I paid under a dollar per game watched this year. I think we have it really good with FanDuel, in terms of how much it costs to watch each game, relative to what the MLB will do when it finally gets all the rights corralled in 2028.
Yeah, the audio is infuriating, and the ads during replays or HR trots are just obnoxious, and how the game falls behind periodically due to commercials running long. All that is valid.

Fuck FanDuel, fuck their sports network, and fuck their obnoxious commercials that run during every ad break. MLB and teams like the Royals are going to kill casual interest in baseball by requiring people to pay to watch most games on TV instead of broadcasting them through OTA networks like every other major sports league in the US.
I loved hearing the game before seeing it all year. Best 30/month ever.
As a fan in Omaha with YouTubeTV ….. fuuuuuuuuck!!!
IPTV is the best way to go – low cost, get every single MLB game and no commercials during the games.
What do you do when the Cardinals are on at the same time? I couldn’t figure it out. Access through DirecTV in Illinois
