Nashville Predators at Minnesota Wild | FULL Overtime Highlights – November 4, 2025
my big guys out there right now. So, it’s Erikson vers O’Reilly and it’s Capri off Forsber and Erikson who was beaten by O’Reilly on three straight draws late in the game wins this one to start the overtime. Capriov moves in, drops to Erikson. A shot and a glove save by Anan. I like the willingness to shoot. I think at times you can look for the perfect play in overtime and it’s a twoon two little cross and drop Capri off Erikson Ek and Eriken Eck has such a sneaky hard shot boy and he had that one picked in a good spot too if you aim for that that ear hole it’s tough for the goalender to get the glove there but tremendous save from Predators now with possession. O’Reilly leaves it to Forsber. Now, this is the guy that they want the puck in Forsber’s hands. He’s He’s a magician oneon-one. Sheay lost control of it, so comes back into his own zone. Shay, Holla, and Forsber. The trio for Nashville. Erikson at Capriov Favor. They’ve been out there since the start of the overtime for Minnesota. Forsber back to Forsber now to Blankenberg and he’ll circle back out to center. Nashville in the midst of a change. Maraso moves back in. Marshas fires. Save Gustiffson. And the rebound controlled by Favor. Favor moves ahead. Minnesota probably needs a change here. Faber protects the puck, gives it back to Erikson. Baldi’s on in place of Capriov. Ericson will head to the bench now. Favor does the same. [Applause] Baldi starts out for Minnesota, [Applause] leaves it to Spurgeon. And now back to Rossi. Rossi moves into the Nashville zone. Drives around past Shay. Back to his forehand, feeds Spurgeon moving in a shot and it was blocked. Rossi hustles to get to the puck before Svetkov and the Wild maintain possession. Rossi just recognizes that Nashville’s got two guys checking him. So, he just leaves into space for Spurgeon, but Nashville recovers and they’re able to block the shot. But good recognition from Rossy. Rossi dropped it here to Baldi. Baldi moves in. A shot. It’s loose and Oan able to cover. The puck was behind Aninan laying in the blue paint and the Nashville goalender recovers just in time. [Music] Oh my. Great goal line attack here from Baldi. He tries to open up the five hole of Annen and he does successfully, but the puck just doesn’t have enough juice to get through. I think Annan gets it with the pad. I think it’s the left pad actually that it hits on its way in. Slows it down a little bit. Oh, that thing was sitting there on a tee. [Applause] O’Reilly beats Erikson on the draw. and now carries to center. O’Reilly circles, feeds Blankenberg, and now back to Stampos who scored the tying goal in the final second. Stampos into the slot, bobbled by Blankenberg, but then recovered. He’s chased out of the zone by Capriov. Two minutes left. O’Reilly moves into the Minnesota zone. Lost the puck in the wild gain possession. Erikson with it. Fred’s changing. Erikson attacks to Capriov. Fires. Save onan. Capriov tried to get it out to Favor, but it was taken away. She hands it off to Holla. Hala has it stripped away. Johansson carries ahead. Capri off with Johansson driving the net. Favor Capriov. Johansson and he scores. Marcus Johansson with the winner for the Wild and kicked the net loose, but the officials have the authority to rule that the puck would have gone in if the net was intact. And they made that signal immediately. And Nashville’s not leaving the bench. So, they want an explanation before And that’s what the referee’s explaining. We have the ability to say the continuation of the play. [Applause] Boy, that’s that’s interesting cuz actually Johansson maybe misses the net on this one. But hey, the call on the ice is goal. And the officials can rule that if the net was intact, the puck would have gone in. Not quite as clear because his first shot hit the side of the net, but that left post never leaves. That wouldn’t have gone in the net. Johansson misses it, right? But then he’s able to recover the puck and flip it in. I’m just saying because the net was not totally off of the magnet yet at that point. This is closer than it otherwise would be. And we’re going to get another look at it. But the the net coming off might do the Wild a favor because as the net is turning on its mooring there, Johansson’s able to get his rebound. The initial one isn’t going in the net. So, it’s missing the net, but because the net’s at that angle, it bounces right back to him instead of going behind the goal line, and he’s able to pot it. We’ve seen this called a number of times when the net gets knocked back, but I haven’t seen one where the puck actually hit the net as it was moving like it does in this case. Furman South and Trevor Hansen with some help from Toronto. They call it a goal. The goal stands. Minnesota wins it. Marcus Johansson, the overtime winner for Minnesota. Andrew Brunette doesn’t agree with the call, but they’re not going to review it again. Maybe he’s got an opportunity to challenge this somehow. I don’t know. Well, there’s no challenges in overtime. The that all comes from Toronto anyways. So, if there was grounds for a challenge, it probably would have been discussed when the officials were on the horn with him. But Andrew Bernett will get the explanation from Trevor Hansen. The Wild will head to the room with a second consecutive win. For the first time this season, they’ve won two games in a row. They close the home stand 2 two and two with their first overtime win of

I don't think that OT goal should have counted. He barely pushes against the post, but ggs to Minnesota.
The league should replay that final 90 seconds. That was not a goal
Не понятненько…
Great seeing it live, and being next to the goal you could see the goaltender kicking and pushing the net at the same time…
if it was one shot cool….he botches it. NO GOAL
