We’re going to run through some things here for you. I’m going to go back to the front. We’re going game prediction at the end, the winning formula at the end, right smack in the middle, gamechanging matchups. The biggest story line, the biggest story line for me is I got my man Q. He one of the busiest people in the business, man. I got Q here. If y’all going out to Vegas, man, make sure wherever Q is talking or doing whatever, you tap in and have a good time. Q. Meers, man, what is happening with the Raiders? I’m disappointed in the fact that Pete Carol was supposed to come into that division and be the fourth guy that is a Super Bowl caliber coach, and it just looks like it ain’t working. Yeah. Yeah, and that’s the biggest storyline with this team, man, is that they just haven’t been able to put it together yet. And Pete Carol has told us multiple times at press conferences that they’re not as far along as they thought that they were going to be. And and that he’s surprised by that. And so I’m really interested coming off the bye-week just like Jacksonville. Want to know how these guys self-evaluated each other, how they sat down, him, Chip Kelly, Patrick Graham, how they sat down in a room together and said, “Okay, this is what we did good and this is what we didn’t do good. Let’s eliminate what we didn’t do good and get back to where we do good. And I’ll tell you, I think that, you know, getting this offense and the offensive philosophy to be on the same page is probably going to be what I’m paying attention to the most in this game. Are the Raiders aligned with each other as far as Pete Carol and Chip Kelly with what they want to do offensively. And the reason I say that is you go and draft Ash Genty number six overall. So naturally, everyone believes you’re going to be a team that’s going to run the hell out of the ball. I don’t know. Pete Carol has won a Super Bowl running the hell out of the ball with Marshon Lynch. So, everyone imagine that’s what Pete Carol’s going to do. And it just hasn’t been a true commitment to running the ball. I mean, right now, Ashton Genti is averaging. And this is just on average about 15 carries a game. And I don’t think that that’s what they drafted him number six overall to be. And look, the last time they played, he only got six touches. And that’s that’s just not going to get it done. So, I’m I’m really interested to see if they’ve, you know, sat down, understood what they want to do with Chip Kelly and off and Pete Carol as the, you know, the the the identity of this team. That to me has got to be the biggest storyline coming out of this uh out of this this by-week. Are is all these guys aligned or are they on the same page of how they want to operate this team? It’s funny because Liam Cohen mentioned exactly that. They’re on a two-game losing streak and they went into the byee trying to figure out and they and according to him they did a lot of self scouting. Okay, what do we do well? Who who are our best players? And he took the approach when he explained it that he wasn’t really looking for what was wrong. He’s just looking for the things that they do right like not problem solving but solution finding. And and I find it interesting the the parallel that I drew to the Raiders and I thought it would be different because of Pete Carol and Chip Kelly to be honest with you in a role as an offense coordinator and not a head coach is this much like Atlanta that took Kyle Pittz in the top eight and then took Beian Robinson and under their former coach looked like they didn’t know how to use either one of them. Even though Brock Bowers has been hurt, even though before he got hurt, he wasn’t even having the same production that he was having as a rookie. And it kind of makes you scratch your head. You use high priority resources on positions that are not considered that valuable when it comes to draft. It It’s not working out so far for them. And I’ll get to Jaguars doing the same thing with Travis Hunter in just a second, but it looks like it’s not working out so far. No, it doesn’t seem like it is. And and I don’t know why that is. and and that we’ve heard multiple times, oh, they’re trying to ease Ashton into it. They’re trying to, you know, you know, not give him too much of a workload. And it’s so funny, and I’ve actually been on the radio here locally. I’ve I’ve talked to Ashen in the locker room. Like, this is a dude who carried the rock 750 times in college. Like, he doesn’t need to be spoonfed. He doesn’t need to be coddled. He doesn’t need to be wrapped in bubble wraps. Like, oh, we don’t want to give Ashton too many carries. And like we there was a media member when he had a game where he carried the rock 23 times. is like, “Hey man, you carried the ball 23 times. That’s a that’s a career high for you. How are you feeling?” He’s like, “I’m fine. I’m a running back.” Like, that’s what I do. And so, I’ve been urging everyone, don’t ask that man about his workload. He wants the rock. Like, he’s a volume running back, right? He’s one of those throwbacks. He’s one of those guys that gets better as he as he carries the rock. And in the fourth quarter, he’s got defensive linemen, you know, with their hands on their hips, you know, kind of their tongue hanging out their mouth like, “Man, I’ve