🚨 Bengals NFL Trade Deadline Coverage + Latest Cincinnati Bengals Trade Rumors & NFL Trade Tracker

[Music] Hey, [Music] hey, hey, [Music] hey. [Music] [Music] Heat. Heat. [Music] What is going on Bengals fans? Chris Dutry back with you guys here live. The first nonwatch party live of the season. Here we are going to be talking about the NFL trade deadline. We are just 3 hours away from no more trades being able to happen here. But uh there was already one trade by the Cincinnati Bengals that we’re going to talk about here to start off today’s show and then we’re going to go do some housekeeping stuff and then we’ll come back and we’ll talk about some of the absolute chaos that has gone on over the past couple of minutes. What is up guys? Like I said, Chris Dory with you guys here. Got Billy BB behind the scenes for us today as well. Before we get into, you know, everything else that’s happening around the league right now, first things first, we want to get into the trade that happened this morning. As I was on my way to work, I figured, hey, I’m I’m going to come into work early today. And um you know, uh you know, get ready, make sure we’re all good to go here. And you know, at what 7:15, 7:20, something like that this morning, uh, the Bengals ended up trading away Logan Wilson. Excuse me, got a little scratch in my throat there. Uh, trading away Logan Wilson to the Dallas Cowboys for a 2026 seventhround pick. It really doesn’t surprise me that the only thing you got for Logan Wilson was a seventh round pick at the end of the day. uh you know considering right now there’s just been just a ton of you know sixthround picks, seventh round pick trades that have happened so far except for the couple that we’ll talk about here that just went down here just a little bit ago. But uh you know with the snap share going down for Logan Wilson the past couple of weeks here. Um you know and the injury right now too. He’s kind of dealing with that calf injury. Like I said, it just doesn’t really surprise me that all you were able to get was a seventh round pick for Logan Wilson. Now, I will say this, I do think it’s, you know, it it hurts the Bengals in terms of that leadership um you know, the that veteran leadership that they had in that linebacker room. You know, you do still have Orin Burks, I guess, in there, but um you know, just you know, Logan Wilson knows what it is. This is what I keep saying. Logan Wilson knows what it is to be a part of the Cincinnati Bengals. He knows what the culture is like here in Cincinnati. And you know, when you’re talking about some of those younger guys like Barrett Carter, like Demetrius Knight, they need an older guy to kind of, you know, lead on, help them out a little bit here. And um, you know, I just think I I just think trading Logan Wilson away doesn’t really help the Bengals by any means. But hey, I am also of the mindset that uh you know, the season’s done right now. You’re three and six. You just came off of two just very embarrassing, heartbreaking types of losses here. So, we’ll see if the Bengals actually end up being buyers or sellers here at the trade deadline. Obviously, Logan Wilson did put in that trade request, so the, you know, they did end up honoring it there. Um, but you know, just because you trade Logan Wilson doesn’t necessarily, you know, mean that you’re going to be a buyer or a seller necessarily. So, I want to hear from you guys down inside the comment section. Grade the trade of Logan Wilson for a 2026 7th round pick. What is going on? I saw a bunch of Hud Days down in the chat while we were just kind of recapping the news here from this morning. Steve coming in all the way from Germany. How do you How would you say hay in like a German accent? Who? No, that’s just not it at all. I I’m sorry. I I tried. I absolutely flopped. I absolutely failed on that. Just pretend that part didn’t happen there. My Nintendo Master down inside the comments section as well. Dropping the chat sports um host rankings today. Your boy in the top five there. You love to see that. Uh Derek’s he actually voted at the pinned comment if the Bengals will trade Trey Hendrickson today. He accidentally voted yes and he wanted it to be known that he it was an accident that he uh uh voted yes on that there. Um let’s see what else we got in here down inside the comments. Uh let’s see. Sky Warriors said they tested for Minka Fitzpatrick saw on Snapchat. I I would love a Mika Fitzpatrick trade, but I just don’t know what you would have to give up at the end of the day to get Mika Fitzpatrick. It would probably be kind of a lot. Um I just don’t know there. Um let’s see. Max dropping the HUD in there. Puzzled saying Cgrade. I’m kind of there as well. I I kind of think it’s a C. I don’t think it hurts you. I don’t think it helps you. Um you know, it just kind of depends on what you want in terms of that veteran presence. I think in that linebacker room, Ron is giving it an F. Hi is giving it an F. Uh Ron also adding that if the linebackers we drafted in the second round of the fourth round are as bad as they are now, how bad will a seventhrounder be? Well, who’s to know or who’s to say if they’re actually going to, you know, use that seventh round pick uh you know, for a linebacker or anything like that? I mean, my god, you know, a lot of times, you know, your first round pick the past two years, you know, they’re bus right now. I, you know, maybe that’s up in the air. Um, but still, man, it’s it’s just not looked uh great. Uh, any Ron saying, any player in the seventh. Yeah. I mean, any player that you draft in the seventh round, they’re never going to be a bust because they’re seventh round pick at the end of the day. But I get what you’re saying there. I get what you’re saying there. Um, and I do also think when you have Al Golden as your defensive coordinator, you know, I know there’s a lot of controversy right now around Al Golden, but um, you know, he did help out, you know, Germaine Pratt and Logan Wilson during that Super Bowl run. So, we’ll see if they can, you know, develop these guys like they did a couple of years ago. I will say, Chris, biggest takeaway for me today is value of players all over the place. In my opinion, I keep seeing trades happen. what one team got for that guy. I kind of have an idea in my head. Then I look at the trade and I’m like, geez. I mean, Saus is a great player and he’s his contract’s shelled out and you’re good there. But like two first rounders. Yeah, that felt like a lot. Jacobe Myers, a fourth and a sixth, I believe it was. I felt good about that. Our guy Marshall over at Giants said way, way, way too much. Too much. Logan Wilson I thought would fetch a little more like other swaps or like other Nope. Straight up Logan Wilson for seventh. I mean, I think value is really tough to gauge right now. Especially like NBA, I can usually guess like what guys are worth and what it’s going to be. NFL’s nuts. Yeah, NFL is absolutely crazy right now. I kind of thought you’d be able to get a sixth round pick for him, but look, uh, the Bengals, I guess, just wanted to do right by Logan Wilson. Um, and, you know, send him to another team. He he obviously wants to play and he’s going to be the starter in Dallas. So, you know, um you know, I I I just kind of take it with a grain of salt. You know, good luck to Logan Wilson. Uh you know, I hope he has, you know, a lot of success over there with the Dallas Cowboys. We’ll come back here in just a second and continue chatting with you guys. But first, we want to give a shout out to the sponsor of today’s show, guys. That is Prize Pick. This episode is brought to you by Prize Picks. And the hard-hitting football action is even better with Prize Picks. The weather might be changing right now, but the feeling of being right never gets old. So, keep the season rolling on Prize Picks by getting $50 instantly in lineups when you play your first $5 lineup. Prize Picks, by the way, is the only app that offers stacks, meaning that you can pick the same player up to three times in the same lineup. You want more than on Josh Allen passing yards, rush yards, and touchdowns? Well, now you can pick all of them in the same lineup only on prize picks. This is what we’ve got cooked up for the Thursday night slate of games here. This is a great example, by the way. We’re going with this one this week of the um of stacks from prize picks. Going with Bo Nicks for this one. More than passing yards at 215 a half and also going with the more than on both receiving yards and receptions for Brock Bowers. with the trade now of Jacobe Meyers, Brock Bowers might end up having like 15 total receptions in this game on Thursday night. So, that one that one would be a really really good stat projection that you guys could play there. Right now, by the way, on prize picks, how you play is up to you. If you want flexibility, choose the flex play where you can get paid even if one of your picks misses. When I do prize picks, that’s the one I like to do because I’m not always the best at, you know, picking uh, you know, player stat projections and stuff like that. So, I add in that extra cushion just in case one of my picks misses. But, if you guys want the biggest payout, go for the power play. Now, no matter your play, Prize Picks is a great way to put your takes to the test. So download the Price Pix app today and use promo code CLNS to get $50 in lineups after you play your first $5 lineup. That’s promo code CLNS to get $50 in lineups after you play your first $5 lineup. That link, by the way, down in the description of today’s show. We’ll also make sure to get it down in the comments section in the live chat of today’s show as well. Prize picks, it’s good to be right. All right, we will get to this $10 super chat from the sky warrior here in just a second. And you can see what you get right there. That punishment wheel spin. We did that the other day on our live show and you guys seem to really Oh, dude. Jeez. Excuse me. You guys seem to really enjoy that. Uh so we’re going to bring it back today. The Red Bull got me on that one right in the middle of a uh right in the middle of a sentence there. Um so at the end of today’s show, by the way, we are going to do a live mailbag. We’re going to do a couple cuts um at the end of today’s show after the trade deadline ends up uh you know coming and going here for us. So get those super chats in. Doesn’t matter if it’s 99 cent or whatever it ends up being there. We will get those questions, comments, concerns, whatever it is down in our mailbag segment today. $5 super chat. We are going to be giving away a Bengals pennet flag at or for our November raffle here. So, a good opportunity to be one of the first ones to get in to that uh Bengals pennet raffle for the month of November. That’s for $5 super chat, $10 super chat. We will spin the punishment wheel and the $20 beer bongs are back, folks. Uh I said, “F it.” Look, it’s going to be a wild day. We’re going to have a lot of fun. Audience might be a little bit lower than what we normally might have during a um you know, watch party here. So, I figured heck, why not bring back the $20 beer bongs? And for a $50 super chat, guys, we’re going to do the jungle bongs here on today’s show. So, got the beer bong ready. You’ll go on the beer bong of honor trying to uh, you know, go around all the way. Trying to get that second one all the way around. I think we’re about we’re about halfway there on the second row right now. So, you’ll get a sticker with your initials on there on the beer bong of honor. We got some Happy Dads. We got some Cincy Light Limes in there. And um I’ll also throw in a little shot on top of that as well. So, we’ll make that a jungle bong. And heck, maybe maybe if we get enough of these uh enough of the $50 super chats and the $20 super chats, I’ll uh you know, throw the throw the hot sauce shots in there as well. Um but that is today’s super chat menu. Get in on that Bengals pennant flag raffle here for the month of November. Plus, you know, it’s a really it’s been kind of a tough year so far as a Bengals fan. So, uh you know, the theme of our super chat menu has been the punishment wheel. So, um Sky Warrior right now coming in with our first super chat of the day. We will spin the punishment wheel here for the Sky Warrior. It’s anything from uh you know, we got the coffee beans right here. We got the hot sauce shots. I’ve got the Texas Pete. But a lot of people were calling me uh you know uh a Let’s just say that uh for going with Texas Pete. They said that wasn’t hot enough. So we also have the Frank’s Red Hot Extra Hot Cayenne pepper hot sauce. So um you know maybe I’ll kind of mix in go back and forth do do some of those there. But Sky Warrior $10 super chat for that punishment we will spin saying how can the Bengals win the Super Bowl next year? I know how I know how. Draft Ohio State’s entire defense. That’s how you fix your defense. But seriously, how do they win the Super Bowl next year? Um I I just there’s so many things wrong with this team. I