Treys value is at an all time low. It’s the reason the front office didn’t trade him

  1. Jesus no offer better than a 4th round pick???? That’s wild considering how many teams wanted to trade for him this offseason

  2. I remember last off-season there was some conversations about how rapidly top pass rushers tend to decline after 30 years old. Trey is going to be 31 in a few weeks, has struggled with injuries this season, and is expensive.

With all of that in mind, I guess it isn’t that surprising that teams weren’t beating down the door for him.

  3. That all makes sense. And it’s a shame the Bengals shot themselves in the foot again. Prolonging a deal with him most of the offseason; arguably even giving him a deal. However, it’s still ridiculous they didn’t try to move anyone else on an expiring deal.

  4. Well instead of being stubborn for no reason they should’ve just traded in the off season. Will never understand teams that hold on to veteran players they don’t want to pay.

  5. My favorite thing is that i get say “I told you so” to so many of you in this sub.

  6. Could you imagine how bad this team would be without Trey? Their defense would be giving up 40 points per game! They could go a whole game without forcing a punt! They could be 3-6!
