What are we doing here? Well, Detective Knander, Detective Matthews, and Detective N. And well, there’s a lot of detectives. Today, you’re going to be trying to identify your mystery teammate. In front of you are four clues about this mysterious teammate. One by one, you will open these clues and try to decide which of your teammates does this sound like. So, it’s time to slip on the old deer stalker and trench coat guard because detectives, you’re on the case. Here we go. Clue one. Clue one. Oh, nice. This is formal. At 12 years old, your mystery teammate posted a YouTube titled Naughty Backhand. Naughty Backhand. This is fantastic. I’m going to go with Na off the start. Naughty backhanded. 12 years old. Yeah, I have no clue. I would say Waller maybe, but he’s a goalie. Oh, okay. I already know who this guy is. Domes is like a very outgoing guy, so I could see him making a video at a young age like that. I mean, I could absolutely see this being Willie. I don’t know why I’m going for lots on that one. This feels like a Scott Laden thing to do. I would say N is probably Endes. I was going to say maybe Nazis or Waller, but uh definitely uh I’ll go with Cowboy. I don’t know. I would go between these two. I could see Aat saying that as well. Naughty backand. And he does have a naughty backand. Naughty backhand. Willie Nazy Cowboy are my number one suspects right now. I would say my D partner Benny Nick Robertson maybe another guy. Robbie is in it. Bobby McMahon’s a sneaky suspect too. Probably Nise would be a a good YouTuber. I think Ny would create some good content. I’ll go with him. I think Bobby McMahon would. He’s got like a great Tik Tok. One of the boys sent it to me and he’s got some good stuff on there. I told him I want to be on one here soon. I’ll keep going with the clues. I’ll open one more. Second question. When asked about Obie’s 895th goal, your mystery teammate replied, “I can’t even count that high.” Okay, that’s Andy probably can’t count that high. So now you can’t count that high. We’re just going to stick with him so far through this. It’s got Max written all over it again. It sounds like Benny, but I want to add Steve Loren’s into the mix. It also sounds a little bit like nice. I know who that is. I know exactly who it is. All right. I know who this is now. We got one. Do you think that he can count that high? Uh I don’t. No. No, I do not. 8.95. I definitely think there’s a guy in here that could reach that number. I got a lot of work to do to reach that number. He loves to claim like he’s got the most uh schooling out of everybody on the team. But yeah, he likes to claim cuz he went to college that he’s smarter than everybody. But all right, clue number three. Your mystery teammate started playing guitar 2 years ago and he claims to have a horrible singing voice. Fair claim. Sounds like I don’t think it’s, you know, tragic, but I wouldn’t put him on the stage. Waller would be a musically talented person. I I wasn’t sure if he would say that he’s a great singer, but he didn’t sound too bad to me. Now I’m leaning towards Stevie here. I’m really leaning towards Steve Loren’s here. Ny and Waller in our running so far. When asked about always Yeah, I’m going to go clue four. You can see his hair, too. And now it looks a little like Benny, too. All right, I’m going with NY. I forget what exactly it was about, but I think he was like chirping us, but he he came up with it and it was kind of clever. But I usually like learn a few songs at a time and then I just do it based off that beat and then I’m like kind of change the lyrics up to make fun of that. Do you remember any of the lyrics at all? Benny right now would be number one on my list. I could see Brando crying during the Blind Side. He’s a genuine guy, you know? It’s a great movie. Scotty Lton’s in tune with his uh emotional side. So maybe he could be the guy. Maybe a Scott Lton there, too. One of Na JT could be Lori. Could be Mo. The Euros. I I don’t think that they have much blindside knowledge, so I’m going to stay steer away from the Euros. Could be me. It’s not that easy, right? I can’t pick myself, but could it be me? When asked what instrument he would play, your mystery teammate replied, “Probably guitar.” Because the girls like it. Oh, okay. So, maybe not Betty. I feel like Walsy is in it. I don’t think it’s Waller, but Waller could also have cried during the blind side. Nicey. Could he be in it? This is starting to get more like Ny. I don’t know. I don’t know. Is it nice? I’ll give you a little hint before you think too hard about this one. Your mystery teammate was in here and he said, “This is an old clue because now I’m taken.” Yeah. No, I’m uh I’m off the market. Who is that? So bad. I don’t even know all the names of the kids. I should know this, too. Having kids, I know most of the kids on the team. Would Mo, Mick, Mo, would that be anything to do with his when he was younger? Oh, is McCormick Mick? Callie has Ace. I don’t know if Callie has seen the blind side, though. No other Leagues player in franchise history has worn your mystery teammates jersey number. That doesn’t help honestly at all. That’s crazy though if that’s even true. I’ll tell you actually there’s five guys that are first time numberers for the Leafs. Really? Are you good with jersey numbers? I’d say I’m pretty average. I’m so bad with that. That doesn’t help me at all. No other police player. So, no one’s ever had it before. Who has a weird number? Well, we’re into clue number two. Yeah, I got to go to the next clue here. When asked who his emergency contact on the team would be, your mystery teammate simply responded, “Not Na.” They bring me up again. All right. Well, that doesn’t rule anyone out. It keeps everyone in play. I guess it’s somebody who tried to call NY a couple times and never answered. He’s not leaning into any kind of inside joke. That’s just the truth. No one would use Nazi ever. Honestly, I don’t know what I’d do, but I think I’d answer. That’s good. But I I I don’t know who it I still don’t know. Maybe Morgan O’Reilly would say that for sure. been going at each other for a little bit. I’m sure Walder would have said that for sure. Bobby said Mo. Mo’s up there for sure. I don’t even know. Godfather and and each other. I mean, domes is a family. Titanium table domes. Nickelback possibly traded on his birthday. Possibly as well. I’m down to like maybe two guys that I think maybe Lahi cuz he he got traded last year and I don’t know for sure that it was on his birthday, but that kind of sounds like could potentially be true. And he definitely liked Nickelback at some point. and domes. I think just because the godfather Tai would definitely know enough people where that could be true. Clue number four. Oh, easy. You see that haircut? I can’t even tell from this. Domes. Now I’m thinking domes for sure cuz the uh curly hair is too much hair to be ly. So, I’ll go with him. Locking it in. That’s domes.