don’t know. you know, outside of a crazy run, um, you know, in some just really, really good development some from some of these younger guys, whether it’s Jordan Battle on the defensive side of the ball, whether it’s Demetrius Knight, Barrett Carter, uh, you know, you need Mckenley Jackson to be a guy that steps up to help you on the interior, you need Chris Jenkins Jr. to help you up, help you out on the interior as well. I think Dylan Fairchild’s done a pretty okay job. um you know, considering where you drafted him along that offensive line, uh you you definitely need to go out and draft another offensive tackle this year. And it’s tough, right? Because like what do you do first? Do you fix the defense or do you fix the offensive line because Orlando Brown’s been really bad this year and he’s going to be a free agent after this season? Um and if I’m not mistaken, I think Ted Carris is supposed to be a free agent after the season as well. So, uh, you know, Dalton Risner, Lucas Patrick, all those guys are going to be free agents after this season. So, how do you fix those, you know, openings? How do you fix those spots that are in that are going to end up happening there? Um, you know, it’s going to be really tough and especially if Duke Tobin and Zack Taylor are going to be the guys, you know, drafting for you. It’s tough, man. And, you know, as much grief as as we give to Zack Taylor and Duke Tobin, I I’ve said it plenty of times here on the show, I don’t think you can really develop talent or uh, you know, scout talent. It’s not totally all their fault cuz you only have two scouts. And, you know, you look at other teams across the league, they have entire scouting departments, whether it’s, you know, anywhere from 12 to I think the Eagles have like 18 people in their scouting department or something like that. So, good question there. Uh, you know, definitely above my pre pay pay grade. I think it’s going to end up taking uh you know multiple years in the draft and you got to just be able to um you know develop talent at the end of the day. So um yeah, we’ll see. We’ll see. But Super Bowl next year, I don’t know. That’s a tough one there. All right, make sure you guys like today’s show for me. What we’re going to do here, I think we’re going to take this down to 45 minutes on the or 2 hours and 45 minutes on the clock is what we’ll do here. Can we get 50 likes? Every 50 likes in the next 2 minutes is going to be a shot. So, we’re already at 17 right now. Can we get up to 50 to start this party off with a shot? It’s the NFL trade deadline 2025 party. Let’s get it going, baby. Hit that like button. Whether you want the Bengals to be buyers, sellers, whatever it is here, if you want them to improve this team right now as it sits, or do you want them to, you know, help you out, get some more draft picks, whether that’s for, you know, a Trey Hendrickson or somebody else out there on this team, do you want more picks, whatever it is, make sure you guys like today’s show. If we get up to 50 likes, only need 20 more. Only need 20 more. I tell you what, I turn this fan on real quick. It’s getting a little toasty with this old hoodie that I got on right now or pullover, whatever it is. We’ll give it We’ll actually give it a 45. 245 on the clock because I think I cut it a little short there. Um, let’s see. Is that a new post there from Shorts, Billy, about 30 minutes ago? Okay. Okay. Yeah. Did you uh did you make that social? Okay, we’ll do that in just a second. We’ll do that in just a second. Let’s see. Can we get 17 more likes here in the next 48 seconds, folks? Trying to start the party off here with a shot. I’m going to go ahead and pour it cuz I feel like I feel like we’re going to get there. We just need 14 more likes. We got 110 people watching. We’re going to be live for the next two hours. And really, it’ll probably end up being 3 hours cuz we’re going to do a mailbag and we’re going to do kind of a wrapup of the NFL trade deadline. All we need is 10 more likes, folks, here in the next 20 seconds. Can we get there? Can we get there? I already got the shot poured. We need seven more likes in the next 13 seconds. We need seven more people. Just need four more people to like the video. Four more people. Down to five. Four. Three, two, one. Next update. What do we got? What do we got? Can we get to 50? I’m going to give it to the next update. 51. Let’s go, baby. That’s what I’m talking about. Who day? Who day? Nobody’s beating the jungle, baby. Nobody’s beating the jungle. That’s for damn sure. That’s for damn sure. Did we already spin the punishment wheel? No, we didn’t. Let’s do the punishment wheel first and then we’ll come back to Sky Warrior here in just a second. Throwing in another $5 super chat. By the way, that $5 super chat getting him in on that Bengals pennant raffle. Um I haven’t actually picked out the pennant yet. Um but I’m probably going to do that tomorrow is probably what I’ll do because we got a lot of stuff that we got to get done today. So probably not going to be able to get to the store there in time. So, let’s go ahead and spin the punishment wheel here for the Sky Warrior 2. We got everything from shots, hot sauce shot, we got the coffee bean crunch, I believe. Yes, there is even a $10 beer bong spinning around right there on the punishment wheel as well. So, Billy, let’s go ahead and spin this puppy. It’s K1 Swim saying we need to trade trade, bro. I’m in that spot, too, man. I’m in a I’m in a sellers mindset. A bear bomb to start us off. A bear bomb to start us off. That is insane. All right, Billy. Um, could you go get me a happy dad, please, sir? Um, you could put Yeah. Yeah. Put it on the top and you could throw the Sky Warriors uh second super chat in there. It looks like we got another trade here, folks. Not for the Bengals, but it looks like from the Browns and the Bears. There goes the defensive end that you were just talking about there, Billy. The Bears are going to acquire or excuse me, edge rusher Joe man. How do you pronounce his name? Tyron Shinka. Sharinka. I absolutely butcher name so I’m absolutely sorry about that. And a seventh round pick for a sixthround pick. So not the biggest trade there at the end of the day. But Billy, just a second ago, we were talking about uh Jordan Schulz put a tweet out that said that the Bears were aggressively going out and trying to acquire an edge rusher. We thought maybe that could be a Trey Hendrickson type trade there. Um but obviously not a nada. All right, so the Sky Warrior coming in with that $10 punishment wheel, which there’s only one beer bong on there, but it landed on it. So that’s what we’re going to be ripping here, folks. We got a lemon lime happy dad to start us off. We’ve also got some of these Cincy Lime Lights, but we’ll probably hold off on those a little bit just cuz they’re very very uh bubbly. They’re very bubbly. They taste amazing. Yeah, Derek said um going to trade your best defensive player on a defense that stinks. That that’s the thing though, like or I personally am of the mindset that you should not build around Trey Hendrickson when at the very max you’re going to have him one more year if you end up, you know, tagging him. If you could get a first round pick for him or, you know, we had some technical difficulties earlier on the Cowboys channel, so I had to step in for them for just a little bit. And there was somebody that actually said, “How about um um Trayvon Diggs in a second round pick? Send it to the Bengals for Trey Hendrickson.” You know, that might help out your quarterback need a little bit. Trayvon Diggs kind of been wishy-washy, you know, up and down the past two years, but um you know, I think he’s probably better than CTB. Um and you also get a second round pick in return. That that might be worth it. That might be worth it. Sky Warrior, by the way, what’s up? I I was into that trade. I was into that trade, not going to lie. Uh Sky Warrior 2 with that other $5 super chat saying, “Would the 21st best defense win the Super Bowl with uh the number one offense?” I I just think no. I just think no. Um I think I think he got to be top 10 at the very very minimum. Top 10 at the minimum. Here’s the beer bong, by the way. We’ll come back to this here in just a second, though. Sky Warrior getting a halfp price beer bong there. That’s what we like to see. Let me make sure I get you as well before I forget cuz I am kind of forgetful sometimes. Make sure to get you in here to our Bengals pennet raffle sky warrior two. Yes, sir. The the Sky Warrior. Um, I’ve been saying it for the past couple of days now. You know, when you’re talking about the AFC North, you think about really really good defenses and the Bengals defense just has not been that in a long time. And, you know, we as Bengals fans have been saying, can we just have a, you know, top 15, top 20 defense? You just got to be mediocre, you know, with Joe Burrow and with T. Higgins and with Jamar Chase. this offense flows. Um, but you shouldn’t just have to settle for that. You should not have to settle for that. When when you’re talking about the AFC North, you should have a top-notch defense. You think about the Steelers, you think about the Ravens, you know, you think about the Browns. They have a shitty offense, but my god, their defense is really, really good. You know, year after year, why can’t you have that as well? I don’t think you should settle for, you know, less than a top 15, top 20 type of def or top 10 type of defense. Chris, I think we know famously teams that have bad offenses but great defenses that won the Super Bowl. Real quick, found stats for you. The worst defenses to win a Super Bowl. Uh, going back I I would say probably this century, uh, the 2011 Giants were 25th, 2006 Colts were 23rd, 2009 Saints were 20th, the 2007 Giants were 17th, and the Chiefs, as soon as two years ago, were 16th. So, those are the five worst defenses to win a Super Bowl. So, I guess technically the answer is yes. You can be in the 20s. You can you can you better have Patrick Mahomes. You better have Patrick Mahomes, which I mean Joe Burrow, if he’s healthy, you know, can do it. Can do it. But I still go back to that point. You should not be settling when you’re talking about a, you know, Cincinnati Bengals defense here. So, uh, appreciate those, uh, super chats there from the Sky Warrior getting that punishment wheel spin and also getting that, uh, entry into our November raffle for that Bengals pennant there. There was also another comment that, um, um, I wanted to get to here. Really split right now. It’s literally 5050 on if people think the Bengals are going to trade Trey Hendrickson right now. Um, let’s see. Maybe maybe I just lost it. Um, I don’t know. There was a comment that I wanted to get there. Somebody said, “Trade Mike Brown.” I’m with y’all on that for a seventh round pick. Trade Mike Brown for a seventh round pick. Uh, Ron saying, “With the money spent on the offense, you absolutely have to develop defensive players uh in your draft picks.” That’s totally true. 10,00% totally agree with you on that there, Ron. Um, you know, especially when you’re when you’re talking about this team. Um, might have to go top right corner, the three dots, make sure it’s at 150 on the Zoom. It’s probably what it is. Yep, there you go. Yep, there you go. Yeah, I mean, it’s 5050 right now on trading Trey Hendrickson, man. Nolan just in there saying trade Trey Hendrickson as well. So, we’ll see if that ends up happening here. Um, Billy, can we go to the uh, you know, social graphics about the Trey Hendrickson stuff? I think we have that in there. Oh, yeah. Um, just to, you know, kind of refresh refresh everybody’s memory. And then we’ll go and we’ll talk about um, we’ll talk about some of the trades that have happened already so far today. This one we’ve brought up on the show a couple of times. This one was from Diana Rsini yesterday saying league sources say that the Bengals will still be asking for a firstround pick in any deal for Trey Hendrickson at this time. There was also another one there from the People’s Insider. Ricky Scoops aka Slick Rick aka uh Pretty Ricky has changed his name a couple of times. Got the dog with the uh NFL hat on there. We nobody knows who Pretty Ricky is, but the man seems to hit a lot of the times when it comes to, you know, just being a NFL insider. It seems like here putting this tweet out very, very close to right after the Logan Wilson trade ended up going down, saying, “It sounds like the Colts are calling teams trying to land a corner uh for today’s 4pm trade deadline. The Colts are also called the Bengals regarding Trey Hendrickson and is a team worth watching if he is on the move. And when you’re talking about the Colts, man, they have already made an absolutely insane trade already today. Trading two first round picks. There was also a player involved if I can remember exactly who uh a ad a trading ad Mitchell to the Jets and two first round picks to get Sauce Gardner. Um that’s absolutely insane, man. The the Colts are absolutely trying to make a run at a Super Bowl this season, which is absolutely insane to say considering they have Daniel Jones as their quarterback right now and he has been absolutely going ballistic uh so far this year. Yeah. Uh Wonka down there saying Adani Mitchell absolutely. Um you know, two first round picks and a player there for Sauce Garner. not necessarily something I thought, you know, I didn’t think he was necessarily going to be worth two first round picks. Um, but I think, by the way, that’s the first trade that we’ve had so far. We have first round picks involved, if I’m not mistaken. Yeah. Yeah. So, um, you know, we’ll see if the Bengals can end up, you know, getting more for Trey Hendrickson if they end up going down that route. So, let me know who won the trade here. Was it the Colts type C or was it the Jets type J? Down inside the comment section, random guy official said the death the Jets are dumb. The Jets are just bad and it sucks that you lost to them the way that you did, especially. Um, let’s see. Uh, looks like Ben saying the Jets won that trade. Random guy saying the Colts won that trade. 