been chasing this dude around this field all day. Like, I’m tired and worn out.” That’s what he wants. That’s his recipe for success. And they haven’t set set him up for that yet. So, I’m interested to see coming out of this buy. Can they have a true commitment to the running game and Ashton Genty? And oh, by the way, they have Raheem Moer, too, as a veteran who’s nothing to shake a stick at. He’s a really good veteran as well that knows how to get into the end zone. Yeah, the Jaguars are having issues trying to run the ball, too, because they were doing it so well. In fact, at one point, they were the best running team in the league. But situational football has caused them to kind of get away from that in these two losses. Uh the one thing they can’t get away from is the I’m going to call it the Hunterhive, right? Travis Hunter, man, when you give up first round pick and a whole bunch of change and then another first round pick and then you see he’s the Heisman winner and all of this stuff that comes with it. The Jaguars admitted that look, they don’t know how this is going to work. They kept saying it during OTAAS and training camp. Here’s what’s happened. So, I’m gonna let everybody know, Jaguar fans know how I feel. I’m gonna let Raiders fans know how I feel right now. They’re gonna lead with Travis Hunter from here moving forward. One of it is because he’s finally gotten used to what they want to do, mainly pre- snap stuff, and that’s what people don’t get. And the other part of it is they’re so-called wide receiver one, Brian Thomas Jr. decided, he’s going to go into a slump in his second year, and he’s going to drop the ball. So, a lot of those things are at play. The Jaguars are now in a position where they’re saying, “All right, we’re just going with the lead dog. Whoever the lead dog is, he’s going to put him up front.” And Travis is that he had his best game, eight catches for over 100 yards against the Rams last week. He played less defense. Q. Here’s what’s what what happened, okay? They they tried to onboard him as an as an F receiver, which is a slot. And they said, “This is what we’re going to do because we’re playing in both ways.” There were points in training camp where he wasn’t getting enough defensive reps. They even said then, “Okay, we went too long without him letting it go to the other meeting room.” There’s no doubt in my mind that if they focused him on one thing, he’d be considered an allp pro at that one thing. The problem is, and people are blaming the Jaguars for doing what Travis wanted to do. The problem is in the process of doing that, there’s an element of hustling backwards. He’s not going to know where he’s supposed to be and where he’s supposed to go if he’s spending time in another meeting room on the opposite side of the ball. This is the NFL and there’s so many fans from Colorado and college and high school fans from Georgia that think all you got to do is do what they did in college and just put them on both sides of the ball and let them go. The NFL does not work that way. All these dudes were good their whole life. You have to know the little nuances of the game. Right. You’re driving me crazy down here, bro. I bet. I bet. You know, it’s so funny and I’m glad you you broke that down. I’ve always been a guy just from a distance, you know, even watching him at Colorado. I always thought he was a better corner. I did. I always thought he was a better corner and he could be, you know, a a package wide receiver like we’ve seen with Dion, like we’ve seen with Charles Woodson, like we’ve seen with others in the National Football League. That’s what my theory and my plan was always for Travis Hunter wherever he ended up. But I know what he wanted. Like you said, it’s not the Jaguars fault. They’re doing what Travis Hunter wanted them to do. And that might not always be the best recipe. Might not be. I think he’s a better He’s just so good with the ball in his hands. And now that he Now that he understands it, man, and you spend all of that currency you want to do to score touchdowns and you know, it’s almost like we live in an age of influence and people need to see results. If they don’t see the results right in front of their face, they’ll swear. Yeah. Yeah. I swear that they’re not happening. So, we’re looking forward to see how that turns out with a lot of people that are underachieving based on draft status. We’ll get into some of the game changing matchups that specifically will affect this game Sunday in Vegas. We’ll talk about that in just a second here on the Crossover Edition with Locked on Raiders and Locked on Jaguars. All right, today’s show is sponsored and brought to you, of course, by Prize Picks. Coming off the buy, the Jaguars have struggled to run the football. Some of that has been because of commitment Q because I think they outsmarted themselves a little bit. They went to a game with Seattle where Seattle had three DBs missing. So, they said, “We’re gonna throw the ball.” forgetting that Seattle’s front seven can rush the passer and the Jaguars offensive line was a little bit banged up. Then they went into the Rams game thinking the Rams weakness is their secondary and both teams sacked them seven times. So they have to play back to their strengths which is