I just don’t know what needs to change for us to go back to being a contender instead of this joke we’ve been in recent years.

First, clean house by getting rid of McKay, Terry and Raheem. Second, Blank should not be involved in the hiring process of the next GM or head coach, he should just hire a private firm to do the search for GM/head coach. Third, find a new franchise QB.

I’m afraid that may have been once in a lifetime. I’ve gone back and re-watched games from that season and Ryan was operating on another level.