5050 right now on the results there. I always think about uh you know, you look at a trade like this, what will the Jets do with those first round picks, right, that they got? And I always think of the Family Guy joke where it’s like, you can have the boat or the mystery box. Yeah. And Peter Griffin’s like, “Hold on, Lois. The mystery box could be a boat.” And it’s like, you get those two first round picks. What do you want to do with them? I hope we can draft someone as good as Sauce Gardner. It’s like, you have Sauce Gardner. Yeah, you got sauce to keep them. Do you trust yourself to use those first round picks? That’s a big argument. Uh some of you guys know I’m a Browns fan. That’s a big argument when they make those trades and they made one last year with the Travis Hunter situation. I don’t trust Andrew Barry. So for Andrew Barry to be like, I’m going to trade this good player for picks. I say to myself, we’re not good at drafting, so please don’t trade that player who’s established and good. And first Sauce Gardner paid his contracts, Don, which is always hard to do. Yeah, they paid him this off season. And that’s tough to do. We know how hard trade negotiations are. It’s Don. Why would you trade him for picks now? You got to do all that over again. I will say it’s so funny. The Jets are always so bad, especially the past, you know what, I’ll just say few seasons. They they’ve been really really bad. Um, but they always seem to have really really good off seasons. Like they draft pretty well, it seems like. I liked their off season and then they they they sign in free agency. They do everything that you want the Bengals to be able to do. Um but they the results on the field just do not happen. And maybe you could say that’s a coaching issue for the Jets. I’m not sure there. But you know when you’re talking about some of these trades uh you know from the Jets, you know, we mentioned it we mentioned it in a uh video a couple of weeks ago there that uh you know the Jets might be fire sailing right now. getting some of those guys out that might not necessarily be Aaron Glenn guys and maybe Sauce Gardner is just not an Aaron Glenn type of guy. Uh so still 50/50 right now on the results. Some people saying the Colts won the trade. Will saying the Colts won the trade. Um uh Wonka saying Jets won it for sure. Ron saying the Jets won it for sure. Sky Warrior says definitely the Colts there. Um please no Brown slander on the chat. I can’t handle it. I can’t mentally. No, keep doing it, Derek. Keep doing it. I can’t handle it. This was the um Somebody said, “Holy crap, CWT down in the chat.” So, I just wanted to make sure there wasn’t anything else that kind of went crazy there. Um, so what? Oh, yeah. Yeah, they’re uh looks like they’re still just talking about uh the sauce gardener trade right now. So, uh Sean saying it’s a win for both franchises. So, B for both, I guess, there. Um CWT saying Colts definitely won the trade. Uh let’s see. Kata saying Trey is good, but it’s time to trade him. That’s it’s kind of just what I’ve been saying. Um, it’s not that anybody wants to trade Trey Henderson. I want to make that absolutely clear. Nobody wants to trade the best player on the defense on a defense that is absolutely garbage. But he is, you know, about to turn 31 now in December, I believe it is. Um, and you just don’t have a ton of control on him because you didn’t want to, you know, shell out the guaranteed type of money for Trey Hendrickson. And if you’re going to, you know, retool this defense, I just don’t think you can do it around Trey Hendrickson. I think you got to go younger and hopes either some of those younger guys develop or maybe uh, you know, you end up going out in the draft and end up uh, you know, picking some more, you know, really, really good players that can help you out there. That is the biggest question mark with this Bengals front office is do you trust them in terms of you know being able to draft talent? That just uh hasn’t been something that they’ve been really able to consistently hit on past couple of years there. Let’s go to that. By the way, Billy, I just want to there were some names in there on this uh Jets team that you know possible trade targets here. This is what uh Jordan Schultz said. What was it like couple of weeks ago? Actually, I think this came out the Saturday or the Friday right before the Bengals played the Jets that week. Um, saying one source told me that there’s an element of trying to figure out who are Aaron Glenn’s guys and who aren’t. That’s what we were talking about. Maybe Sash Gardner was possibly one of those guys who weren’t one of those Aaron Glenn guys. Remember when Detroit suddenly traded Hawinson? A building block from the last regime is not going to be a guaranteed building block in this one. Teams are keeping an eye on the Jets ahead of the NFL trade deadline. Names being mentioned include Bree Hall, Quincy Williams, Germaine Johnson, Will McDonald, Michael Carter, who was already traded, by the way, and Allen Lazard among others as well, sources say. So, that might have ended up being um, you know, just kind of one of those situations there where uh, you know, Sasker wasn’t necessarily a Aaron Glenn type of guy. I see somebody down in the chat also saying, “How good is Mazy Smith? Would Hendrickson for Mazi be good for both of us?” Absolutely not. Uh Mazy Smith, I think he’s been in the league for three years now. First two years he played 17 games and last year he was starting to come along a little bit. Uh but this year I think he’s only played in five games. He’s been a healthy scratch. Um he’s pretty much, you know, McKinley Jackson. Pretty much McKinley Jackson for you. So, uh, you’ve already got you’ve already got Mazy Smith at home. And dude, if you did a straightup trade for Mazy Smith for Trey Hendrickson, I’d probably uh I’d probably jump. I’d probably jump. So, don’t want that to happen there. This, by the way, is part of the super chat menu today. $5 super chat will get you guys into our raffle uh our raffle for the month of November for that Bengals pennant that we’ll have here. $10 super chat we will spin the punishment wheel. By the way, any super chat, no matter how big or how small, um we’ll be doing a mailbag at the end of today’s show. So get those super chats in and we’ll throw those in on the mailbag. You know, it could be 99 cent, whatever it is. Get those questions in for that mailbag today. $20. We are bringing back the $20 beer bongs here, which uh the Sky Warrior got one at half price cuz there is one beer bong, by the way, included on that punishment wheel spin. Uh which it ended up landing on. So, we’ve already done one more beer bong today. And we’ve also going to be doing the jungle bong for a $50 super chat. I I think Billy, what I’ve decided, we’ll do the beer bong and I’ll just top it off with a little bit of Texas Pete. We’ll get wild. We’ll get wild. Wild in the jungle. Wild in the jungle. So, you can see the super chat menu right there. Get your comments, questions, concerns, whatever it is. Trade ideas, whatever it is down inside the comments section when you send those super chats in. I saw somebody uh Jackson saying, “Please read this and tell me what you think. Chuba hovered to the Bengals and Panthers get Mike Hilton in the third and a third rounder probably is what you meant there. Uh I’d probably say no on that one too. I I you know I think Mike Hilton’s been playing all right for you. Um I don’t necessarily want to trade unless you’re blowing everything up. I don’t necessarily think Schuba Hubard is that big of an upgrade over Mike Hilton right now. So maybe CTB, maybe CTB, but I’m not sure. I’m not sure. Where are you guys watching from? Let us know. Are you watching from work? If so, where is work for you guys? We’re hanging out right here downtown Cincinnati, Ohio. About uh what do you say, man? Half a mile or so from the stadium here. Let’s see. Uh somebody said a second and Miles Murphy for Minka and Chub. Um, it’s probably not enough to get Minka. It’s probably not enough to get Minka and Bradley J. Probably not there. Uh, let’s see. Cliff wants to go after Kavon Tibido. I mean, you’re still probably going to have to give up at the very very minimum second or a third. Um, let’s see. Got Scotland in the chat. Love to see it. Love to see it. Uh, I saw Ironton, Ohio, Portsouth, Kentucky, Phoenix, and Hudday from Phoenix. Got South Africa. Man, we got Hudday worldwide, baby. Hudday worldwide. Indianapolis down in the chat. Taylor Mill, Kentucky. Burlington, North Carolina. Is that like the home of Burlington? The store? The coat factory? I don’t know. Got Youngstown, Ohio in the chat. Um, got Kill Tony’s own right there. That’s where he’s from. Youngsttown. Yep. Yep. He went to Ohio State. Yeah. Tony Hinchcliffe. Yes, sir. Ohio guy. Uh, let’s see. Is that pronounced Goshan? Ohio. Billy. Gan. Goshan. Billy is the native of Ohio here, so I lean on him sometimes for how to pronounce some names here. Uh, one or the other there from Robert Howard. Uh, we got we got Josh from Harrison, Ohio, Florida in the chat. Germany. Uh, let’s see. Westish is from Phoenix. Duke Tobin rumors. I have not seen Duke Tobin rumors. Have you seen Duke Tobin rumors, Billy? Yeah. Yeah. Fired on trade deadline day would be absolutely crazy. Oh wow. This is from Cincy Jungle. Duke Tobin could be fired by the Bengals as early as the by-week. Is this just uh let’s see. Mike Florio said the front office is constantly evaluating everybody players who will be back blah blah blah blah blah. There’s this bubble now that Duke Tobin, the deacto GM, is going to be out. We’ll see. Maybe during the by-week, maybe sooner. Heads are going to roll in Cincinnati. It’s unacceptable because he’s largely um unprecedented how bad how bad the Bengals defense is. It sounds honestly like a lot of uh you know, Duke Tobin probably should be fired type of comment there. honestly um not necessarily maybe maybe there’s some credence to it, but it doesn’t really really seem like there’s a ton of credence there to that. Uh we got Lynchberg, Ohio in the chat. Columbus, Oregon. Uh kind of ridiculous to fire Duke Tobin now because I mean, and I can’t say exactly how it all went down, but they made a trade today. So like you let him make a trade and then you’re going to fire him. Um I’ve seen crazier. We’ve seen baseball, basketball, football, they’ve let GMs give out major deals, make major trades, and then fired them a week later. But, uh, and also Florio is more he’s a I have noted he’s a bad predictor. So, yeah. Uh, I’ve always noted him as like a he’s an analyst and an expert, but like he’s bad at predicting stuff. Yeah, I was thinking about that, too. Like it, you know, normally you would fire a coach or a GM on your by-week. Well, it’s the bye-week for the Bengals, but it is also the trade deadline. Um, so it made me wonder the same exact thing Billy just brought up there. Um, are would you would you let him make trades and then fire him? I just don’t know. I just don’t know. So, uh, we’ll see. Uh, let’s see. TB said, “Bring in the practice squad.” uh Roberts, they would they will not get rid of Tobin or Taylor even after the season. That’s kind of where I’m sitting right now. Um you know, I don’t really know what Duke Tobin’s contract looks right looks like right now, but Zack Taylor has another year at least on his contract. And does the does the ownership really want to win that bad? I I just don’t know. You know, it seems like those are both guys who are uh Is it mean to say yesmen? Is it mean to say yesmen? Like if you’re doing what the ownership wants you to do and if they don’t really care what the results are. See, it seems that way. Seems like that. So, I’ve seen uh today, Chris, a lot of comments about get more picks. trade so and so for picks, get this person for picks. You have hit hard lately. They’re bad at drafting. Bad at drafting. So, and