LOL you can have a terrible start and finish the season with the most points in NHL history. Wouldn’t change the fact it was a terrible start….. Oh this is the NHL sub, that makes sense now.
Worst thing that ever happened to this guy was scoring 150+ points in a season, now that’s the bar he’s always judged by and he may never hit that again despite getting between 110-130 consistently every fucking year hahaha

He’s not chasing Art Ross nor Hart trophies anymore and is way more concerned with the fact that his team blew a multi-goal lead for the 5th time in 15 games last night. And against a severely undermanned Dallas team at that. 97 has bigger things on his mind than the Scoring Leader page.
