We deadass about to go on a 14 match winning streak
10-4 on the month *minimum*
Would love to beat the breaks of Miami after that last game
The 5 game stretch where we play Orlando and Miami twice each should be a good barometer for the team
I want those Miami games so bad
To state the obvious, the schedule looking “good” now just means it will look rough later.
Hopefully by that time, they’ve built increasing chemistry and other things they’ll need.
So I agree that the schedule may look good now but it’s not a free lunch. They need to use it wisely, record some wins, and get ready for later on.
Letβs have that unbeatable stretch early I guessΒ
Fat win streak loading
Memphis Orlando back to back could be tough but no back to backs and Al games we are favored in after
11 games against all teams who are supposed to be worse than us, this is a real test of our contender status. We’re not going to go 11-0 but we should go 8-3
Miami twice in a row is tough but yeah this is a great opportunity for the guys to focus on building chemistry rather than gearing up for a tough opponent. I think weβll be looking at a team thatβs confident in its identity by Christmas.
Also fuck Orlando not worried about the Disneyworld goonsquad.
Memphis looked pretty good last night and it seems like Ja has actually taken the criticism to improve.
Orlando is in a similar spot as the Knicks a few years ago, trying to just get everything to mesh and when that does they’ll be a difficult team to play.
Spolstra is an incredible coach and could probably be competitive against anyone with a g league team.
So hopefully no one close to the team is thinking like you because if they are we could end November with 6/7 losses.
Milwaukee and Miami is apparently our comp so maybe we shouldn’t get cocky.
For no reason whatsoever, we are going to win every game on this list but the one in Dallas cause we never win in Dallas
The schedule isnβt as light as it seems; several teams that are struggling now can pick it up anytime, much like us (Orlando and Miami 2x, Memphis, Dallas, & Milwaukee 1x). But if weβre who we say we are, we should rarely lose any games in November.
foot on the gas through it all, no coasting on easy targets. I’m hoping we clean up on all the weak teams and go 3-2 on the 5 tough games. We do that and we’re 15-5
The league is in such a weird place right now. More talent than maybe ever, but somehow only like 6 good teams.Β
I really wanna win that Dallas game
How does a schedule “look good”?
5 games on the road, how’s that a pretty good schedule!?!