running the football, getting the run going, creating bigger windows between the linebackers and the DBs for Trevor Lawrence to make those passes and hopefully the Jaguars can catch them this week and uh get back to being exactly who they are. But this game to me is going to tell them more about who they are than anything. Coming off of a buy, the Raiders are a bad football team. Top five, worst team so far on paper. If you lose this game, everything that you have worked for goes back to ground zero in my opinion. Yeah. No, you’re right about that. And I I love the matchup that you’re looking at and really looking for the Jaguars to kind of get back on track and being who they are with running the ball because this leads right to where the Raiders I think best matchup is. They’re good at stopping the run. Like that’s that’s what they’re good at. That’s the if there’s an element where you can say they’re good because they’re two and five. So there’s not a whole lot of hey they’re good. But that’s what how the defense is built. That’s probably the best way to put it. They are built to stop the run first. Adam Butler, uh, Tyrie Wilson, Max Crosby, Malcolm Couns, those guys, even the linebackers, Landon Roberts, you know, Devin White, Jamal Adams, those guys are built to come downhill and stop the run and then give the guys like Max Crosby and Malcolm Coots an opportunity to, you know, pin their ears back and get to the quarterback a little bit later. So, if the Jaguars try to get back to who they are and try to have an emphasis on running the ball, and I know they were really good at running the ball early in the season and the Raiders can key in on that and try to slow them down, then maybe all of a sudden you turn this into one of these one-dimensional games where Liam Cohen starts calling a lot of these pass plays and then the matchup is, you know, can the Raiders secondary match up with the wide receivers? Travis Hunter obviously as well, you know, with the Jaguars. That’s when that question comes in because there’s some questions there with the Raiders in their secondary. Eric Stokes has been playing really well. He’s on a one-year deal. He was a former first round pick out of Green Bay, but there’s questions on the other side. Quarterbacks have been targeting Caillou Blue Kelly and he’s been giving it up, right? He hasn’t been playing very well. Darien Porter, he’s a rookie. Maybe he’ll get a little bit of burn, but he’s still a rookie, right? So, he’s still trying to learn. And the safeties in the back end haven’t necessarily been, you know, sideline to sideline knocking balls down and and and getting interceptions and breaking breaking up passes like it hasn’t happened. So, there’s a lot of questions there. But I think one of the most intriguing matchups is going to be in the trenches. Can the Raiders and that defensive line and them linebackers, can they they they come downhill strong and and slow down the Jaguars rushing attack? And if they can, they’re going to give themselves at least a chance defensively to slow down Jacksonville. Yeah. And the flip side of that, the Jaguars defense, which led them for the first five games, they have well, they played pretty good against Seattle. They have not they did not play well last week against the Rams. The Rams did whatever they wanted to do. We’ll just call that the uh jetlag blues from having to fly over to London a couple of weeks ago. Right. But Gino Smith, never thought he was great, but I did think that he was better than given credit for when he was in New York. I think he was just on some bad organizations. For sure. He hasn’t looked like Gino Smith from Seattle. He’s looked more like the Gino Smith from New York. And the Jaguars have done a real good job of baiting quarterbacks like that into bad decisions. uh give us your assessment of him and then I got to remind people that you do a national show on ESPN. What is and I always get on ESPN people about Trevor Lawrence, but look, some of the stuff that they say is correct. Tell us about Gino and then tell us about what the perception of is of Trevor Lawrence from somebody that’s not local here in Jacksonville. Well, Gino has been I mean, he’s been disappointing. Just be honest. He’s been disappointed when the Raiders went out and gave up a third round pick for him and he’s turned in this type of performance and and is leading leading the league in interception with 10 interceptions right now. That’s not okay. That’s not what he’s been, you know, built to do. And honestly, Wig, this is what scares me about this game is the fact that the Jaguars were really good at creating turnovers and Gino is really good at throwing the ball to the other team, right? And so that’s a recipe for disaster. And then on top of that, because he’s turned the ball over so many times, now he’s in that mode of, well, let me play safe. Let me play guarded. Let me not, you know, not not let me go out there and play free. And you know, when you’re in your head, that’s even worse, right? Yeah. So, so that’s one of these elements. You want to talk about matchups, that’s what I’m concerned about that Jaguars defense against Gino Smith and his his uh, you know, his his decision- making because his decision-m hasn’t been very good. So, yeah, I mean, he’s