Well, that’s got to be pretty much exactly the way you guys wanted to close out this road trip. Just what do you make of the work you guys put in tonight? It was great work ethic tonight. I thought uh guys were committed to playing the right way. That’s that’s our standard here. That’s Flames hockey. Um you know, hopefully guys can realize that now and um you know, watch some clips and see some great clips of you know, what they did well tonight cuz um yeah, I just thought it was an overall great game from everybody um from top to bottom. that shift in the third period, three blocks including the the sliding one on Couture. I mean, what’s going through your mind? Is it just throw your body in front of everything just to try and kind of settle things down? Yeah. Uh it’s a little chaotic when uh plays are happening like that. Um I just I think that gets me into the game. I think that’s uh you know, part of my game, part of the leadership um that we talk about here is blocking blocking shots at the the right time. Um putting your body on the line for the group. Um yeah, it was it was fun. I I enjoy that kind of stuff. And I saw Wolfie laying on his back after too. I think it was a little chaotic for him as well. I think Naz might have taken him down, but um yeah, it was just a great effort. Husk said this morning about just this team having an attitude where you come to work every day with the same attitude and uh no matter regardless of what’s happened in the past and and that it’s everyone in the room kind of contributing to that. What can you say about the the way you guys have maybe were able to maybe shake off yesterday and come in here and put in the effort you put in tonight? Uh yeah, it’s easy for this group. You know, I’ve talked about how this dress room is great. You know, I I know it’s been tough um so far. Hopefully, we can just kind of put all that stuff behind us, move forward here, but our group’s always positive with one another. We’re trying to pick each other up. We’re trying to find ways to to contribute to win. Uh we talked about just being a good teammate tonight, and being a good teammate is doing your job, and I thought everybody did their job tonight. Is there any chance that the mustache is a tribute to the cop that pulled you over and let you off? Yeah. You know what? I’ve never thought about it like that, but um that I I like that point. I might stick with that.
