JJ McCarthy. I mean, obviously wasn’t a perfect game by him. He missed a couple of throws, especially outside of the pocket. Um, he was just getting a little, you know, a little happy feet in the pocket on certain spots, but again, it all doesn’t matter when that’s the result. When it’s 27 to 24, he goes into Detroit as a 9 and a half point underdog and he gets a win. He remains undefeated in the state of Michigan. And this guy is 2-0 in the NFC North. 2-0 with two road wins against the Bears. And then he goes into Detroit and he beats the Detroit Lions. And also cherry on top of today, shout out to the freaking Carolina Panthers for beating the Green Bay Packers. But McCarthy was absolutely unreal.

  3. Love all these people saying “defense won the game” and things like that. Any vikings fan that wasn’t saying “JJ needs to be average for this team to be great” before the season started, their opinion doesn’t matter. They don’t understand. It’s fine but don’t get on these comments and spread negativity. This is the formula for every single game. JMac control the game, RUN THE BALL to open the passing game, defense stops the run and gets to the QB. We can beat anybody.

Detroit Fan here, Our offensive line got man handled, I’m pist it was only by 3 points but still a win is a win JJ has mad potential and as a Detroiter it hurt watching that game we need to fix our O line, Amongst other things we made alotta mistakes but our damn O line needs Revamped damn it! I mean we got a couple good players on our O line but we took a huge hit losing our 1st string center Frank Ragnow and left guard Kevin Zeitler so we need to pick up a better Center and atleast one more badass top notch guard. Anyways you guys played a great game, congrats on the win 🏆

  8. Vikings biggest mistake was letting the hottest qb go last year. Darnold is killing the league rn. We lost the playoffs last year because koc had no game plan. Darnold is the missing piece we need and a better coach was the only thing missing for us to get a superbowl ring. JJ is pretty much a reset we wont be going anywhere with JJ and koc running the show.

  20. This guy is idiot. Defense turned up and we had running game . Jj was carried along for the ride man . Best thing about the win was Brian Flores not jj. He was mediocre at best stats prove it as well as qbr . Stats don’t lie people and neither do my eyes

  21. The O-Line is finally getting heathy, and playing together, that was a huge diff. Fries is an absolute Moose. JJ is a winner, and will at some point bring us our first SB.

  33. It’s funny how everybody credits jj when he didn’t actually play that great of a game. And they hate on wentz. Three weeks from now when they have some brutal loses everybody’s gonna be down on jj. Football fans are so stupid.
