do a second. I would do a third. Really good against the run. Flashes as a pass rusher. Uh I think he fits uh uh kind of the Dennis Allen height, size, weight combination that he’s looking for. So, uh if you could get him for a third, I’d be in. Not sure I’d do a two. Definitely wouldn’t do a one. Uh Bradley Chub, I think he’s getting moved before the deadline. And the question is where and the question is for how much. They traded Jaylen Phillips for a third. He was still on his rookie contract. I don’t think the Dolphins are getting a third for Bradley Chub. He’s making about $19 million per year. He’s a good player, not a great player. I think a fourth or a fifth round pick is what you’re looking at. And I’d probably do that if I was the Chicago Bears. Okay. Some other edge rushers out there, the two Saints guys, Chase Young, Carl Granderson. Not sure uh you can get either of those guys, but the Dennis Allen connection is there. they would be able to come in, pick up the scheme, and contribute right away. Will McDonald the fourth, more of an undersized speed rusher. Not sure he’s a fit, but I do like him as a pass rusher. Uh, some lesser names, Arden Key and Arnold Equetti. They could uh be involved in rotations. Same with Matt Judon and Von Miller. Uh, Draymond Jones, kind of a tweener. I don’t know if he’s a good scheme fit, but he’s having a pretty productive year. Four and a half sacks in nine games. Anthony Jennings, good against the run, not a good pass rusher, so you could play him on early downs. Then Boyet Maf, I don’t know what the offer would be. He’s in the final year of his contract with Seattle. Uh, so that’s kind of an interesting one. I’m not sure the Bears would go down that route. Who is your dream edge target for the Chicago Bears? And sure, you could say Max Crosby or Miles Garrett. You’re not getting Max Crosby. You’re not getting Miles Garrett. At least I don’t think. Um, so let me know who your dream edge target is, realistic or not. All right. Hey, we are sponsored by Prize Picks. The hard-hitting football action is even better with Prize Picks. The weather might be changing, but the feeling of being right never gets old. So, keep the season rolling on Prize Picks by getting $50 instantly in the lineups when you play your first $5. Speaking of lineups, it’s very easy to uh make one. Takes less than 90 seconds to create a prize picks account and less than 60 seconds to create your first lineup. All you do is select two or more players and pick more or less on the stat projections being offered. passing yards, rushing yards, receiving yards, points, rebounds, assist in basketball, combo stats, other sports, fantasy score, uh, for certain players. It is all out there. More or less, two or more players up to six player lineups. Certain lineups pay up to 2,000 times your entry. That’s right. You can turn $10 into 20,000 with prize picks. Here’s a simple example of a two-player lineup. I took more on both Caleb Williams and Jackson Dart’s pass. 227 a half for Caleb, 199 a half for Dart. Um, that’s a low number for Dart. uh against this Bears secondary right now. So, uh I took the more on that. Maybe I changed my mind depending on if they trade for a big-time defensive back, but $20 to win 55. Download the Prize Pix app today. Use our code CLNS to get $50 in lineups after you play your first $5 lineup. That is code CLNS to get $50 in lineups after you play your first $5 lineup. Prize picks. It’s good to be right. Let’s take a look at some defensive tackles before we get to some corners. Uh Quinnon Williams, he’s one guy I I’ve been hesitant on saying I would trade a second round pick. I I think I would trade a second for Quinnon. I would not trade a first. And it sounds like if the Jets are going to move him, they would want a first. So that’s probably a non-starter for me. But if you got Quinnon Williams on this defensive line for a second round pick, I mean, he’s he’s a very impactful player. Shelby Harris, kind of a rotational guy on the interior. Uh, I think if you’re gonna go defensive tackle, you’d probably rather get a more impactful player, but he’s at least a guy, excuse me, you can put on your defensive line. Uh, knows how to play. Has played in a lot of different systems. Devon Godsho with the Saints, uh, as well. More of a run stopper. Um, not sure you really need that. You’ve got Andrew Billings. You’ve got, uh, obviously Jonathan Ford as well. He’s probably better than Jonathan Ford, but uh, I don’t think that’s really the type of defensive lineman you need. but he’s been linked in trade, so I wanted to mention him. Tyrie Wilson and Kus Campbell. I mentioned both these guys at once here. They’re kind of edge DTAC hybrids depending on scheme. Uh they would probably line up in both spots in this defense. So, they do have the that versatility. Obviously, Tyrie Wilson, things haven’t fully clicked in Vegas as a former first round pick. He’s had moments. I actually think he’s been better as a defensive tackle, especially as a pass rusher than on the edge. So, you’ve got that. Cla Campbell at 38 years old is still a productive player. Uh if uh we’re filming this Monday night before the game, if uh Arizona loses to Dallas, if they lost last night, maybe he’s a guy that they would trade off. Uh okay, some cornerbacks here. Russell Douglas, he remains the