YOUR DEAL BECAUSE THE STRUCTURE OF THE BROCK PARTY CONTRACT GIVES THEM AN OUT. ON OR BEFORE APRIL 1 OF 2027, THEY STILL OWE HIM SOME GUARANTEED MONEY SUBJECT TO OFFSET BUT THERE’S A HUGE COMMITMENT, LIKE 55 MILLION THAT KICKS IN APRIL 1, 20127. SO YOU GOT 2 SEASONS TO JUST LET NATURE. KIND OF TAKE ITS COURSE HERE. AND I I KNOW THAT THEY’RE SAYING ALL THE RIGHT THINGS BECAUSE THEY PAID HIM BUT I THINK RIGHT NOW IT’S UP IN THE AIR AND I, I ALWAYS SAY, YOU KNOW, WHEN YOU WHEN YOU’RE FACING A BIG DECISION, A LOT OF TIMES, THE RIGHT ANSWER REVEALS ITSELF BY THE TIME YOU GET TO THE POINT WHERE YOU HAVE TO MAKE THE DECISION, I THINK, BY THE END OF THE 2026 SEASON, EVERYONE WILL KNOW WHICH WAY THEY NEED TO GO BETWEEN BROCK PARTY AND MAC JONES, RIGHT? WELL, I MEAN, JUST FROM AN INJURY STANDPOINT, YOU KNOW, I LET’S LET’S NOT EVEN TALK ABOUT, YOU KNOW, PLAYING THE FIELD CAN BROCK PARTY, KEEP HIMSELF ON THE FIELD, A SERVICEABLE PLAYER, AND PLAY 17 GAMES A SEASON FOR YOU. IF HE CAN’T, IF THIS IS WHAT BROCK PURTY IS WHERE HE’S GOING TO BE IN THE SHOP, YOU KNOW, UM, UP ON THE RACK. YOU KNOW, FOR A SIGNIFICANT PORTION OF EVERY SEASON OR EVEN, YOU KNOW PIECES OF SEASONS. THE FACT THAT THEY SIGNED HIM YOU KNOW, FOR A SIGNIFICANT PY UH IN THE FUTURE. I THINK OPTIONS BECAUSE THEY’RE GOING TO BE TEAMS THAT ARE LOOKING AT SEATTLE AND GOING, HEY, MAYBE IT’S NOT ABOUT ABOUT, JUST SHOVING YOUR CHIPS IN AND GOING AND AND DRAFTING A QUARTERBACK. IS THERE A VETERAN OUT THERE THAT’S USEFUL THAT WE COULD TRADE FOR? UM, THAT COULD BECOME OUR SAM DARNOLD. OUR DANIEL JONES. UM, AND, AND WE CAN BE A SERVICEABLE TEAM IMMEDIATELY. AND I THINK M JONES IS A TEAM THAT TEAMS WOULD HAVE CONVERSATIONS, UH, THAT THAT OTHER TEAMS THAT HAVE A CONVERSATION ABOUT. SO THAT GIVES THE 49ERS OPTIONS. IF THEY’RE STILL FULLY ON BOARD WITH BROCK PURTY AND THEY’RE SAYING, LOOK, WE’RE NOT GOING BACK. KYLE STILL HAS FAITH IN HIM 100%, IT WAS JUST BEEN BAD LUCK. NOW, YOU HAVE AN ASSET IN M JONES THAT IS VERY TRADABLE IN THIS COMING OFF SEASON. AND I THINK, YOU KNOW, YOU COULD ACTUALLY GET SOLID DRAFT CAPITAL UH FOR HIM FROM ANOTHER TEAM. UH, OPTIONS ARE GREAT AND

  3. What is Mac worth right now on the market now that he’s proved he’s a legit starter? 2nd rounder due to the qb tax? Anything less and it’s worth it for the niners to keep him around another year

  5. This is hilarious. They say Brock can’t stay healthy. No QB in the Shan era can stay healthy. Mac is held together with duct tape right now and don’t think that if he was getting a huge contract he’d sit out some games as well.

  6. , BP is QB1. Mac10 is on the team to rehab/resharpen his tools. There will be another back up QB after he signs with another team. It simply shows how good KS is in identifying QB, learning the playbook and become successful.

  7. I'm a huge Brock Purdy fan. But the most valuable trait in an NFL player is the ability to stay healthy. We've plenty of amazingly talented players who no one remembers their names because they just couldn't stay on the field. Drake Jackson, for example.

    If this turf toe becomes pernicious, I don't have any issue with the 49ers parting ways with BP. Trey Lance could have really been something as well, but it is what it is.

  8. Lol…as if a hobling Jones with two bad knees can stay on the field he's only there because there is no other option. As soon as defenses tighten coverages and take away those check downs he will look just like jimmy G and these guys will be saying did they make a mistake with jones😂
