Nick Nurse Is Running These Sixers Players INTO THE GROUND!!! #76ers #Sixers #NBA

I did not expect them to win this game. I think deep down we all knew that this was the closest thing to a scheduled loss, but the way you lose is also very important. And the Sixers go from getting the doors blown off in the first quarter to then coming back in the second quarter in what felt like it was an hour and a half long where there was four reviews back to back to back to back and then the 76ers come out and do exactly what they’ve done all season and that is be a historically bad third quarter team. They get outscored 37-20 in the third quarter and they continue to let that be their kryptonite. That is their downfall and I’m looking at Nick Nurse specifically tonight because again I knew that they had dead legs. I knew that being down Joel Embiid and Jared McCain, this would be a tough game regardless against a Cavs team who was supposed to be at the top of the Eastern Conference. But how come for three and a half quarters tonight there was absolutely no offense? You did not run any type of offense. It was literally ISO after I iso after ISO. Overall, this offense was so out of sync tonight. It really surprised me that the Cavaliers, who are right now the 26th ranked offense in the NBA, put up 132 points on your team. You didn’t even think about playing defense tonight. And you know what, man? I said it yesterday. I’ll say it again. playing Tyrese Maxi, VJ Edgecomb, and Kelly Ubé. 40 plus minutes per game is really starting to wear down this team early. You are burning these guys

The Sixers fell to 5-3 after getting beat down by the Cavaliers. They have lost 2 games in a row and look human again. Even more important than the loss on the second of a back-to-back tonight, Nick Nurse is burning out some of the Sixers (like Tyrese Maxey, VJ Edgecombe, & Kelly Oubre) way too early in the season. It would surely help if Joel Embiid could play every game and Paul George would actually return, but he is risking getting these guys injured.   6. I'm not sure if Nurse has the power to sit Maxey even if he wanted to. Star players need their stats, so do the sports books.

  10. Really ?? A schedule loss ? Why cause they blew last nights game ? I bet if Vuc doesn’t hit that shot you don’t talk like this ! Smh no excuse so many team win on back to back games. Or split even after tough losses.

  15. Sixers is losing because they are turning the ball over too many times shooting 3s. It a time when you shoot the 3 and a time when you don't shoot as many. When you have a 23 point lead that's the time you don't shoot as many knowing that you're going to miss more of them then you're going to make. Nick Nurse doesn't have a clue about how to manage the game in certain situations. He going to get out coach by the coaches that doesn't have nearly as much talent as this Sixers team. Nick Nurse is actually doing nothing to make this team a title contender. The Sixers won't beat the best teams in the Conference. They will continue to make the same mistakes and Nick Nurse doesn't have a clue on how to fix it.

  16. Plus the turnovers are costing us too and giving us offensive rebounds hit hard too. We’re now 6th in the conference and we don’t play until the weekend and then we have another back to back Adam Sliver hates us man… We gotta win vs the Raptors there not a great team, I hope they rest Joel Embiid for that game because the Raptors aren’t a good team we should able to win We need Dom Barlow and Paul George SUPER badly. I really wanna know what is cursing us in the third. It just makes no sense…

  22. Maybe if you deploy BOTH Grimes & Oubre starting the 3rd it will keep us closer without getting into a hole in the 3rd like we do just about EVERY game.