I’ve seen this on different NFL teams. I’ve seen for the Browns. I’ve seen it for a couple other teams. Go get players. If you don’t have a good team and you have a bad track record of drafting, go get players, right? The the Cowboys. I mean, a lot of people are hating on the Cowboys, but they just said, “You know what? We need a linebacker. We can’t seem to find a good linebacker. Let’s trade a pick for a guy we know can play, I guess. And Logan Wilson. I mean, we can debate how well he can play, but like I I’ve seen a couple people today comment like, “Trade Trey for as many picks as possible. Trade so and so for as many picks as possible. Do you trust Duke Tobin to then turn around and draft?” And you’ve hit many times. I can get that graphic up here in a second. They’ve been terrible with their picks. Yeah. Yeah. there. There’s just been way too many picks since 2019 that have been misses, unfortunately. Um, I saw Fortunes in there saying, “Go get Kaylin Abore from Alabama as the head coach.” He he just said that to make me mad. He knows I’m the Alabama guy here. Um, and just to add on top of that, you know, Ryan Grub is Alabama’s offensive coordinator this year. He was the offensive coordinator last year for the Seattle Seahawks. got one year out of him and then they ended up firing him. So, I don’t know. I you know, the offense definitely works there um in college. But one thing Ryan Grubs said about his time at Seattle was, you know, he likes he likes coaching in college cuz there’s at least one guy on the field that you can find and you can take advantage of that matchup and kind of match somebody up with them and, you know, take advantage of that, you know, all game long, all year long, whatever it is, you know, going throughout the season. Um, but in the NFL, everybody’s better than college guys, so it’s harder to take advantage of those matchups. So, uh, I don’t necessarily know if, uh, that would be the best fit there. I don’t know. Maybe I’m coping there. It definitely could be. But, uh, let’s see. Yeah. Uh, B. Mur said, “That’s why you need 15 picks and not seven.” That’s another thing that I’ve been hitting on as well. Like, if you trade guys to go get picks, um, you know, you need more than the bare minimum. And it seems like the Bengals always have the bare minimum because they don’t really trade the uh you know draft pick compensation game because they don’t go out and you know sign really anybody in free agency. Um you know they they don’t end up you know getting a lot of comp picks usually and it’s not like comp picks or you know you’re not getting first, second, third round comp picks. Uh but um you you have to be able to have more picks because if you’re going to miss because if you only have two people in the scouting department, you’re definitely going to miss on picks. The more picks you have, the more opportunity you have to actually hit on some of those picks as well. So having the bare minimum definitely does not help you there. Um Jack saying Joe Burrow is leaving. I don’t know about that. My man’s paid. So, um, let’s see. Billy Bob saying, “Shamar is an example of the tangibles and athletic ability not mattering.” Exactly. Exactly. You had you had Malachi Starks right there, right for the taking, and you end up going, did you guys see I’m sure you have on social media. There’s a video out there of social media or on social media of Sheamar Stewart this past weekend. Um he was going up against I believe it was the right tackle. Dude got absolutely blown the f up. Got blown up, dude. Uh there was another play where he got blown up by a receiver. There was a receiver kind of in there like an inline tight end. Just absolutely blows him up. How do you let that happen? How do you let that happen from a guy that’s supposed to be a first round draft pick? M. Mauled. Yeah, he got bullied. He got bullied. Uh Cliff wants to fire Al Golden and go get Matt Patricia from Ohio State. I I think he’d be an upgrade. I think he’d be an upgrade, but I don’t know, man. I don’t know. So Derek said, “Trey Joe Burrow. What are you smoking?” Hey, I’m with you. I don’t want to trade Joe Burrow. I do not want to trade Joe Burrow. Yeah, we need we need draft we need uh good players, not just what ifs. That in the last two years, you’ve drafted in the first round two um two project guys. You drafted two project guys in the first round the past two years thinking you’re going to be able to develop them and you just flat out can’t. So, I’m not there yet on Amarius Mims. Um I still think there’s some good stuff that can be done there. Uh but we’ll see. We’ll see. I don’t know. Uh Billy, let’s run through some of the trades that have already happened today. You could keep that sub up there, but uh throw throw the trades up there on the top. We’ll start off with the Logan Wilson trade and just go through some of these that have already happened so far today. The first one, as we were driving into the office today at around 7:30 this morning, the Cowboys ended up trading a 2026 7th round pick for Logan Wilson. We’ve talked about that. We put the short out this morning. We put the uh, you know, instant reaction video out for that trade. So, if you guys want to go check that instant reaction video out, you can on that one. Um, you know, I think it’s kind of a win-win there. you know, the Logan Wilson actually goes to a uh team that he can be a starter for and the Bengals get a draft pick in return. You know, there there’s also the argument that maybe, you know, you’re also hurting yourself in that linebacker room because, you know, you’re missing out on some veteran leadership there. Uh Jacobe Meyers also was traded to the Jacksonville Jaguars for a 2026 fourthround pick and a 2026 sixthround pick. we were talking about that there’s been some kind of wishy-washy back and forth. Was it worth it? Was it too much? Um, yeah, I think Jacobe Myers is a really, really good player and adding him to that Jags team that just kind of seems like they’re a player or two away from being a really really good football team. I kind of think that’s a good pickup there, uh, you know, for the Jags. And then, uh, right before we ended up going live today, Sauce Gardner ends up getting traded to the Indianapolis Colts. My god, the Indianapolis Colts are trying to make some waves here to go to the Super Bowl, adding to their defense. One of the best corners in the National Football League for two first round picks and Adani Mitchell. I kind of thought two first round picks is a lot for Sauce Gardner, especially S Gardner being the only trade so far this year where you’ve seen first round picks involved. Do you think Sus Gardner is a better player, a more impactful player than a guy like Trey Hendrickson? And nobody wants to give up a first round pick for Trey Hendrickson. So, uh, that that’s another thing that’s that’s a question mark there. No teams, you know, Trey Hendrickson has um, you know, requested trades back seems like, you know, two years in a row now and nobody’s been willing to give up a first round pick for him. But then you see the Colts right there, uh, you know, taking a big old home run swing to go get soft Gardner. two first round picks for him plus Adonai Mitchell and then Ra Rasheed Shahed big play machine for the Saints now going to the Seattle Seahawks for a fourthround pick and a fifthround pick there. I know our guy Chase uh or Trace Gerard was uh probably I can only guess was pretty mad about that one. Big uh Rasheed Shahed fan there. Um, that’s probably the right, you know, type of value for a guy like, uh, Rahee or Rasheed Shahed. Jesus, I just can never say his name right. But, uh, Seattle, another team that has been making waves so far this year. They’ve upgraded their team and they looked, you know, pretty pretty solid so far this year, helping out their wide receiver room there. And then the guy’s last name that I cannot pronounce here, Joeinka. Shuena. Shuyena. There you go. Joe Shuyena going to the Bears for a sixth round pick for him. Don’t quite have the year there for him. I think there was also like a conditional pick on that if I’m not mistaken. Oh wow. Jordan Schultz just now tweeted out a GIF of um Shark Tank saying, “Wait, there’s more.” So, another trade is about to come down the wire here in just a minute. Another trade is about to come down the wire here in just a minute. And if you’re What What’s the What’s the guy’s name? Used to be the owner of the Mavericks. Cubin. Cuban. Mark Cuban. It’s him saying, “Wait, there’s more. It’s a gift of him.” So, I don’t know, man. That’s That seems like something big might be coming down the wire here. We will end up seeing what happens there. Uh let’s see. B Murray says, “No, leave my Buckeyes alone.” That’s funny. That’s funny. Uh Steve also saying, “Marvin Lewis is GM and John Gruden as the head coach. I would be all in on that.” Hey, John Gruden as the head coach. I tell you what, man. I I was watching Zack Taylor’s press conference yesterday. Absolutely pissed me off. It seems like it always does. Um dude just has, how do I say this nicely? Uh, soft boy energy. That That’s the That’s the nicest way I could say it. Um, he was mad at Chase Brown for going off during the press conference. And to me, I wanted somebody to blow up. I wanted somebody to blow up. I am so tired of the press conferences, you know, seeing these press conferences every every single week. And, you know, you know, Jamar Chase, he’s being the good teammate and everything like that, saying, “Don’t quit asking me about the defense.” Uh, you know, I don’t want them, you know, coming at me about what I’m doing wrong and whatnot, but I wanted somebody to blow up. Um, you know, it’s about that time. There there’s need there needs to be some accountability on this Bengals team. And you know what? They they had their damn defensive meeting the other day before that game and it it meant absolutely nothing. It was still a show this past week. So, um, I’m glad somebody said something to the media out in the public. And it’s not like he went out there and said, “Jordan Battle’s got to make a tackle. This guy’s got to do better. That guy’s got to do better.” He didn’t call anybody out, you know, individually. He just said, “We have to finish the effing game.” And that is absolutely true. And then Zack Taylor comes out here the very next day in the press conference saying, you know, I am uh, you know, very disappointed in Chase Brown. You know, I don’t think that’s going to happen again. And it seems like the team got that message because um you know they also asked um they also asked uh you know Zack Taylor what he said to the team on Monday and if the tone has changed and he said uh well you’re going to ask have to ask the team and then they go out there and they asked Jordan Battle and he said no comment. So it like it just doesn’t seem like anybody has any type of um you know accountability on this team. Brian down there in the comments section. He said if I hear Zack Taylor say we just need someone to step up one more time, he’s going to lose it. I’ve been saying we need a we need somebody to step up and we just got to find a way. He loves that one. He loves that phrase. We just got to find a way. You’ve been looking. You have been looking for a way and you still ain’t found it yet. It’s the hardest scavenger hunt that we have ever had. You just got to be able to find a way. Hey, you got to be able to go out there and uh draft some good players and find a new coach. Find a way to find a new coach. That’s how I feel about that. So, what’s your confidence level in the Bengals? This could be the front office. This could be the coaching staff or the players on the field. Let us know what you guys think down inside the comments section here. It’s Yeah, Rascal saying three. Uh Westish is saying zero. That was zero. You can’t put zero. Billy says you can’t put zero. It’s 1 to 10. It’s 1 to 10. We got Ben in there saying three. Derek saying two. Oh, a saving mention. Oh, no. TWWntion mentioning Sabin there. It’s It’s kind of the same mindset why I would love to have uh you know, John Gruden. Uh I saw a video of John Gruden. I don’t know what it was. It was some type of boys golf outing type of thing. Did you see that video the other day, Billy? Oh, I did. Yeah. He was like cussing out the boys for being uh for not for not hitting their birdies and stuff like that, not not sinking their putts. If you’re coming with that type of mindset to a boys golf outing, man, just imagine what he’ll do for this team. I I just want somebody that can challenge this team cuz I don’t think Zack Taylor can. So, you want you Gruden. I think a lot of people mention like tougher guys like that. My thing is, especially as a fan of teams, when you got a guy for so many years, I just feel like you want the opposite, right? So, Zack Tailor, schemer, offensive minded coach, I I put schemer in quotes because I don’t think he is actually. I think he’s bad at scheming plays and getting play calls in, but definitely slow at getting play calls