HERE COMES THE PIZZA
Fan of the game.
Here comes the pizza
I miss Jerry and Don so much man
Arguably my favorite Jerry Remy and Don Orsillo moment.
I’ve got two words for you: Don Orsillo and Jerry Remy, must-see TV
I’d be pretty ticked too if someone fired a pepperoni pizzer at me.
It’s the way the pizza flops through the air that kills me
Here comes the pizzer !
In a 7-1 game in the seventh inning no less
“I thought he rolled in the mud before he came to the game. But no, that’s not correct”
Such an underrated line from the whole exchange.
“annnnnnd that gentleman is being asked to leave for throwing a perfectly good piece of pizza!”
I miss this duo so much
Why would a fan of the Patriots be mad that someone saved the Red Sox player from getting an out?
Contagious laughter
Don Orsillo is a national treasure.
Here comes the Pizzer!
Pepsi Fan of the Game is a perfect touch.
Ah yes, the off season posting has begun
I never understood why Patriots jacket guy was upset, but I’m glad he was because he gave us whatever this is
ESPN did a massive write up of the event a few years back, here comes the pizza is a legendary event:
I love how all the guys in the stands wear their hat the way I still wear mine. We curved the brim into a tunnel in the 90s and damnit that’s the way I’m gonna do it till I die.
I watched this game live on the Angels feed, and was infuriated about it. For a decade I thought Red Sox fans were the worst for throwing a piece of pizza at Garret Anderson, and thought it fitting that the idiot missed and hit another fan.
And then the glorious internet introduced me to the Boston feed.
Moral of the story, kids – don’t watch Angels baseball. It’ll leave you miserable.

The way they return from break already laughing gets me every time
[Also the ESPN write up he got 10 years later is great](https://www.espn.com/mlb/story/_/id/33734026/fenway-pizza-chucker)
