Blackhawks’ Connor Bedard Shows Off Incredible Hands With Takeaway And Goal

[Applause] Cross turned it over. Bernard in alone. Deaks scores. Four-point night for Bernard and he likes this one. Hawks up four nothing. Well, Eric Francis spoke about Connor Badard and the improvements he did in the offse and he does look noticeably quicker. And right here, he’s going to surprise Morgan Frost. Frost is so clever with the puck, but Bernard’s having none of it. Strips it off Frost and watch this move. Incredible hands as he goes side to side. It’s almost like a trickle move. Triple move. Quick stick right there to the acceleration and then backhand, forehand. That’s three assists and one goal for Bard who is putting his best foot forward for his case to make this Olympic team. [Music]

Watch as Chicago Blackhawks forward Connor Bedard shows off incredible hands with a takeaway and backhand-forehand move to pot a goal against the Calgary Flames.

  1. Ive been hard on bedard, but he is exceeding what i thought he was. Heres hoping i was wrong and he is elite. Or is this season just going to be peak bedard and he regresses and the league adjusts.the elite players(crosby) continue to push there cieling. Looking better in chicago. What are you fans oppinions on how they need to improve to capture a cup? Anybody else think syd could climb the goals list if he wanted too.

  2. The steal was nice but the goal was 1 in 10 great. I mean its pretty basuc stretch the goalie. Most nhl guys can make this move. Letestu did this once but he absolutely steamrolled the d and stole tje puck. This clip is good not great