in. That’s for damn sure. You want to go the opposite direction. Go. You want a Dan Campbell now, right? You want a Nick Sabin. want like a mean mug in dude to take over this team and get him tough again because and I get it. I’m just saying like this is what I would like too if I had Zack Taylor or Kevin Stfansky for six years and it’s like oh he’s an offensive genius. It’s like well it’s gotten us nowhere and our team sucks. So I want Dan Campbell and then we can hire coordinators. I saw uh you were mentioning the Brian Flores thing with the Cowboys earlier. Um that’s my theory. head coach should be like a leader and then you can hire coordinators that are like geniuses or whatever you want to call them. Yeah. That’s where I think a team like the Bengals should go in the future. Get a leader of men and let him hire coordinators and go from there. Yeah. Yeah. I that’s that’s another thing that I said in the office the other day here. I was like I I just don’t think Zack Taylor’s a leader of men. That might be mean. That might be mean. I I just think he’s their buddy. I think he’s their buddy. That’s it. I keep waiting for this other trade that’s coming through, man. Jordan Schultz just a couple of minutes ago tweeted out a gift saying, “Wait, there’s more.” Mark Cuban from Shark Tank tweeting it out. So, we’ll see what that could mean. We’ll see what that can mean here in just a little bit. We are about 2 hours and five minutes away from the NFL trade deadline being over. But there’s still a lot of time. There’s still a lot of time. And we just got a $2 super chat coming in from DJ saying Brian Flores for head coach. I’d be all for it. You talk about a uh defensive mastermind. Now, there are some questions about his time at the Dolphins and, you know, what happened there. At the end of the day, that was, you know, what, five years ago to maybe not quite that long. It was a few years ago, but uh I’m past that at that point. I I just want somebody that can help this defense. And you know, when you have Joe Burrow and you have T. Higgins and you have Jamar Chase and you know, your tight end room is really, really good, too. You know, whether it’s Noah Fan, I know Mike Casei’s been out. Uh but your tight end room is really, really good, too. So, um you know, you’ve got a really good offense. you know, you could help yourself out on the offensive line a little bit there. But got to have somebody that can help you scheme a little bit something up on the defensive side of the ball because that’s another thing I don’t think Al Golden does a very good job at is, you know, scheming up run stunts, scheming up blitzes. You know, blitzes aren’t the end all be all here. Um, you know, cuz you’ve seen, you know, Jordan Battle a couple of weeks ago against the Jets. He’s coming on a blitz. He’s free. Uh, you know, trying to make the sack there and he then he just pulls up. Like you can scheme up all the blitzes you want, but unless you finish the play, it just doesn’t really matter there. So, um, I I’m with you there. I’d be all for Brian Flores coming in being the head coach here of this Bengals team. Um, but at the end of the day, I just do not see a world right now. Maybe I’m wrong. Could totally be wrong, but I just don’t see a world right now where um the Bengals ended up firing Zack Taylor. So, um, I’m with you there, DJ. Totally with you on that one. Let’s see what else we got here in the chat. By the way, DJ will also be part of our mailbag later on today. So, get those super chats in. Uh, Ben saying, “What do you use to see trades?” Twitter X. Let’s see. Uh, still tweeting out Sauce Gardener stuff, man. They’re still tweeting out Sauce Gardener stuff. What did I say, DJ? Oh, I’m an idiot. Sorry. My bad there, uh, JD. My bad, JD. Uh yeah, Tom saying the Bengals won a first for Trey. Hey, I think if uh you got a they gave up a third uh for what? Okay, you’re good for um Phillips. They g uh they gave up a third for Phillips. I should be able to get a first for Trey Hendendrickson, especially right now two two minutes before the trade deadline. We’ll see. What’s up, Billy? Yeah, I I just saw another comment. I’ve seen this during multiple wash parties. It’s not a debate. Ohio State’s defense would absolutely be 100% better than the Bengals. 100%. That’s always That’s always a really big debate. Every Sunday, it’s a debate. And especially like now without Hendrickson like he’s been hurt, absolutely Ohio State’s defense would be better. I would not doubt You’re not saying that they would necessarily win you the game, but you’re saying that they’re better. If you had the Ohio State defense instead of the Bengals defense, you’d won these last two games. Guaranteed. Um I I I’ll stay out of that. I’ve seen this too many times. Too many times. Yeah. Yeah. Billy’s really passionate about that. We talked about that here in the office here. Um I don’t know, man. It’s a It’s a fun conversation to have there. Make sure you guys drop a like, by the way, on today’s show. going up against Joey Peterson and the Ravens rundown here. We are about 30 likes away from catching them right now. Uh so make sure you guys like today’s show. Once we hit a 100, man, we’re five away. We’re five likes away from hitting a hundred. Once we do that, I’ll take another shot here and then after that, we will get to this $5 super chat from TWW. But like today’s video, folks, let’s see. Look, look. We’re tied right now with the Ravens in the AFC North. Can we beat them off the field? Can we beat them off the field? There’s a 100 likes. Appreciate that. There’s a 100. Can we catch them though? Can we catch them? We’re at 115 right now. We’re just a couple of likes away from catching Ravens rundown. Couple of people said 100% thousand% agreed with you there, Billy. So, about the truth. It’s about the truth. It’s so bad. This Bengals, I was saying it uh when I was over on the Cowboys channel earlier today. I feel like the Cowboys and the Bengals are going back and forth trying to see who ends up being the worst defense in the league. They’re they’re just both awful. Can we get there? Are we updated on Ravens rundown numbers, Billy? Okay, Billy’s checking the Ravens rundown numbers cuz we are tied actually with that 123 number. We might have passed him with 125. We might have passed him there. Uh, Spotter said, “If you trade Joe Burrow, Chase leaves, T leaves, it would literally be Jover.” Yeah. And that’s the thing that I’m nervous about, too, is if you don’t fix this damn defense, um, it’s going to get to a point where guys on the offensive side of the ball are going to get so freaking tired of losing football games. might not be this year, but it will come eventually where they’re going to start requesting trades. Oh, they just showed that 68 yard field goal. Yeah, somebody mentioned it earlier in the chat. Wanted to bring this up, too. That 54 yard uh uh short kick from Evan McFersonson. Um they use the wrong football. They use the wrong football. I don’t know how the hell that happens. They used a uh you know there’s a you know oh another blockbuster trade Quinn Williams Quinn Williams is going to be traded from the New York Jets to the Dallas Cowboys. Quinn Williams to the Dallas Cowboys. The Cowboys got something cooking today. They’re trying to help their defense. Tom’s going crazy. Tom’s going crazy. Pass. I wonder what they gave up for him. Yeah, I wonder what they gave up for him. Another player that the Jets paid, by the way, that they’re going to trade away, which by the way, a week ago, the Jets said that they were not interested in trading Quinnon Williams. And we saw some people asking about Quinnon Williams this past week as well. Um I just said the Bengals would never do it with the contract. Oh, we got a lot of updates here. Um expect us to be a Cowboys first round pick rather than the Packers first round pick. I guess it doesn’t really matter there. The P the Cowboys did have that extra first round pick from the Michael Parsons trade, which I think that actually might have been the 2027 pick. Uh so if it’s the Cowboys pick, it’s a 2026. But some of those details still rolling in here. Jared Jones making some swings today, man. I guess kind of kind of um infield single on the Logan Wilson trade and then because I do think that helps their defense. I I definitely do with Demar and Overshone being back, but Quinnon Williams absolutely helps their defense. So, uh, let’s get that on screen here with the who won Billy. I want to hear from you guys down inside the comments who won this Quinnon Williams trade. I guess technically we don’t know what the Sounds like it’s going to be a first round pick though. Sounds like it’s going to be a first round pick for Quinnon Williams. Let’s see. Jack saying um the Cowboys won the trade. Uh Nerk saying the Jets won the trade. TWW saying the Jets won the trade. We don’t quite have all the details quite yet. Uh deal is done. Paperwork is being handled right now. Wild day, says Ian Rapaort. They’ve agreed on the parameters. We’ll see what that ends up being there. That but that is an absolutely wild trade there. The Cowboys think they’re good enough if they just have a couple more pieces. And I’m sure that’s going to make Tom very very happy. Could you imagine if they gave up another I thought it’d be louder. I thought he would be louder than that. Um let’s see. Tom Jones saying need the details. I agree with you. It sounds like it’s just going to be a first round pick for Quinnon Williams, but uh we don’t know exactly what year. I would assume it’s going to be 2026. Um Derek said worse than Trey. Different positions. Different positions. Um he’s better than any DT you have right now. And I do like BJ Hill. Uh TJ Sllayton’s okay, but Quinnon Williams is by far a better uh DT than anybody you’ve got on the team right now. Let’s see. Cowboys won the trade at least in the short term. Yeah, we’ll see if it actually pays off for them. I think it helps their run defense, that’s for damn sure. something that you would absolutely love to have. Derek saying both both teams won the trade in exchange for a 2026, excuse me, 2026 firstround pick. So, it’s a first round pick going to the Jets. So, my god, the Jets now have traded for three first round picks today. That’s I mean the Bengals don’t necessarily have play they do have players that you could do that for but nobody wants to give up T Jamar Joe obviously to be able to do that. That’s wild for the Jets though man. They uh they they are they are going for it. They are unleashing the beast here. Absolutely insane. Insane. All right. Uh, Billy, we got to get to our next read here. Um, and then we’ll come back to the super chat menu and then we’ll go through maybe talking about, you know, some possible targets or trade candidates for the Bengals here in just a little bit. But first, we want to give a shout out to the sponsor of today’s show, guys. That is Prize Picks. The hard-hitting football action is even better with prize picks. And the weather might be changing right now, but the feeling of being right never gets old. So, keep the season rolling on Prize Picks by getting $50 instantly in lineups when you play your first $5. Prize Picks, by the way, is the only app that offers stacks, meaning that you can pick the same player up to three times in the same lineup. You want more than on Josh Allen passing yards, rush yards, and touchdowns. Now you can pick all of them in the same lineup only on prize picks. Right here is a very, very good example of a stack. Brock Bowers more than receiving yards at 58 12, but also more than 5 1/2 receptions. And it seems like now with that Jacobe Meyers trade, I’m sure the targets for Brock Bowers are just going to go up up. By the way, this is the Thursday night game between the Denver Broncos and the Las Vegas Raiders. Also going to go with Bo Knicks more than passing yards at 215 and a half. Personally, uh guys, I I really do like using the flex play when I go with prize picks. Uh how you play is up to you. If you want flexibility, choose the flex play where you can get paid even if one of your picks does not hit. But if you want the biggest payout, go with the power play. I really only ever do that if I know for a fact those stat projections are going to hit. Uh but I do like doing that because you do get bigger payouts no matter how you play. Prize picks is a great way to put your takes to the test. So download the Prize Pix app today and use promo code CLNS to get $50 in lineups after you play your first $5 lineup. That’s promo code CLNS to get $50 in lineups after you play your first $5 lineup. That link is going to be down in the description of today’s show. It’s also going to be down in the live chat of today’s video as well. We appreciate Prize Pics for being the sponsor of our live show today. Prize Pics, it’s good to be right. All right, this is the super chat menu. Do we have another super chat that we might have missed here, Billy? As well, maybe I’m tripping, but I thought there was another one. Uh, yeah, from TWW coming in here as well