guy I want the most. Why? Because he’s a rental. You don’t need a long-term answer at corner. Jaylen Johnson is under contract for years to come. Kyler Gordon is as well. You need a guy who can step in and play outside corner for the second half of this season. That is something Russell Douglas can do. The word I would use to describe him is solid. He’s a, you know, serviceable to good CB2 on the outside. He’s played pretty well for Miami this year. He’s played in a lot of different systems. I would trust him to get in here and get up to speed quickly. Alante Taylor expiring contract on his rookie deal. Now, he’s younger, so would you consider him a guy you’d keep longterm? Maybe. There is the Dennis Allen connection. What I like with Taylor is he’s got um flexibility. He can play in the slot. He can play outside corner. He’s done both uh in New Orleans. He would know the verbiage. He would know the defense. So, uh in terms of getting up to speed, it wouldn’t take very long. Reek one with the Seattle Seahawks. I thought he’s played pretty well the last couple of weeks. I don’t think Seattle’s going to move him, but there’s been reports that they don’t love the scheme fit with him and Boy Maf in that defense moving forward, which is why there’s been chatter about them being available. That tells me that they’re kind of looking ahead and saying we’re probably not going to resign these guys. So, if they got the right offer, they would take it. That being said, they’re a contending team. They’re not just going to give these guys away because at at minimum, they’re good backups. So, you know, are you giving up a third or a fourth for week one expiring deal? I I’d rather just bring in Rul Douglas for cheaper. Cam Taylor Britt, same deal. If it’s cheap pick, swap, late round pick, I’d rather do that than a middle round pick for week one. I thought Taylor Britt played pretty well against the Bears uh on Sunday. uh hasn’t had a great year, but uh has been productive in this league before. Uh and then Joshua Williams, just a name we haven’t talked about a ton. Early in his career with the Chiefs, stepped in, did some good things. He started a couple Super Bowls. He’s got that big game experience. He’s a long lanky corner. I think he kind of profiles as a press man guy, so maybe Dennis Allen could get the best out of him. Uh I don’t know if he’s like an instant upgrade over Nan Wright, but he is an interesting name. Okay, speaking of an interesting name at the cornerback position, Asante Samuel Jr. remember he had a medical check scheduled for mid-occtober to see if he would be cleared to play because he had a neck surgery this off season. It was a pretty serious deal. Well, Jeremy Fowler has reported that he has been cleared and that he can start taking visits with teams this week. If I am the Chicago Bears, I would be on the phone with the Sante Samuels agent. Hey, come work out. If you have a good workout, we’re signing you at least to the practice squad, if not to the 53. We have an open spot now with Dio Dango. Now, maybe the Bears have made a trade by the time you watch this video, but regardless, you could get him on your roster, at least on the practice squad to ramp him up to the 53. And if he’s healthy, you don’t have to give up a pick. He can play outside corner. He’s got some nickel flex as well. Uh maybe that’s the best case scenario. And who knows, maybe he’s a long-term piece. Uh, but at least for the here and now, he could help you and he could get on the field pretty quickly. I would imagine you might have to get his conditioning up. Speed might take a week or two, but Nan Wright hasn’t been so bad. Like you you can’t get by for now. Uh, but if Asante Samuel can come in, compete with Nan Wright and get some snaps for you, that would be a pretty ideal scenario for the Bears defense. Should the Bears sign Asante Samuel Jr. type S for sign or P for pass, I would be interested. I’m at least getting him on the phone and working him out and seeing what his medical situation is. He’s been cleared. Obviously, the Bears would want to do their own medical check, but uh that is something that has caught my attention. All right, some other CB trade targets. Isaac Yaidum, Dennis Allen connection again there with the Saints. He’s been injured some this year, so not sure how viable that is. Christian Fulton, same deal. He’s dealt with injuries. When they signed him, many believed he would start opposite of Trent McDuffy. That has not been the case. Uh he’s gotten lost in the shuffle there. Mike Hughes nickel outside hybrid. He did sign a three-year deal with Atlanta. It’s either this offseason or the one before. So, I’m not sure the Falcons are ready to pivot. Uh, but he’s a quality vet. Uh, Deontay Banks sucks, but if you want to take a chance on a reclamation project for nothing more than a pick swap for a former first round pick, you could at least get him into your building and see what he could do. All right, there you have it. 30 trade targets, technically 29 plus Asante Samuel Jr., so 30 if you include him. and he’s a free agent obviously, so wouldn’t have to trade for him. But today’s the day we find out what the Chicago Bears do before the trade deadline comes and goes. My name is Harrison Graham. Join our live stream. We’ll see you soon. [Music]

Who’s your dream EDGE target?!
