10. When it comes to his contract Mitch is the trickiest to predict as he is one of our most impactful players while at the same time is injury prone. I don’t see a world where we offer him a multi year deal but I can see a team with cap space taking the risk. For the record I’m in the camp of resigning Mitch

26. If he stays healthy and plays well, we can re-sign him. No reason to panic; the dude is made of glass, he’s not getting max offers elsewhere.

    This is not like Hartenstein, we’ll be able to retain him if both sides want.

    The Knicks have set a precedent under Leon Rose of not fumbling the bag. Losing Mitch would be a fumble despite what the negative ball knowledge guys in this sub are saying.

30. I do not care about the injury concerns, I just want to keep certain guys for life. Mitch is one of them. We took him as a 2nd round pick, developed him into a beast and he is one of the most impactful defensive players in the league (when healthy)

    When it comes time, I honestly do not see why a deal is not done that’s good both sides. I do not see him as a money hungry guy he just wants a few lifted trucks and live a humble life, he is not going to push us to pay him a price we can’t pay imho