he’s just been disappointing. He’s got to get out of this funk that he’s in. Hopefully the by-week helped him with that and he’s able to just go out there and play free like he did week one against the Patriots when, oh, by the way, the Raiders won, right? And maybe he can get back to that style of play. But that’s going to be on him. It’s also going to be on Chip Kelly making the right calls and the right plays and hopefully, you know, getting Ash Jetty going and having a commitment to the run game because they haven’t had a commitment to the run game so far this season. And again, like I said before, you drafted the man number six overall, not so he can sell jerseys, but so he can go out there and he can ball out. And he hasn’t quite had that opportunity to go ball out. When it comes to Trevor Lawrence, I think the the jury’s still out. You know, I know that when I look at Trevor Lawrence, I I see moments where I’m like, man, that’s that guy. That’s the guy that they all expected him to be, right? And then there’s moments where I’m like, who is that guy? And and the problem is it would be okay if he was on a rookie deal cuz then you would say, “All right, hey, he he’s still developing. He’s not on a rookie deal. He’s part of the 50 million and over club.” And if you’re part of the 50 million and over club, you’ve got to have you got to play at a higher level. And this is the same criticism I have for Justin Herbert, right? I mean, he’s he’s a guy that he’s built in a lab. He’s the quarterback that you’d want. Yeah, but he hasn’t won anything. He hasn’t done anything. He’s part of the $50 million club. So, let me know, you know, when he’s going to arrive and be that guy. He hasn’t been there. So, Trevor Lawrence, I look at, I get frustrated. I say, man, this guy was so good. I hate that the big accolade that I have about him is, well, he beat Alabama as a rookie. Yeah. Or as a freshman. Yeah, I know. Like, we all know he he beat him at he beat Bama his freshman year. Great. That’s cool. He’s many years removed from that now. And he hasn’t had the success that he’s supposed to have for one reason or the other. I don’t put it all on him. We all know as you know the coaching carousel that’s gone on there has not helped him at all. Uh the weapons that have been around him haven’t necessarily done their job and you know so it’s not all on him but again he’s part of the $50 million a year club and so there’s going to be a lot of attention on him. So I still got an incomplete on Trevor Lawrence and I didn’t think at this stage of the game in his career we’d have an incomplete on him. You said it perfectly and you mentioned the person that most of Jaguar fans often bring up. I didn’t want to do it. You know, it’s like when somebody’s talking about something you did and you go, “Well, what about Q?” He did the same thing. I’m just tell you, anytime Ross Jackson has gotten on me, uh, our station manager, I ain’t never said, “Well, Q Myers said the same thing.” Because you can’t do that, right? I mean, we ain’t talking about him. We talking about you and too many. I got in trouble pointing that out about Trevor. Take the drops out. I’m not talking about the drops. I’m not talking about when he’s running for his life. I’m talking about the layups that he keeps missing. And and so the thing that I said that got me into a whole week’s worth of arguments with fans is the one thing that I said is I’m not saying he ain’t talented, right? What I’m saying is there’s too many variances in the bigger difference between the highs and lows of his game. Allah, and these are the two guys I mentioned, Jake Cutler and Jameus Winston. You watch either one of those dudes on any given day of their careers and they make throws that only 10 guys in this league can make. Yeah. The problem is they also make throws that 10 guys in this league should not make. And when you point it out, people get angry. Real quick, I want to ask you about your brother. Your brother Jacobe. Because everybody keeps saying that we gonna try to trade for Jacobe Myers as a joke. It’s not really his brother. And then briefly tell us why, if you’re surprised or not that Christian Wilkins hadn’t been picked up because the Jaguars need defensive tackle help, too. Yeah, I didn’t think Christian Wilkins was going to get picked up. I mean, without knowing everything that went wrong, just hearing some of the the details that sound like it went into it, didn’t sound like it was a very good situation. So, I’m not surprised at all that he’s not picked up yet. I don’t think that you’re going to see Christian Wilkins. You might not ever see him again based off whatever happened until more details come out. Uh, but Jacobe, it’s funny you mentioned my brother. Jacobe is my brother, man. That’s that’s that’s my guy. I got a great relationship with Jacobe. Got a great relationship with his dad. His dad came up to me one day at Allegian Stadium said, “Hey, you’re my you’re my uh you’re my second favorite Myers outside of my son.” And so me and his dad James have a really good relationship. Jacobe is A1’s day one, man. He is a great dude, first of all. Great teammate. He doesn’t have diva mentality when it comes to being a wide receiver. He just wants to go out there and do his job. Uh he’s a guy