that we’ll get to. That’s also going to be an entry, by the way, into our November raffle. Any super chat today, by the way, we’re going to be doing a mailbag at the end of today’s show. So, get those super chats in. Whether it’s 99 cent, $5, whatever it is there, $10 to spin the punishment wheel here. Um, $5 super chat gets you in on that Bengals pennant raffle for the month of November. We’ll give it away here at the end of the month. That’ll probably end up being the Thanksgiving game where we end up giving that away there cuz we will be live for that Thanksgiving Day game. Also, $10 super chat. We will spin the punishment wheel today. That’s anything from uh, you know, I got a beer bong we already did today. Uh, Sky Warrior got a beer bong half price because he got that punishment wheel there. Um, also got some hot sauce shots on there. Uh, some people during our watch party the other day were talking a lot of crap about Texas Pete. So, we also do have the Frank’s Red Hot Extra Hot uh, cayenne pepper hot sauce that we could take some shots of there as well. We got the spicy bean boozled. We got the coffee bean crunch. We got a lot of different things shots here as well. So, a lot of different things that um, you know, could end up landing on there for that punishment wheel. $20 super chat is going to be a shot and a 50 or excuse me $20 super chat by the way is a beer bong. The $20 super chat beer bongs are back. Uh past couple of weeks we kind of raised that up to 50. Bringing it back now down to um only bringing it back down to only $20 on the super chat side there for a beer bong and then $50 super chat. I’m going to do a beer bong, but we’re going to call it a jungle bong. And we’re going to put in a little bit of hot sauce in there as well. I do want to mention this before we get to that TWW Super Chat. You keep it up there, Billy. Um I I think there was actually some more details for that Quinnon Williams trade. Just updated. It just updated there. So that’s right. Yeah. So the Jets are going to get a 2026 second round pick. More details coming in. and then a future first round pick. So that’s probably that 2027 first round pick that they got from the uh Green Bay Packers to end up getting um trading away Michael Parsons there. So uh you can let us know now. That’s that’s the updated uh you know picks there who ended up winning that trade there. Do want to get to this $5 super chat. Then we’ll come back and discuss that Quiddom Williams trade here in just a second. $5 super chat gets TWW into that Bengals pennant raffle. Make sure uh I make sure to get that in here real quick. Uh TWW saying, “Love Joe Burrow, but I think it’s time that we trade Joe Burrow. He is a cap space liability, especially being hurt. Um it’s time to rebuild. We could get a lot lot to unpack there. Lot to unpack there. And I know no matter which way I go, somebody’s going to get mad here. Um I hear you. I hear you on all fronts. Uh cap spacewise. If you could if you just absolutely traded everybody away. I still don’t know if you get, you know, top two pick in the draft. And I think really you need a top five, top three even pick in the draft to really get a decent quarterback and even then it’s like, you know, hitting on quarterbacks sometimes is kind of a hit or miss game a lot of the times. Uh, you know, you hit on Joe Burrow. He’s phenomenal quarterback when he is in there. Um, I hear you on the cap space liability thing. You know, a lot of people talk about, you know, I think the Bengals are like number four or something like that in terms of cap space on the offensive side of the football and then they’re like number 24 or something, I think is what I saw the other day on the defensive side of the football in terms of cap space. Um, yeah, I don’t I don’t know, man. It it would be very very tough. Yeah, I definitely think you could get a lot uh but trading him would make a lot of people mad. That that’s definitely for sure. So, I I definitely hear what you’re saying there, TWW. And I don’t disagree with you. I think you got good points. Uh, and you could get a lot. I think that would make a lot of people mad, though. I I do see a lot of disagreements down in the chat, so I don’t want to say this is all Bengals fans. And I do agree. Burrow’s clearly outed himself as an injury-prone guy. Seems like once a year he’s dealing with something. I think it’s three out of the six years he’s had a season ending injury. And that’s if this one ends up being season ending. However, I will note probably the number one complaint by Bengals fans is your owner doesn’t pay anyone. He paid him. You paid a guy, a franchise guy. So, let’s let’s not do the uh we’re spending too much money on this guy. Chris has got something here. What’s happening? Mazy Smith also involved in that trade in the Jet Steel. In the Jet Steel. Oh, the Cowboys are swinging for the fences to get Quinnon Williams. Now, Mazy Smith hadn’t been good, but it definitely sweetens the pot there. Uh, last point on Burrow. I see a lot of age things. He’s 29. He’s 29. He’s 29. Matt Stafford’s in the MVP race at 37. Now, I know that’s an injury and health thing, but I will just say uh age with quarterbacks is a little a 29y old quarterback is not like I mean, Joe Joe Facco is 41. He just put up a season or a career high, excuse me. Lot of people saying like he’s 29. He’s 20. It’s like he’s probably got 10 years left in the NFL most likely. Yeah. Yeah. As long as he stays relatively healthy. I I I wouldn’t gauge age as a reason to trade Joe Burrow. Yeah. That’s insane, man. Mazy Smith. Let’s see. So, the latest tweet here from Ian Rapaort. Jets are getting a second rounder, a firstrounder from the Cowboys next year. So, a 2027 first round pick from the Cowboys. Mazy Smith for Quinnon Williams. That’s a hall for the Jets. That’s a hall for the Jets, man. Yeah, I knew people were going to be very back and forth about the Joe Burrow uh trade stuff, so I didn’t necessarily I I took the coward’s way out. I didn’t want to take a stance, but I hear I hear what you’re saying there, though. Uh TWW uh let’s see, Mr. uh Charuck also put in a 99 cent super chat on top of this $1.99 super chat saying the Bengals moves buying or selling right now. It seems like they’re doing nothing. It seems like they’re doing nothing. Um, I I think, you know, obviously they traded Logan Wilson this morning, but I’m not going to say that’s one or the other. Uh, I think that’s just moving Logan Wilson. I wouldn’t consider that buying or selling. You got to do more than that to to be considered selling. You got to you got to do what the Jets are doing right now to be considered a seller in my opinion. Um, that should, by the way, be like the first weigh-in up top, uh, watch party weigh-in. Um, I don’t think they’re doing either. Now, that would definitely change. That would definitely change if they ended up trading uh Trey Hendrickson today. But we’ll see. Um, I think it should be like the first one or not the first one, but the first like maybe maybe I switched it. Um, yeah, it should be row 22. What will the Bengals do today? Um Kyrie said we should be selling that. That’s where I’m at. That’s where I’m at. It’s It should be right on top of Will the Bengals make another trade. Row 22. All right. Just go to the other one. That’s fine cuz that one doesn’t look great there. Um, all the Bengals have done is unload his contract. That’s all. Uh, you think the Bengals draft mid round quarterback in case bro gets hurt again? I don’t know. According to Zack Taylor, they have confidence in everybody on the team and then that includes Jake Browning, which if we’re all being honest with ourselves, nobody has confidence in Jake Browning anymore. I want to hear from you guys down inside the comments, though. Will the Bengals make another trade today? It could be anybody. That could be McKinley Jackson. That could be Cam Taylor Britt. It could be Trey Hendrickson. It could be Jamar Chase. No, I’m probably kidding on that one. Um, I think T. Higgins would be the easier one to trade. If you’re going to trade Jamar or T, uh, I think T would be the easier onetw trade. That’s just why I keep saying his name. Um, Derek said we could trade Jake Browning. Tom saying, “I uh I do not think anything will happen with Zack. He’s good with everything.” I I agree. I agree. Uh, random guy says, “Trade for Jeffrey Simmons.” That would definitely be an upgrade. I think the uh contract with him might be a little bit of an issue for the Bengals. That’s always the issue is the contract’s like always an issue for the Bengals because they have absolutely no idea how to make deals. You know, you see some of these other teams out here, you know, making deals with teams and you know, sometimes the player has to be involved with it as well. Um you know that Kyle Duggar trade, one of the issues with trading Kyle Duggar was his contract was kind of an issue for teams. I think they were he was having to make like 14 million or 25 million over the next two years. The Steelers said, “Nah, we’re not going to do that. We’ll just null and void the last two years there. The Patriots took on like $5 million of his $9 million that he was going to make this year.” And he’s going to be a free agent after after this season. So, there’s things that you can do. You can restructure contracts. You can, you know, turn some of that cap hit into a you know, you know, type of bonus type of things, whatever it is there. Uh, but the Bengals don’t know how to do that apparently. You said, “Okay, Jordan, another Jordan Schultz tweet.” Oh, pretty Ricky as well. Sounds like the Jets have another big trade incoming. The uh two seconds ago. Two seconds ago. Pretty Ricky, the people’s insider. You see the Bengals right now just kind of where they’re at. I do want to mention this though. I I love it when uh uh people agree with me on stuff. Um Yoen, I believe is how you pronounce the name there saying like this guy only one that actually talks about Zack Taylor Duke Tobin in the front office ownership. That’s where the real problem is. Hey, you know it we are the voice of the people here and you know I’m not going to sugarcoat things. I’m not in the press conferences asking Zack Taylor questions. I don’t have to uh you know, keep good graces with the coaching staff or anything like that. We’re just regular fans that comment on the team. And you know, I feel like for the most part um you know, I hear what you guys are saying and I I feel a lot of the same exact way. You want to win. You want to win. And just right now the Bengals just aren’t in a spot where they’re going to do anything. Zack Taylor just constantly says they they have confidence in this team right now. Everybody on the team and from a coach’s perspective, playing a little bit devil’s advocate right here, Zack Taylor’s not the one making trades or anything like that. Um, so he kind of does have to go out there and say, you know, we’re just going to keep coaching the guys that we have right now. That’s what you have to do as the coach. But there’s so many other things about Zack Taylor that just really really irks the hell out of me. I says a lot of things in the press conferences and I know you guys feel the the look on his face all the time. Just the when things go wrong, it’s like, bro, how about how about yell at somebody for once. I would love to see Zack Taylor yell about something whether it’s in the game or not. Whether it’s in the game or not. Uh, let’s see what else we got down here. Uh, JC saying, “We suck. We suck.” Random guy. Zack Taylor should be unemployed. I am with you guys. I am totally with you guys. Apparently, something else is being cooked up right now with the Jets. So, we’ll see what that ends up being. Got another $2 super chat coming in here as well from Ethan that we want to get to here. Ethan going to be another feature on our mailbag later on today. William Snipes saying he’s really not a true coach, which is another thing that we’ve talked about that’s absolutely crazy. um is the fact that you went and hired a guy that has never called plays before. You know, former quarterback’s coach that has never called plays and you expect him to be great and he’s still riding on that Super Bowl that you made it to. He talked about that in the press conference yesterday. He’s like, uh, you know, he was asked about, you know, are you giving up hope or anything like that? And he was like, nah, we’ve been through this before, yada yada yada. uh you know back in 2020 yada yada yada everybody wanted me fired then and in 2021 we ended up making the Super Bowl but you lost but you lost. We’re not in the business of losing. Nobody wants to be a loser. Just riding the coattails from from a team five years ago. It’s so annoying. It’s so annoying. Uh that was that was the last one there from Mr. Charuk. this one. $2 super chat from Ethan saying, “How about fire the defensive coordinator? Yeah, it it’s super tough.” Um, I am just as mad as you guys about this defense. Uh, Lannumo wasn’t able to get it going last year either. You