  1. Best they can do is string him along with franchise tags and then let him walk with no compensation

  2. We’ve got him at least two more years cheap, even IF we were gonna sign him early, next season would be the year to do it.

  3. So by sign him, you mean string him along for a few years with insulting offers, franchise tag him so it creates locker room drama, and then eventually let him walk for nothing while his replacement on the roster never comes close to his level? The wheels are already turning my guy.

  4. Sorry Katie doesn’t work in season. They never to extensions during season. Idk if they just don’t have enough people to do all the different tasks or it’s a self imposed restriction

  5. Where’s that picture of him giving up the game winning touchdown pass from a RB to a rookie TE in the Jets game?

  6. He’s represented by Athlete’s First, and while not specifically by David Mulugheta, that is Mulugheta’s agency. So I doubt getting him signed this offseason or at any “discount” is unlikely.

  7. Duke Tobin shouldn’t be allowed to handle player contracts anymore. Or allowed into the office.

  8. The eagles would. The Bengals won’t because it increases risk (injury, of the field crap, etc). You sign him now and that signing bonus money is committed now. Wait two years and it will be more expensive, yes. But also you’re not risking money being tied up in a player that might not be able to perform to the end of the rookie contract. They are the most risk averse team in the NFL.
