Depends what you think. To me he looks like a promising rookie who needs to 1. Get better like all rookies and 2. Totally refine his mechanics this offseason because sometimes it gets real bad
A. he is a rookie. B. His style of play and our system mismatch. So when we all can be improve we are asking if he can change his style of play and still be good. C. Who is we.
Cam hasn’t been good but he also has also been under one of the worst HC’s in recent memory who had an OC that can’t even be trusted enough to call plays. Add in that his top 2 targets are 3rd and 4th round rookies and he wasn’t exactly set up for success.
Some of the issues are for sure his fault but he aboslutely cannot be properly judged after this season.

His mechanics are garbage at times and need a lot of work. He’s part of the problem but he’s not the start or the biggest issue considering he’s a rookie and picked 1OA.
i’d say it’s 50/50 at this point
He misses 1-2 bad throws a week. He is a rookie and gets a pass.
Something this chart does not show is if the receiver run the correct route. We are starting 3 day 3 rookies.
Man, a rookie on a shitty team is playing like a rookie on a shitty team. Wild times were living in.
I think he’s one of the many issues. But the hope is that he’ll learn to improve. Because this is not going like any Titans fan hoped.
No. This is common with rookies.
Too early to say. He hasn’t been terrible and he’s had hideous play calling, mostly rookie receivers to throw to and likely pretty sub-par coaching. Plus the O-line has been inconsistent.
I guess we can make more of a judgement next year if we get some good coaching hires in the offseason and add some pieces in the draft.
Without getting into a thing on him, he’s probably fine, but he isn’t excluded in the broad “everybody needs to improve”
No.
This fanbase is so fucking stupid

Depends on what you think “we” think. Cam has absolutely been a huge part of the problem. He has made a few excellent throws and a TON of awful throws. He misses so many easy crossing routes and staple throws because he has poor mechanics.
With that being said, inconsistency is fully expected from a rookie. You also hope that the coaching staff can fix his mechanics to make him a much more precise QB.

Speak for yourself. Some of us have been saying this for weeks
He hasn’t been great, he’s also a rookie.
News at 11.
No. He’s a rookie QB on the worst team in the nfl that doesn’t have a coach. He definitely gets a pass this year, maybe next year too. Look at Daniel Jones, most people thought he was trash with the Giants, now he’s balling out on a different team. It’s just too early to tell. I think he has the talent you want when looking at a QB. Fans need to be patient and supportive.
He ass.
Based on the comments, you either hate the dude or got a Levis shrine and want so badly for Cam to fail. Should he be better? Sure, he’d be the first one to tell you that, that accountability is why we should not be worried. He has a lot to improve upon and get better to be a great QB at this level, but don’t pretend like the coaching and roster around him has given him a chance to succeed. This is a painful work-in-progress, which is a surprise to no one, except a portion of Titans fans.
I guess the Chiefs and Bucs should get rid of Mahomes and Baker
“He looks like a rookie quarterback playing on a team that had the number one pick last year.”

Yeah, he’s been pretty bad this season. I am really hoping that he can get it together for next season, but I am not optimistic because he’s struggling with the basics right now.
Probably not.
“Rookie QB takes shots downfield often, has higher miss rate”
We don’t need the same exact graphics posted every single week
The fact that both of last year’s QBS, Levis and Rudolph, looked better than our NUMBER ONE draft pick tells it all.
Bo Nix must be the most overrated QB in their first or second year. He looked terrible against the Titans and awful here.
He is no small part of the problems on this team. Everyone is basically hoping that a new coach and a WR or two is going to elevate him from atrocious rookie season to franchise QB over the course of a few seasons. Personally I don’t see that happening, but whatever. Present season, he is one of the issues on the team, not a star of hope shining brightly in spite of it.
He’s part of the problem, but idc because I’m not concluding anything about him until I see him next season with a better coaching staff and supporting cast around him with also an offseason for him to work on the thing she needs to improve on
Hey…look how long Kyler Murray has lasted on his team. Give Cam time.
Every single one of these little graphics has Cam in the “bad” quadrant. I’m sympathetic to the “he’s a rookie” explanation, but I’ll be pretty concerned if we don’t see some signs of improvement by the end of the year. Rookies generally get better as the season wears on, and as much as this sub doesn’t want to admit it, if his second season goes as poorly as this one, the odds are significantly against him
