Buffalo Might’ve Just MISSED a Huge Opportunity 💥 #buffalobills #bills #nfl

I didn’t need the Bills to sell the farm for Brian Thomas. I didn’t need the Bills to risk it all for Chris. But you had two players at the receiver position that were traded that I think would have represented significant upgrades to Keon Coleman. Rasheed Shahi, who went to Seattle for a fourth and a fifth round pick, and Jacobe Meyers, who went to the Jaguars for a fourth and a sixth round pick. Now, that’s not nothing to give up, and I understand that you can get good players in the fourth and fifth and sixth round. Like, trust me, I’m well aware of that. But the opportunity right now to improve that Keon Coleman spot to me was right there in Rasheed Shahed and Jacobe Myers.

  1. This is such a bum take. You are talking about trading for receivers that avg a literal yard more than Coleman per game and Meyers hasn't even caught a TD this year. Trading draft capital for either of those guys and having them learn the playbook down the stretch is objectively a net negative on what Coleman is doing.

  2. What we needed was to upgrade or dbs yes those two wide outs would of been upgrades over Coleman and dare I say shakir but our secondary is what is a killing our defense the most. Maybe you can touch on this but why are we having our safeties play 15 yards off the ball ? Instead of being 7-10 yards off the ball ? Are we just afraid of being beat deep? It’s been the same scheme for the last 5 years we did the same look in every KC chiefs game in the playoffs and it cost us especially in the 13 second game
