  1. In hindsight, it’s pretty insane we were the ***only*** team to beat Denver in their barn during their 2023 title run.

and every regular season that goes by that we keep losing there, I’m more baffled we won it lmao

  2. Scheduled loss but it could have gotten uglier without Bam. They competed till the end.

  3. Like the fight in the team missing the top 2 guys. Ware and Jovic need to be better though.

  4. Hard to win with no Bam and no Herro in Denver, but valiant effort. Ware showed some real heart tonight. Niko is so bad right now, I don’t know how it gets better. Keldon Johnson shows good effort, but is not an NBA player. Please be healthy Bam

  5. I actually thought this would’ve been winnable with Bam. Just got killed on the boards early and wasn’t able to recover. Jokic prob wouldn’t have had such an easy game if Bam was in, is what it is

I know everyone is piling up on Ware, however I think Jovic has been far more concerning. Just looks like something goes wrong every time he has the ball

Stinks to be at .500 after how well we’ve been playing. Dropping the Orlando and San Antonio games hurting

  6. Turnovers are expected with a new offensive system, especially since they’re trying to push the pace faster. Hopefully they don’t get too tunnel-visioned with their passing as they adjust. It’s a learning curve, but we’ll get there this season.
Ware stepping up is good. He’s effort will be needed if Bam isn’t available in the next games.

This is not a bad loss. Heat keep grinding all game. Unto the next game!

  7. Jovic has been so disappointing this year. You’d think this up tempo offense would fit him like a glove but he looks so awkward on the court. What a shame so far, really need him to get it together

  8. We can learn from their beautiful and timely cuts to the basket. It would be nice to add it to our offense. They’re actually playing smarter, not harder.

  9. Considering circumstances this really wasn’t that bad.

Ware and Jovic are gonna need to be better.

  10. Please be ok Bam…

It’s still early but it’s not looking good for Jovic because his strengths aren’t even something you can play into.

    6’11 but he plays like he’s 6’1.

Pushes the tempo but he doesn’t have the physicality or athleticism to grab rebounds consistently so someone would have to grab the bound and give it to him to push…when they themselves could just push.

Good passer/vision but doesn’t have the handle or athleticism to bend the defense to capitalize.

It’s Year 4. He should AT LEAST be a solid rotational player by now

  11. Jovic man, every offensive and defensive possession hes so ass. lucky hes tall only reason why spo is playing him

  12. I was there. I don’t even remember Jokic having the ball let alone the line he put up.

  13. 1. Jovic looking bad. cant score, or pass, or rebound. No steals or blocks. That contract they gave him might be a mistake

    2. I get that we want everyone shooting 3’s, but you got larsen, jamie, jovic, kj, and smith going 3-19, and simone takes 2 shots. How about we move some of those shots over to the 3 point specialist next time?

    3. I’m not worried about ware at all. He’s has a nice shot, he’s grabbing boards, steals and blocks, his presence in the paint makes a difference.

  14. Jovic needs to find his role in this offense. He’s not good enough to be a starter, and he’s not enough of a knockdown shooter to help Jacquez for the bench squad. All eyes are on him right now.

Not too worried about the rest of the team though, Ware did his thing and they fought well. But of course Jokic is gonna do Jokic things. On to the next!

  15. It’s the same script every time against Denver. We play them tight, they start gradually pulling away, and we don’t have the firepower to keep up. There’s no Jokic or Luka on this team and it really showed up on this road trip. It is what it is, I like our direction. Hopefully Bam is not out long and the team doesn’t lose their overall momentum from this.
