Luka is in heaven

  1. Luka has definitely toned his shot talking down. I mean he still talks shit but whilst running back on defense, I think that’s the most important part.

JJ addressed this with Luka in his first podcast so I think he brought it up to him as a coach.

I really like the quality of their relationship. His English is best when he’s at ease and u can see that when he is doing those 2 podcast.

Really looking forward to their future.

  2. No, they were calling crazy in that San Antonio game. I swear somebody was catching a parlay.

  3. JJ is passionate as fuck. I love that because he’s been on every single side of basketball. He’s played it, he’s called it, now he’s coaching it. And he will call people tf out. That’s what makes him good for Luka. And it seems like that’s something that he needs.

He doesn’t need to be coddled. And he was held accountable when he was a kid.

That’s probably the thing that makes me maddest about the trade. He grew up in the European basketball system and they knew he was special but didn’t tolerate him being a cocky piece of bitch. Jason “Luka is the Plan” Kidd tho seems like he’s not good with communication or conflict resolution.

Luka has played 30 games with the Lakers & he has lost weight, stop bitching to the detriment of the team, and started playing defense.

I struggle to believe that the reason that is, was solely the trade.

  4. Former head coach Darvin Ham would have NEVER done this lol. He’d be just chillin’ with his hands in his pockets.

  5. Damn. Is the strat to let JJ handle the refs half the time Luka would to get Luka to talk to the refs less? galaxy brain coaching

  6. I never minded Luka having a go at the refs and it amuses me how much it seems to annoy a lot of American fans when a player isn’t just a cap-doffing sycophant, but I’m happy to see someone else stand up for him for once.

  7. Fuck you Lakers fandom buck of simpleton bullshit. Overrated ass franchise and media