fired Louiso because you didn’t fire Zack Taylor. Something had to be done. And if you’re not gonna fire Zack Taylor, well, you got to fire the DC. So, I get that at the time. I don’t know if firing Duke Tobin is really going to be the thing that um that helps you either. I I think it’s straight up the players on the field. Dude, if you could just make some tackles. Sorry for cussing. Sorry for cussing. If you can just make a damn tackle, like the Bengals are leading the league right now by a long shot in missed tackles. Zack Taylor said, “You know, it’s it’s the one thing we’ve been, you know, we talk about it every single day. Talk about it every single day. How about stop talking about it and go out there and do some freaking tackling drills or something?” Like, I don’t know. I’m not a coach. I I I don’t know what the fix is. I don’t know what the fix is, but it’s so bad. It’s so bad. Uh, you got to have somebody I will say this as well. Jordan Battle’s missed a lot of tackles. He’s also made a lot of tackles and he’s coming down field trying to help you out in the run game especially. But some of these damn angles that he takes, that’s another thing you could practice angles. Uh the the Bengals take so many damn poor angles. So I Ethan, you know, I I get the frustration. I get the frustration and I know there’s a lot of fans out there that want Al Golden fired. Uh but JC, perfect point right there. You know, your first round pick, Jamar Stewart, getting his absolute ass whipped out there, getting blocked by wide receivers, what are you going to do? At some point, the players also have to take some accountability. Um, and you know, they say they do that, but I don’t know. It just doesn’t really seem like that. Uh, Stephen saying, “Do some tackling drills in practice and use Duke Tobin as Zack Taylor’s tackling dummies. Tossing Mike Brown in his golf cart, too. Derek Derek’s coming at me here saying, “Uh, Shamar Stewart ain’t it, and you want to trade Trey Hendrickson? Come on.” I don’t want to trade Trey Hendrickson, but I think you have to. You know, I’m sure the Jets didn’t want to trade Quinnon Williams, but they’re a dumpster fire right now. Get some return on your assets. That’s where I stand on that. That’s where I stand on that. Random guy wants to go get Joe Brady. I I’m with you. He’s He’s my number one guy. He’s my number one guy. Uh there’s no point in keeping Trey. The season is over. This one coming in from Demarcus Cousins. Demarcus Cousins. Oh, okay. I guess there’s another Chris in the comment section that he was talking to there. Gotcha. Uh or just another person in the comments. Um where was I at there? Uh Demarcus Cousins saying there’s no point in keeping Trey Hendrickson. Season is over. Trey’s probably going to walk after the season. Might as well uh get something out of him. Yeah, you either he’s going to walk or you could technically tag him. You could tag him and trade him. There’s some things that could be done there where you get an extra year with Trey Hendrickson. But I think if you’re going to revamp, I keep saying this, if you’re going to revamp, retool, rebuild this defense, you got to move off of it. And it’s not cuz you want to, it’s cuz it’s probably just the smartest thing to do. But I don’t know. I’m not a GM. Who knows? Who knows? Got another $5 super chat coming in here from Dark Fire saying we need a coach that uh attacks the players because what I’ve seen in this defense does not have accountability and we need accountability. Been preaching that, man. Been preaching that. I I just want him to have some fire. Uh you know, I keep kind of You guys know I’m an Alabama guy here, too. Nick Sabin retires. They end up hiring Caitlin Dbor. Uh the first year under Caitlin Dbor, everybody was saying this guy’s too soft. uh he he doesn’t get fired up enough. And this year he’s kind of changed that mentality. You know, he’s yelling and screaming. He’s getting fired up. He’s doing a lot of things that uh you know, Alabama fans want to see. But now we’re what, seven years now into Zack Taylor, and the guy has the same dumbass look on his face every single time the Bengals lose a football game. Every single time. So, I agree with you, man. I I just want somebody that shows a little bit of fire. A little bit of fire. I want somebody to get called out, you know, to the public, you know, not just we need we need to find a way every single freaking week. We need to find a way. It’s annoying. It’s annoying, but I agree with you D there, Darkfire. Um, you are in, by the way, to our um to our raffle, our Bengals pennet raffle that we’ll be doing at the end of the month. more details, Chris, on that Jets trade with the Cowboys. I you don’t see this often in the NFL. It’s really an NBA thing. Um, excuse me. Jets negotiate to get the higher of the Cowboys two first round picks in 2027. So, if the Cowboys are good next year, they’ll get the Packers pick. If the Packers are good, or reversed, if the Cowboys are good, they’ll get the Packers pick. If the Packers are good, they’ll get the Cowboys pick next year. That’s like an NBA thing. That’s like a swap thing. So, that’s interesting. This has been a very complicated like I know Quinton Williams is good, but like this has been a very complicated trait. Yeah. Jordan Schultz also tweeting three seconds ago, Jets are trying to make another move right now. Not sure yet if it gets done, but they’re trying. So, we’ll see what happens there. Um, yes, sir. Darkfire. At the end of the month of November, we are going to be giving away a Bengals pennant. Haven’t picked it out yet, so don’t have a picture of it, but we’re going to be giving away a Bengals pennant at the end of the month. It’ll probably end up being that Thanksgiving game um that we will end up doing that for. Oh man, three minutes ago, Bree Hall tweeted out the sad face emoji. So, this could be a Bree Hall trade coming. The Jets are not. Well, no, maybe not. Tom Policero quoted that and said, “On a wild day, the Jets are not expected to trade Bree Hall, but there’s still over an hour left in the trade deadline.” So, take that back, I guess. Take that back, I guess. Uh, by the way, Dark Fire, you’re also going to be in our mailbag later on today as well. Already got a couple super chats in that we’re going to be including on today’s mailbag. Uh saw somebody, by the way, asking about T. Higgins because we did mention him earlier. Uh would you trade T. Higgins? It’s tough. It’s not like, you know what I mean? Like you don’t want It’s always so damn tough, man. Are are you in the spot right now? Would you trade him for a second? Yeah. Yeah, I’d trade him for a second. Um, I think he’d probably be lucky to get a second. I think it’s Yeah. For T, I think it’s probably a third at the max. Yeah. Yeah. They signed him and Jamar same exact day. I think out of the two receivers, he’s the easier one to trade because of the contract. It’s It’s actually not that bad. People People talk about T. Higgins contract being this insane contract, but um it’s really not that bad. I think what is he making? Like 28 a year if I’m not mistaken. 28.75. Oh no, Spo Tracks down. There we go. Uh T is wrapped up through 2028. Uh yeah, it’s an average of 28 million a year. He’s making 24 this year, 26.75 next year, 30 and then 33.5. So, it’s still a little bit of an issue, but like we’ve said, you know, contracts can be negotiated. They could be negotiated. They could be restructured. You could turn some of that into, you know, bonuses. Um, you know, things like that. So, if you were to trade T. Higgins, um, I I do think he would be the easier of the two to end up trading there. What do you guys think? Will the Bengals make another trade today? Uh, saw somebody else down in the chat saying you don’t need a number one and number two. Two number one receivers is basically what he said. Um, by the way, talking about receivers, Germaine Burton did miss practice today, but he was sick. So, he didn’t miss practice because he didn’t just show up. Um, and I I still think not at all trying to compare T. Higgins to Germaine Burton, but I think Germaine Burton could be a solid too if he could get his together. Um, you know, especially with tight ends that you got. Um, you know, Mitchell Tinsley’s looked pretty good, you know, at times this year. Yoshi’s like, ah, up and down. TWW said, “Wonder if Germaine Burton was hung over from the casino again.” That’s actually hilarious. That’s actually hilarious. Bryce said, “If you had a trade for somebody, who would it be?” Um, we were we were talking about this earlier. Um, let me pull up my list here. I’ve got a list of names. A list of names. Um, I’ve even, if you guys go down inside the uh description of today’s show, we got a list of names down there, possible targets for the Bengals if they end up trading. Uh, Reek Woolen probably is one. Um, Mazy Smith’s already off the board obviously, but he’s not good anyways. Maybe the maybe the offensive lineman for the commanders. Um Andrew Wy, you know, he’s a guard. You could definitely use some guard help there. Nick Aligretti, I believe is how you pronounce his name. Could be butchering that though. Maybe Jackson Powers Johnson from the Raiders. Um you could use, you know, he could play guard. He could be another guy that uh you know is at that center spot for you. Shai Tuttle, defensive tackle for the Titans. Uh Sebastia Joseph Day possibly another defensive tackle. Don’t think Mika Fitzpatrick’s really an option for you. Quandre Diggs, safety for the Titans. Um Rick Woolen’s probably my number one guy. Maybe uh Trarevon Diggs. Seems like the Cowboys are kind of done with with Trayvon Diggs. Uh William Snipes said they need linebackers, though. The rookies just aren’t good enough. it it seems like they’re holding out hope on them uh that they’re going to be able to develop them in the next two years, you know. Uh let’s see. Shannon said, “Who have we traded?” Right now, the only trade that the Bengals have made has been Logan Wilson. So, that’s the only trade the Bengals has made or have made. Hour and 30 to do literally anything else. I hope so or we’re completely screwed for the rest of the year. It just seems like that is the Bengals way. Seems like that’s just the way. [Music] Bryce said, “Do you think Jaylen Rivers was a good pick?” I mean, for where you picked him, he’s been playing okay for the value there. Um, considering you signed, you know, in the first or excuse me, in the fifth round, I think you couldn’t ask for anything more from a fifth round offensive guard. You know, you could say he’s not that good if you want. That’s fine. Not going to disagree with you there. Um, but I I think for where you picked him, the value, he’s played fine. Bryce and Shamar Stewart’s a bust. Time will tell, but it’s not looking great right now. Uh Tom Jones saying, “Gave the Raiders Jamar Stewart, Miles Murphy, Cam Taylor Britt, and Germaine Burton straight up for Max Crosby.” That’s a lot. That’s a lot. Yeah. Who’s playing for you if you do that? Um Yeah. I don’t know, man. I don’t know. Shannon say, “Do you think we’d get Josh Allen?” Absolutely not. There’s no shot. You’re getting Josh Allen. Consis says, “Make another move.” By the way, the pin comment of today’s show, the pin poll is, “Will the Bengals trade Trey Hendrickson?” Right now, 57% are saying no. I wonder if that’s because they’re not going to get a first round pick for him. I agree with you, Tom. I mean, he’s way better than the two edges, Joseph Osai and Miles Murphy. But, um, I I just think there’s so many more issues on this Bengals team that Max Crosby is just not going to fix all of them for you. Just not going to fix all of them. Uh, let’s see. Let’s just get Justin Jefferson. My friend saw him at Kroger near me. Uh, if you know, you know. Oh, that’s the So, there was uh if I remember this correctly, there was like Jill Burrow’s girlfriend at the time. I don’t think they’re dating anymore because of that whole situation. Um maybe they are. I don’t know. Uh supposedly like Joe Burrow’s girlfriend like works in the front office at Kroger and she heard something about I think Jamar Chase. I don’t really know T. Higgins. There was something crazy there, but it was this crazy rumor that got started all because Jabber’s girlfriend supposedly told her friend something that she might have heard. I don’t know. It’s funny. It was kind of funny there. Um JD saying uh he give up multiple first round picks for Max Crosby. Bengals can’t draft for anyways. That’s true. That’s true. They can’t. They can’t. Wait, girls can be nuts. Yeah. I I don’t even know like I don’t even know if that was true or not. It probably not. Um, uh, Yank Dog said would be content with getting a early second for Trey Hendrickson at this point. I think the absolute max that you would get would be a second round pick in a player, but it seems to me like a second round pick. T5 wants to trade for scouts. I’m I’m there with you. You gota you got to be able to pay him though and don’t want to do that or I want to do that but