Uh, just want to jump in. Uh, Quinnon Williams got traded to the Cowboys. Wow. Probably going to clip your guys’ live reaction. So, um, well, and I know I was just reading, uh, that there’s also rumors that they have offers on the table for Germaine Johnson. The Jets are just going full tear down. Did they What do they get for him? This Well, this is going to be the question. Did Jerry did Jerry give up one of these first rounders that he has from the Parsons trade for Quinnon? Because Quinn, I mean the Cowboys need a lot on defense, but Quinn does make a difference at least when you talk about especially their run defense and he’s a great fit in Matt Ebra’s defense there. There was reports last night that the Cowboys are looking to move on from Mazy Smith. Maybe it was a one for one Quinton Williams or Mazy Smith. I’m going to not get violent at what you just said just now. I’m I’m not going to say or do anything violent at just the idea of that. If they got another first round pick this year though, it get three first rounders. Listen, I’m’ll be honest. If if Jerry didn’t want to give up one of the two for this year coming that he got, I would take a 27 one. I would rack up I that’s what I would ask for. I’d be give me a 2027 first round pick. Man, have they been Have the Jets been watching the show? I I will now start to think if they got a 27 first rounder that they’ve been watching the show, which would be fun. But either way, no. I mean, the No, the Jets are in this is as big a tear down. This is a big a tear down as you could get. And there’s apparently I think it’s the Cowboys first round pick, not the Packers, who’s even better for the Jets. Boy, all right. You know what? I’m going to I’m going to say something. If that’s true, man, they’re making this trade after losing to the Cardinals last night. The Raport saying sending a first round pick and more to the Jets. Don’t know what and more means yet. Oh, actually that might be to your theory of Mazy Smith going the It might be Mazy Smith going the other way. That that wouldn’t that would not shock me at all. That’s insane. The Jets are really going this is bigger. Like cuz there was rumors about Quinnon and Germaine Johnson and Bree Hall and all, but now it’s like Sauce and Quinn. I I have to wonder if there’s a team that uh who would it be that needs another receiver. I I don’t have it off the top my Atlanta. I don’t know. Somebody I have to wonder if somebody’s gonna make a call about Garrett Wilson in the next hour and a half. Why not? Yeah, clearly everyone’s available. And Darren, and the one thing you can say too is Darren Muji maybe, you know, they signed Saw and Wilson to extensions, but they didn’t draft any of these guys. If it is the Cowboys first round pick that’s currently number 14 overall based on the standings right now. So the Jets were picking third right now. Could get the third pick, the 14th pick, and then wherever the Colts pick, which probably much later than that, too. But Jets loading up this year. Uh they’re they’re loading up. I I mean, man, I wouldn’t hate trading one of those first for another first year, too. I’ll just say that right now. Oh, I’d rather have three first next year than this year. Oh, in 27? Yeah. Yeah. Oh, you Yeah. You know where I stand on that. I was hoping this would be a 27 first round pick. I mean, this is just this this is insane. The Jets are doing this is a baseball level tearown that we we don’t usually see this in the end. You see like all one or two guys on expiring contract. I mean, Quinn was on an extension also. He was. This is like a long-term piece for Dallas that they’re just going, you know what? We’re not maybe we won’t get a better DTackle in this year’s draft. We’re just going to go get Quinnon Williams. I mean it it is interesting to me because now now you look at it and from Dallas’s angle you go say they traded call it Parsons and a first for Quinn and the first that they get or no they get Parsons and for a first and Quinn. Sorry I had to word that right. I was losing it because we got three-way trades aren’t a thing necessarily. But Parsons for Quinnon and a first and that first is likely lesser than the one they than their own because now they have the Packers and it only mess up messes up the draft order even further. But yeah, no, I mean this is uh what a day. What a day for the uh Well, I’m glad I saw their one win this year. Geez. That’s true. That’s true, man. Oh man. You got the one win. I was I was in the stadium uh I was in the stadium for their one win over Eli Cincinnati Bengals. So there you go, Eli. That’s what that’s what that’s what you get that’s what you get for letting us win is now we’ve we’ve got our one and we trade we’ve trading the whole team. How do you feel about that, Eli? That’s that’s I’m blaming you for that actually, man. Wow. Do we think Quincy Williams would be on the move, too, or uh everything’s on the table. Everything at this point, nothing. Quinnon’s gone. Quincy could be gone as well. There’s already rumors on Germaine Johnson that there’s that there’s teams willing to meet the asking price. Bree Hall, I would I would think. Um, unless they’re just going to tear down the defense. And is it 400 p.m. Eastern time is the deadline, right? Yeah, we got we got just under two hours here. Man, oh man. All right. Man, oh man. To be the New York Jets right now. I feel like I know you said I know you said it with Trevor and I know if they traded sauce, everyone’s on the table. I think the one player I still would be surprised by is Garrett Wilson. I I if Sauce got traded, there’s there’s nothing that would surprise me at this point. If somebody came to them and said, “We’ll give you a one and a two for Garrett Wilson.” I trying to think off the top of my head who that might be, but who wouldn’t want that guy? I mean, yeah, trade him across town. Giants, I still would be surprised by it, but I mean, hey, man. Oh, man. They’re selling right now. The New York Jets are selling. They are selling. They’re I mean, I don’t know. If the Baltimore Ravens offered a first round pick for Garrett Wilson, wouldn’t you do it for one first round pick? Maybe we’ll say a one and a maybe a one and a two. I don’t know if they’d give two ones like they got for sauce. That’s that’s Chris Ballard really throwing his weight around there, but I mean this is what a day this is right now, man. Stockpile first. Get four first round picks this year. They did it once. Well, that was because of the Bellich tampering thing, but that they had remember Well, you’re not old enough for this. They had four first round picks. I think it was in 2000 or 2001. I think it was 2000 the year they got Chad Pennington. I think it was Chad Pennington, Shawn Ellis, Anthony Beck, and I can’t remember the fourth one off the Maybe it was John Abraham. Maybe they got Abraham, but 2000 it was one time they had fourth four first round picks. They might be the only team ever to have done that. Might try to do it again. We’ll see. Or just trade back in. Get five first round picks in 2027. I’m in. That’s crazy. Yeah, this is nuts, man. This is uh Yeah, this is a full tilt tear down here. This is something. This is a full tilt tearown right now. The Jets who traded away Sauce Gardner earlier to the Colts just traded away Quinnon Williams uh over to the Dallas Cowboys. Their two best players really on defense are are completely gone from the team now. Yep. Yep. It’s uh crazy. They are starting from scratch. You want I have to imagine they’re not done yet. I mean B I If Bruce Hall doesn’t get traded, I’d be surprised. I would think they’re getting calls on all these guys because they know the other teams know the door is open and boy starting starting from scratch and I guess starting from scratch starts with beating the Bengals. That feels pretty good. All right, just a straightaway. Uh Quinnon Williams to the Cowboys.