S
Thats why its a dream… and mine is tj watt 😂😂😂
Da Bears need a new QB bad!!!
Maxx Crosby
S
Isn't?
Henderson hurt
Chase, key or Chubb is who i think we end up with if we do anything maybe even judon.
It shouldn't matter but it will. I doubt Giants trade Thibodeaux to the Bears since they're playing each other this week. Giants aren't going to want to play him so soon after trading him away.
S
Sign Samuel!
The biggest thing to keep in mind is that we want to have cap space and draft capital for next two season. Grady and dayo signings screwed us, but we can still create some space. We need an edge, LT, safety (byard is great but getting old) and more running back depth. A DT wouldn’t hurt in draft either. I think we should go for rental players and trade 5th or 4th the most. Von miller, Tremaine Johnson, Wilson. If fins take half of chubbs contract trade for him and rasual Douglas together. I’d do a 4th for that.
If we don’t do anything Halas Hall will be up in flames tonight.
Get Dennis Allen another one of his handpicked DB’s from his time with the Saints in Alontae Taylor. Then get EDGE Kayvon Thibodeaux or Boye Mafe. Both on expiring rookie contracts.
The bears are going to do what that they do best NOTHING they’re too cheap. If I was Ben Johnson I would walk. They’ve proven they don’t care about winning
Dream on 🌟🏈🌟🏈🌟🏈
1. Myles Garrett
2. Max Crosby
3. Harrison Graham
Harrison , making this content you look like a deer 🦌 in headlights. Damm get a grip on it. Go outside and breathe some fresh air. Lol
Let’s go Bears🏈
Damn boys today’s the day !!
Does anybody know if Harrison is doing a livestream trade deadline show?
Dreams:
Sign Asante Samuel jr.
Sign Christian Wilkins
Trade a 2nd for Kayvon
Nolan smith
Will Luther Burden Be Back
This Sunday
Klye The Bowling Ball 🎳 Monangi
That Guy Is Awesome 🙌🙌🙌
I think were just gona have to be still . We kinda got ourselves in a hole with this past couple yrs draft picks not pannin out ( ofcourse injuries ) were not gona over pay i can tell ya that. Patience is virtue . Win with what you have
I know it’s never gonna happen but hear me out trade Caleb for Max Crosby
Bears would be stupid to make any trades. Look at the remaining schedule. They could very well go 2-7 the rest of the season. Why give up any picks when they, 1 aren't making the playoffs, 2 still have so many needs, and 3 don't have cap room to trade for and sign?
Poles, if he pulls the trigger on a DB or DL it probably be a average player's that will come cheap. They need to fill two positions on defense and they don't have the $ or they don't want to give up higher pick's to get high quality players. 🐻⬇️
Poles holds his fists pretty tight unless he finesses a team again..
Myles Garrett or Maxx Crosby
Jermaine isn't getting traded because he's young and they're entering a rebuild.
Calling for snow/rain on Sunday. I'll take the under on those passing yards
Bears better step it up
I’ll take Chubb and Taylor thanks
Anyone saying they do nothing is nuts . Wayyy too thin at edge and corner not to add depth guys at least
S
We've had a lot of injuries.I'm expecting the bears to do something today
I'll trade a 2nd round no problem
They really don't need to do anything, maybe chase young.
Trey
I'd like to.
See the bears go after Pittsburgh's backup. Defensive end, who isn't getting much playing time from what I heard, he's had 4 and a 1/2 sacks this year so far.
Max Crosby would be my dream pass rusher
Danielle Hunter & Rasul Douglas yes please…
P
Bears need elite players or good players no more rentals
Trey Hendrickson for edge but my ultimate dream is Jeffrey Simmons.
Guessing they don't make a move, but Williams and Woolen would be big upgrades at good values.
The Giants are NOT trading a DE before their game against us on Sunday….
