NHL Highlights | Mammoth vs. Canadiens | November 08, 2025

on a twoame goal streak. Three goals in the past
two games as he has started to heat up here. And away we go on hockey in Canada. Serge the former
Canadian off back the other way. Can’t get it in deep. And now here’s Joe Veno with it. Vento hands
it off. Carry to the net. Back hand off the pad of Melka. Mammoth clear it off the stick of Jack
Ice. to no icing and he’ll go back together. Well, if you’re sitting at home and you haven’t figured
it out yet, both these teams are extremely quick. They transition well. Jay Kevin to the puck.
Got it around for Anderson. Hopped over his stick. Tannib was there. He’ll work it for you.
It’s carried up ice. Here comes Kevin Stangland. Dropped it back. He pulled the veteran to
the net. Stay motto rebound. They score. First goal on the road and you got to love
it. Four game road trip. This is the third one as Stenland draws attention to the
middle. He brings Mat over and then he lays it out for Yamamoto. And as this puck comes
to the net, here’s the backhand by Krauss. Here comes Yamamoto. Nobody picks him up. Remember,
he’s a right-hand shot coming into the slot. So, he has access quickly to this puck. There’s the
leg save from Monterson going after it. Tries to get by Oman. Anderson’s got the puck. Dropped
it back. Hudson to Mento. Shot right on and Vla makes the stop. Goes over to Dobson. Dobson
played it over to New Drive kicked out by Vla and Marino gets it around the boards and down the
ice. Turka breaks it up. Gunther’s got it. Oh, he tried to flip that up on his stick there.
Shot on the ground and throw away Kevin trying to get it towards the net. It’s off the stick of
Stenland. Jack eyee after it again with a shot tipped by Kan and Vla makes a stop and he holds
on. Ian Cole will gain the red line and put it off the glass and in as Jack eye goes after
it right on him and him out on the boards as Kaan will take the puck. Oliver Capital tied
for the NHL lead in rookie goals to the net good in all zones. And this one starts in
Montreal’s end with the goal scorer Kappa. He takes the middle of the ice, feeds it outside
to Demadon. And that speed that Kappan builds up all the way from his end. He’s hard to stop when
he hits the opposing blue line and it’s hard to keep up to him. and he gets a step on Tannon
and I really like the chemistry of that line. There’s Hayden on the puck. Got it loose and a
quick shot on Gunther is stop by Mont Carried in by Keller. Clayton Keller drops it back and
Cole on the backand went off the foot of Slapsky and Monto made the stop of his own player and
then Suzuki knocks down Cole in front of the Utah bench. Pathic out for Jackey. Mat trying to
find in his feet now does. Ian Cole throws it to the net. Glove by Monto and he holds on. Hold it.
Knocked it down. Set it down. Wrap around. Maybe he’ll hold on to it. Dropped it back. D following
up on a shot at a save. Real if he could find his way here. Bull Duke on a aerial pass. He knocks
it out of the air but he can’t settle it down. So instead of trying to just throw into the
net, he takes it around the back of the net and he catches Utah trying the shot. It was
deflected away on the puck to the point for Hudson. Play to Strugle. Strugal throws
it towards the net. Steered aside by Vla up high to Sergeek. Play it across. Keller’s got
it. Schmaltz little give and go. Gets it back. Chilling it to the net. Baltimore has got it.
He’ll cover it up. And now Anderson knocks down Schmaltz in the crease. You know, they’ve been
working on it as a power play can win you games. And right here, they’re going to buck it to [ __ ]
and then out into the slot. It just can’t get enough on it. It’s almost like he towed it coming
in. Schmaltz has been redot as well. He’s off to his best start in his career. And the rebound
was sitting there. It hit. He’ll get it out to center. And now Evans curls back, turns, airs it
out, knocked down by New Hook. Shot off the post. Bouncing puck. Fired it over the net. Cfield tied
up by Zurgich. Crouch has got it. Johnny net to side. I know I’m still confident, but you actually
feel it, right? Kelly was saying he’s fighting a bit of the hockey gods tonight, but winning the
battle there as he gets a piece of that shot from Keller. And then Anderson gets it inside the
line. He wanted a call there and he’s arguing for one. Meanwhile, here comes McBain with room.
McMain to Caronei. Dropped it. Scores. Krauss following up with a play and a wide open net to
fire it home. And in his 600th career NHL game, he puts Utah out front 2-1. But then everyone’s
kind of pointing and talking to the referee. There’s a slow line change. Look at how slow
that line change is. And all of a sudden, here comes Utah. They’re on the transition
and they’re coming and they’re not ready for it. And this is a shot to the net right
there from Krauss. He buries it. Thompson hands it out for Mat ahead for Slowsky. 15
the line and trying to work it on a board. Schmolz cut him off. Now Thompson will
grab it. Doer to Cfield. Cfield scores. seen dryidle do one of these the other night.
The stick is almost on the goal line. Good pinch coming in to keep the puck alive. And when
Cfield is walking out across the goal line, right, he’s a right hand shot. So his stick is going to
come across the goal line right away. And as soon as he crosses over the goal and ties him with
Frank Mahalovich for 45th on the Canadians all time list up high to Sergachev. Sergeev lays it
out. Stenland right back to Sergeev and got it across from Keller with a big cottage by Monto
Kier on it in the corner. Tied up by Stenland Schmaltz over to help out. Mat knocked it loose.
Now it’s free. Surgv with it. Waiting, shooting, stopping the goal of Monto. Keller on the puck.
Got it down low. Schmaltz up high for Keller. Keller waiting. Snaps it to the net. Monto the
save. He reaches out with the glove and he’s able to cover it up. Nice little stick move there by
Sergeev. And here’s the shot that comes through as Stelllin goes to get at it. Along Marino, the
shot that goes wide as Carone tried to jam it in front. Krauss was there as well. Carone on his
backand throws it to the point for Marino. Picked up by Mbo. Carone sends it over. Chance for Simv.
Missed the net. Lawson Krauss lays it down into the feet of Carone. He’ll roll it back for Marino.
Listen to this crowd. They’re cheering the goender and Monto’s got it in his glove. That’ll find it.
Over to Marino. Marino centered in front. Multim save off the deflection by Yamamoto. C it after
Hayden F over him up the ice with it. New hook. What a hard real goal. Alex New Hook and gets it
up the ball. And here comes New Hook. He knows he’s got a throw. He knows that’s Peter and he
knows that he’s going to have an opportunity. He’s not a defenseman. He buys the bait. He leans
over. As soon as he leans over, New Hook’s got him. He comes right through his legs inside and
there’s no way Purka is going to get him there. Got it down for Suzuki. Out to Cfield. Cfield for
Suzuki. Comes out. Shot step by. Here’s Hudson. Great save by as he comes out to the top of the
crease here as Hudson’s been out for a minute 45. Same with Strugle. Got thrown to the net
from the point off the stick handle of Multimo. off the stick of New Hook off the glass and now
New Hook’s going to get it back from Demov. Gave it back to Demov going to the net and he’s knocked
down by Sergev he’ll catch up to it. Takes the hit from Nate Schmidt. Turnovers to the net down made
the stop protects the puck in the corner comes in. Turn it over. Suzuki to the net without the save.
He’s down as Lovsky tried to bank it in off his foot, but it didn’t work. Dobson now behind the
net. Cfield trying to play it. Nick Suzuki up with it. Back to the point. Mat has got it. Shot
towards the net. Tipped wide. Cfield in front. And I’m not saying he’s right cuz it’s
hard to tell from our vantage point, John, but usually the player knows, right?
He was pretty confident about it. TJ Luxmore was right there leaning over the net. And
does this one end up over the line? Uh oh, that looks like it might have snuck under his pad
right there. Now, do they have a good view of it to overturn the call? Well, certainly there. It’s
in the net. The reason why Luxmore doesn’t see it is cuz his pad is in front of it. Yeah. And
he’s behind the net, right? But like I said, the player 99.9% of the times the puck completely
crosses the goal line. This is the goal. But I do understand the referee waving
it off. He didn’t see it. You can’t call what you don’t see. But good job on
the Canadians. I mentioned Julie to Serg recognizes the work by that line to
do just that. Look out for Utah. Suzuki. The puck kept turning over and then a
really bad line change. I mentioned how sloppy the third period has been for
Utah and Cfield. And now Suzuki buries this one on the one-time on the glove
side and this one is out of reach for Utah. Now Gallagher tried to move it. Cole
came up with it. Play it off for Stenland. Last is coming with his pass. Oh, and the turnovers continue. Montreal
taking full advantage. And getting kind of left out to drive out to Bryant here as a nice
little inside outside move by Kirby Dock. He’s got Cole chasing him and as he goes to his
forehand, he feels Vamela moving over and he jams it right back to the with a 62 win
over the moment here tonight in Montreal.

