The whole game film is just beautiful for run-blocking sickos. This is what Ben Johnson excels at getting his teams ready to do.
I *love* me some Colston Loveland in run blocking. Dude can get anywhere you need him and always neutralizes his man.
Let’s get some love in here for Odunze, who may have had bricks for hands on Sunday but was a goddamn menace in the blocking department.
The whole game was a clinic and *everyone* on offense was getting it done, but these two blocks in particular from Benedet and Wright were just nasty. They took “finish the block” to mean “carry your guy into the next zip code”.

This may be just the fact im still learning new things about the game everyday. But my main takeaway from these highlights is how much Odunze is in the trenches with the big guys holding his own. Notably on the Wright showing. I was almost more impressed about that. Not to take away from Wright. Both were solid here.
Rousher deserves some credit here too. I think this shows the importance of proper line coaching and making sure guys understand their assignments.