that I hope the Raiders don’t trade. I understand if they do and understand why and understand his status. And he told us last week going into the by-week, “Yeah, I still want to be traded, but I’m out here with my brothers, man.” And these guys, you know, I’m going to ball out. I’m going to do everything uh that I can for them. They are, you know, they they are my guys and I love those guys. So, I’m going to go out there and and ball out. But look, bottom line is he wants a contract. The Raiders didn’t extend him. So, you know, he he basically wants out. And so, we’ll see what happens before that November 4th trade deadline. But, I’m hoping that the Raiders don’t move him because I think he’s a valuable key to the Cog that every time he’s been called upon, he’s stepped his game up and and and taken it to another level. any team that gets him will be blessed to have Jacobe Myers. Jaguar fans love to hear that and I will tell you this won’t be the first time this year that the Jaguars played a team and then the very next day traded for somebody. They did it with the Saints with Colin Saunders and then and and then and then they played the 49ers and then the very next day they cut their quarterback and they took a quarterback off the 49ers practice squad. So I’m telling you it could happen. Don’t don’t put your hand in your face. Monday. You’re telling me Jacobe Myers is gonna be gone? Dude, Jacobe Myers might be on the plane, leaving Vegas, coming back to Jacksonville with the Jaguars. Ain’t no telling. We’ll talk about that and more. We’ve talked about the Jaguars running game versus the Raiders uh run defense. Uh they got to find Max Crosby. Seven sacks in two straight games. That’s 14. Uh, and I don’t think, well, outside of Jared Verse, there ain’t no other players that were making those sacks that can have the resume of Max Crosby. They got to block him. They got to find him and make sure that Trevor Lawrence has a clean look that so he can deliver the ball. To me, that is number one for them. And then on the other side of the ball, they cannot be the antibiotic and the elixir or the vaccine, if you will, for Gino Smith to come and get well all of a sudden and start playing well. The Jaguars have to make sure that that doesn’t happen. If they do that, I think they’ll, of course, in the the normal coach stuff, turnovers and right, you know, staying on the field on third down, but those two things specifically, in my opinion, are what the Jaguars have to do to win. Well, I’ll tell you, man, I’d like to see the Raiders pick up a couple first downs, right? And I know everyone’s like, “Wait, of course, Q.” No, no, seriously, I’d like to see them pick up a couple first downs just to show that they can. They had three first downs that they earned against the Kansas City Chiefs in week seven. Three. They only ran 30 snaps offensively. The Chiefs had 31 first downs alone, right? So, I mean, first of all, sustain a drive, right? I mean, get back to basics, right? And again, it is coach speak, but get back to basics, right? You talked about layups. Get your layups, right? And and you know, don’t turn the ball over. They they cannot live in a world where they turn the rock over and Jacksonville creates turnovers. So, they’ve got to avoid that at all costs. Uh and and look, you’ve got to be careful with the ball, but then you can’t also be scared. I know it’s a fine line. Gino’s got to figure that out. That’s why he gets paid the big bucks. They’ve got to get back to committed to the run. Uh they’ve got Pete Carol’s talked about it so many times. Run the ball. Run the ball. Run the ball. That’s his formula. They’ve got to be able to do that. Chip Kelly and him have to be on the same page and have a big emphasis on letting Ashton Genty get going. If he can get going, play action, pass opens up, everything else opens up. Uh they’re getting healthy. So I if I was going to bet right now, I would say that Brock Bowers probably will play this week. So that’s a big deal. He hasn’t played in three games. So, uh, you know, seeing him back healthy would be good. Jacobe Myers, we mentioned him back healthy is good, right? So, they’re getting healthy, but they’ve got to have a commitment to the run game. They really do. So, you know, if they’re going to sustain some drives, Ash Gent is going to be a big key. The play action pass can’t turn the ball over. I know it sounds like, yeah, of course, that’s the way to do it, but I’m sorry, the Raiders haven’t played simple, fundamental football in quite a while now, and that’s why they’re sitting there at two and five. Yeah, no doubt about it. Speaking of Brock Bowers, I took two tight ends in my fantasy football draft. Brock Bowers I took in the second round thinking I could run him at flex as a wide receiver basically and I took Brenton Strange. Both of them ended up on being banged up and Brenton Strange was a huge part of the Jaguars success early this season. Um, I I I do believe that the Jaguars have to stop those guys. And then I’m going to watch them to make sure that they’re not forcing the ball to Travis Hunter and that tra uh that Trevor, while you want to lead with Travis Hunter, that they can still operate their offense and and and go through his progressions. I think you can do both at the