You have to, um, find the guys on the roster that are no longer serviceable or just are in an impass for their career going forward. They’re not going to help you. Chas got done dirty by Dusty after the 2022 WS with all that bs comparing him to Julio Rodriguez and saying he wasnt one of the big boys. Yet he put up career highs that year and played great defense in centerfield especially in the WS with that highlight reel of a catch off the wall.
Dusty did to him what Tony Larussa did to Yermin Mercedes. They broke their spirits by not backing them up and instead they tore them down.
So I feel sorry for Chas.
McCullers needs to be cut, i think Diaz as well