  1. Way to go habs. I still think the 1 point losing system sucks. Boston won 6 in a row and have nothing to show for it. Doesn't matter what team it is. If you are winning 6 in a row etc you should be 1st place. Like a team can win 2-3 in a row now lose 3 games lets say in overtime or shootouts and still be 1st place.

  2. I'm a Habs fan all my life. I'm loved watching them build over the past few years. Habs will be good entertainment to watch for the next several years!! Go Habs Go!!

  3. Sooo happy for our young guns and especialy for Monty…great saves, crowd cheering his name and you can see his relief through his mask at the end of the game❤

  4. Hopefully this is a new beginning for Monty. We all want him to succeed. Also glad that Dach scored. If he can become the player we hope he will be… This team is going to be scary.

  5. Sur le cinquième but du ch, j'ai fort probablement jamais vu un aussi mauvais changement de trio de tous mes matchs visionnés de la LNH. Une affaire de ligue de garage, de la part du mammouth. Ouashe

  6. When I was a boy growing up in Montreal, never in my wildest dreams could I have predicted there would be a team from Utah called the Mammoth! Still, better than the Phoenix Coyotes!…way better!

  7. Can't watch this Kindergarten hockey of the Mammout, I left a comment recently that it starts all with coaching. Tourigny is a rebuiild coach and that's it. With this squad and somebody on the stering wheel with it could go up to the next level. No disrespect but Frank de Boer for example should be the next decision. Taktical mistakes as atacking 3 vs one in only one line instead of a triangle is the little one on one what makes it two. The powerplay is a disaster and Hayton in the first line a disgrace, Yamamoto belongs there. there is a lot of things not working well, all the Salt Lake City hype is not doing well to the players as well. Today's loss over the Hubs was another example and the next disappointment will follow tomorrow in Otawa. Sorry to say that all, I was not even watching today's game, getting angry on and on by watching this sort of hockey by a team what could be so much better.