same time, but there’s a certain nuance that has to happen. The last thing for the Jaguars, they got to start kicking better, man. Cam Little came in this year. He made a seven yard field goal in preseason and everyone thought that this is going to be a record-breaking year. He’s in a bit of a slump. They have to get that aspect of their game down. Uh quick game prediction. I actually think the Jaguars are going to win this game by a field goal. And it’s going to be one of those games where they hop on a plane and come home and go, you know what, they weren’t good. But so many times this year, the Jaguars have said this, who cares? A win is a win. And wins are hard to come by in the National Football League. They need to get to five and three. and I think they can do it, but I still think it’s going to be hard because this is the NFL. The Raiders need to win. They they need to win bad, man. They’re sitting there at two and five. Uh I think the next three games is going to determine what their whole season is going to be, if they’re going to be the that team that, you know, just is going to start playing all the young guys and building on the future and seeing what they have and start to prepare for the draft. I think that’s where they are at this stage of the season. And I hate that that it’s, you know, not even Halloween yet and we’re talking about, you know, if it’s evaluation season in the draft, that’s that’s not what you want to do. They have to find a way to win this game. They have to find a way to win games at Allegiance Stadium, too, by the way. Right. They have too many opposing fans come in there and get comfortable and settled in and feel like they’re going to get a W. And more times than not, they don’t. So, I don’t know how they’re going to get it done. I don’t feel good about the game. I’ll tell you that 100%. I don’t feel good about it just based off what we’ve seen. But, they have to find a way to win. They have to stop the run. They have to create a couple turnovers. They have to get to Trevor Zorren and and and you know, sack him a few times. They have to make him uncomfortable and they have to show that this team has turned it around. So, I I don’t I don’t like I said, the Jaguars could easily win this game, right? I could we can be looking at the next three games for the Raiders as all losses as far as I’m concerned. But somehow someway, the Raiders have to not worry about that and just go find a way to get it done. So, I I don’t even know if I have a game prediction. Um, I’ll just I’ll just rock with the Raiders because they have to get a dub, but I don’t feel confident about it because they haven’t given us anything to feel confident about. I appreciate that honesty, man. And y’all can keep rocking with Q on Locked on Raiders and all the rest of his 17 jobs. I always mess with Q. I had to find him today. Y’all have no idea. The Jacksonville Jaguars are 4-3, while the Las Vegas Raiders sit at 2-5, desperate for a win that could salvage their season. Two struggling franchises meet in a crossover breakdown that exposes identity crises on both sidelines.

Q Myers and Tony Wiggins dissect why Pete Carroll’s Raiders refuse to feed first-round running back Ashton Gentie despite his 750-carry college workload, while Geno Smith leads the NFL with 10 interceptions. The Jaguars’ controversial two-way experiment with Heisman winner Travis Hunter shows progress but raises questions about developmental shortcuts in the NFL. Trevor Lawrence’s $50+ million contract comes under scrutiny as his variance problem mirrors Jay Cutler and Jameis Winston. The hosts break down Max Crosby’s defensive dominance, potential trades involving Jacoby Myers and Christian Wilkins, and why both teams averaged just three earned first downs in recent losses.

  1. Trevor has to lay off the weights and get a feel of where his strength and accuracy is going to be. Lifting weights definitely will make your passes off like he is high and long and effects his touch passes too. It’s like a jump shooter you don’t want to lift too heavy and too fast increase in weights. “Tom Brady- weights will throw off your accuracy if you lift too heavy and bulk up.”

  2. Raider have 2 players in positions that can cause us ALOT of trouble in this game :

    1) Maxx – dude is a MACHINE…and they move him around alot…he will eat up Walker Little or Anton…I think he is going to cause PROBLEMS
    2) Brock Bowers – dude is also a MACHINE and good Tight Ends usually carve us up as well.

Wildcards are how Geno and Trevor play. We shall see! If either one of these teams comes out after a BYE and plays BAD football – that will be a reflection on both the PLAYERS and COACHES. Win or lose BOTH of these teams SHOULD come out and play hard, play disciplined (pre snap penalty stuff) , and EXECUTE well.

We shall see which one does that!

  3. One more thing…if either QB has a BAD game….turnovers, inaccuracy, or just very mediocre play that does NOT move the ball…that will be CONFIRMATION that they STINK and the fanboy excuse-makers will have to acknowledge it.

  4. It amazes me how guys like Geno Smith remain in the league as starting QB's but I gotta hand it to the man he is a fooseball survivor and is incredibly gifted at it and for that I gotta give him his flowers