Bengals obviously don’t want to do that. Let’s check into the the tweet deck here. See what else is going on here. Nothing else really going on. Everything quiet. Still waiting um for this more Jets trade news here. Supposedly, there’s another one that’s being worked on right now. Uh, great tweet here, Chris, from Kyle Brandt. Good morning football on NFL Network. It kind of goes in line with what I talked about earlier. A lot of the theme of today and a lot of the theme of what Bengals fans have been talking about. Um, he said, “I hate trading good players for picks. I always have. Draft picks are lottery scratchoffs. fun to hold in your hand, but most of the time you don’t win anything, especially if you always whiff on the biggest ones. And I parenthesis the Jets. The last part is a very good point, especially from a Bengals perspective, too. Um, but why can’t you be good drafters? Like, no. Hey, I’m with you there. I’m with you there. Like why why are we just settling on the fact that you miss most of the time on draft picks and you you don’t give credit, right? You’re not a give credit for Burrow and Chase guy. No, those are just you can’t miss type of players. Yeah, that’s like the Commanders drafting uh you know Jaden Daniels and you know saying it’s you know giving credit for that. He won the freaking Heisman. He put up one of the both guys put up one of the best seasons in college football history. No, no duh. They’re going to be good players. And if I’m not mistaken, I might be wrong, but that draft like weren’t two quarterbacks gone like they had no choice if I remember correctly. Maybe because I remember seeing that the other day was like uh Washington’s a genius for taking Jane Daniels and it was like Drake May and whoever had already been taken like they had no choice. Is that 2023? Yeah. Or 2024. That was 2024. Yeah, 24. Yep. Let’s see. Let’s see. Caleb Williams was first overall there. Uh Caleb Williams and then Jaden Daniels went number two. Drake May went number three. Okay. Well, then I would give them credit. They take Daniels over May. I’ll give them their credit there. They made that decision. But in general, and I’ll be honest, hand up. I was wrong about Drake May. I was wrong about Drake May. He uh he seems like he’s working out right now with the Patriots. I I just thought he was going to be another North Carolina quarterback that is not good in the NFL. But um I’m not a Jaden Daniels guy, so I feel good about uh I I liked May over Daniels. Yeah. Okay. I was in the minority when it came to Drake May. I just didn’t think it was great. Um Shannon saying, “Do you think we’ll trade Jamar or T?” Probably not. Probably not. Uh let’s see what else we got down there. If you guys want to be featured, by the way, we’re doing a mailbag at the end of today’s show. Any super chat will get you on today’s mailbag. $5 super chat gets, excuse me, gets you in to our Bengals pennant raffle. We’ll be giving away a Bengals pennant at the end of the month of November here. So, if you guys want in on that, $5 super chat gets you in there. Um $10 super chat. We will spin the punishment wheel which it’s anything from hot sauce shots to there’s one beer bong on there. Uh you know regular shots. We got that right here too. Um we got you know the coffee bean crunch. Uh what else we got here? Bean Boozleds. The spicy bean boozleds are on there as well. So um if you guys want to I even tortilla slaps are on there I believe. Um, so if you guys want to punish me or Billy, uh, $10 super chat to spin the punishment wheel. The $20 beer bongs, by the way, are back. The past couple of weeks, we have been doing $50 beer bongs, but brought it back down to 20 for today’s live show cuz figured the, you know, audience wasn’t going to be as big as some of our watch parties here. So, wanted to give some people opportunity to take advantage of that. I’ve already done one beer bong so far today from the sky warrior, which by the way, I do have to add him on here to the beer bong of honor. So, I’m going to add the sky warrior here real quick. Um, but that’s a really really good deal going on right now. And also $50 super chat is a jungle bong. Um, if you’re wondering what a jungle bong is, it’s the same thing as a beer bong, but I’m gonna add a cup of hot sauce to it. So, uh, getting a little wild there. Some people were kind of calling me soft the other day for doing the Texas Pete. Well, we also got the Frank’s Red Hot, extra hot cayenne pepper hot sauce for that. So, uh, if you guys want to spin the punishment wheel for us, you know, slaps hot sauce shots, spicy bean boozled, whatever it is there. Um, or you could get on the beer bong of honor for a $20 super chat or get in for the jungle bong. We got another $2 super chat coming in here from JD saying, “If Buffalo fire Shawn McDermott, could the Bengals hire him?” You think that would be an upgrade? McDermott, he does seem like a leader. There’s been some iffy things. I I just feel like this year a lot of this offense um a lot of that Bills offense right now is really really humming I think because of Joe Brady and what he’s brought to the table there. I don’t know if Shawn McDermott’s an upgrade or not. That that’s coin flip. That’s a coin flip. Uh maybe that’s something. Keep this super chat up here for just a little bit. What do you guys think down inside the comments section? Would Shawn McDermott be an upgrade over Zack Taylor right now? Why for yes or for no? I want to hear how you guys feel. What’s going on, uh, Phantom? What’s going on? Appreciate you being here today. Uh, Leah said, “It’s coin flip, but we be willing to take it.” Aiden says, “No, would not be an upgrade.” Uh, Dylan wants Joe Brady, and Rex Ryan is DC. Rex Ryan is a good DC, but the guy annoys the hell out of me. He annoys the hell out of me. My best friend is a Jets fan, so I It could be because of that. Um, but even the other day, Rex Bryan said, uh, you know, he was talking about the Bengals defense and how bad it is right now, and he was like, “What are you going to do if you fire, um, you know, Al Golden? They can’t afford me.” He was joking, but probably not either. Uh, Ethan wants to go get Gruden. Jungle Jerry says, “No, it would not be an upgrade.” Tom says, “100% would be an upgrade.” Uh, a lot of people throwing Gruden down in the chat. I’m with you guys on that. I freaking love Gruden, dude. And I think Gruden, he’s an Ohio guy, you know? He uh he would know what it is. He would know what it is. He knows the mentality, that bluecollar mentality here in the Midwest, the tri state, as Aiden loves to say. [Laughter] Let’s see. Uh B. Henry is talking crap about the Browns in there. He said you was a Browns fan. You’d take Jaden Daniels real quick. Um yeah, Dylan said we need that um annoying angry disciplinarian. I agree. Bring Guden back. That might be the next uh thing we try to get going here on the channel. #BGB bring Gruden back. Here it is, folks. The Jets. Let’s see. Jets running back Bree Hall wants to be traded. Why the f would Jordan Schulz put breaking on this? He’s tweeting out breaking like this is a trade. It’s not. Reese Hall wants to be traded, I’m told. Little over an hour until the deadline, but Bree wants out. So, I guess that’s the one that might be going down. There’s supposedly another thing going down with the Jets right now. Um Jeremy Fowler said, “Spotlight on the Jets in the final 75 minutes of the deadline after two massive deals. Teams say New York wants a second for edge rusher Germaine Johnson who’s expected to stay with the team. Would you give up a second for Germaine Johnson then to help this Bengals team?” I don’t know. I’m I’m in the Sellers mentality, but uh let’s see. Let’s see. Yeah, it seems like Yeah, everybody everybody just wants Zack Taylor out. I’m kind of with you on that there. So, kind of with you on that. William said Zack Taylor’s a big old wuss. [Laughter] Love that. Let’s see. We are 50 likes away, by the way, from doing another shot on today’s show. Going up today against Joey Peterson, Joey P and Ravens rundown. So, if you guys want to beat the Ravens in our like battle today on and off the field, really, really close right now in our like battle, make sure you guys drop a like on today’s show. Ethan saying, “Who’s more of an issue right now, Duke Tobin or Zack Taylor?” You can’t draft, you can’t develop. It kind of seems like both. Kind of seems like Porquos do. Remember that taco shell commercial. Maybe. Maybe. Tom says it’s Tom says Tobin. William says it’s a tossup. Both for Tom. I I kind of think both. Kind of think both. Hit that like button, folks. We are trying to beat Ravens rund down today. If we get up to 200 likes, it is another shot on today’s show. Already taking a couple shots here today. Still waiting for another $20 super chat. I’ll tell you what, we can do this. The next $20 super chat is going to be a double beer bong. It’ll be two two beer bongs, by the way, for the next $20 super chat. But right now, we are trying to catch the Ravens in likes. Trying to catch the Ravens in likes. And we’re almost there, by the way. Uh yeah, Lucky saying both, but no idea who would uh carry that torch in a good direction. Yeah, tough. Um, Yank saying, “Do you honestly think they’ll fire Duke Tobin this week? I’ve seen rumors, but don’t believe it.” I I kind of tend to not believe it right now. That’s where I’m at. I’m just still putting it in that rumors category there. Who was it? Gafolo that said that? No. Who said who who was talking about the Duke Tobin rumors? I got the article pulled up here. Florio Florio said it, but he really what he really said was um there there’s this bubbling up now that Duke Tobin, the deacto GM, is going to be fired. What is that bubbling from? Is it from Bengals fans or is it actually from credible sources within the front office? I kind of think it’s just Bengals fans want him out is kind of what I think we’re at. We are very very close right now in our like battle, folks. Hit that like button. If you want the Bengals to do something something else before the NFL trade deadline, whether that’s selling or buying, if you just want something to happen, we could have a little fun. JD said Trey Henderson’s too old. Got to go. Got to go. And we have just barely passed him. We’re 17 likes away from doing another shot. I see a couple get Trey out of here comments. Um Shannon said, “We need Joe Milton and Tyler Boyd back. What do you think?” Uh not I’ve never really been the biggest Tyler Boyd fan. Um let me see. Maybe it’s just recency bias because he was not good with the Titans either. And Chris and I have done some Cowboys content, whether it be producing or just helping out. The idea of Joe Milton is what you like. Not actually Joe Milton on the field. Uh that one game the Patriots. I might have said Milton, but the comment said Mixon. Oh, that’s on me. It could have been on me. I might have in the league. Mixon’s out, right? Is he still in the league? He was on the Texans last year, and I think he’s out. Well, he was also on the Bengals last year, too. They traded him to the Texans, if I’m not mistaken. I think they traded him before. Oh, that was 2023. My bad. Yeah, I mean, Mixon still Yeah, he’s not in the league right now, but he did have another thousand yard season last year. I just think your offensive line hurts you too much right now. Um, and Tyler Boyd did have two 10,000 yard seasons back in 2018 and 2019. after that though kind of dropped off a little bit. He could be a number two. He He could still be another number two for you. Um but I don’t know. I I just And unless he’s on a practice squad right now, Tyler Boyd’s also not in the league. Let’s see. Uh, players, Steelers, Panthers, selected by Cincinnati. Yeah, Tyler Boyd is a free agent. So if you wanted to sign him, like if you wanted to if you wanted to like trade T, not saying I want to, I’m saying if you want to trade T, have some of that salary cap, help you out there, sign Tyler Boyd, that’s something. That’s something. I’m not saying I’d be totally up for that, but it’s something. Um, okay. Okay, Nostradamus said uh Mixon’s hurt right now. Still on Texans, but he’s hurt. So, let’s see. What’s going on there, Mason? How’s it going, buddy? Uh Zayen also saying, “What’s going on?” Chris and Billy Hendrickson for a second and a fifth. What are we thinking? Of course, we can’t draft, though. Is second and a fifth might be a win in a trade considering nobody’s willing to give you a first. Um, I I agree with Christopher Reese on there. Not just because we have the same name talking about Shannon’s comment. Do you think we would be better with Joe Mixon and Tyler Boyd back? Nah. It’s the defense right now. The defense absolute cheeks, you know. Um, Joe Flacco didn’t necessarily have the best game in terms of turnovers the other day. had three turnovers the other day, but he had a careerhigh in passing yards. You know, you score 42 points and lose the football game because your defense absolutely sucks. Yeah. Yeah. Bengals are just dug in on a first for Trey Hendrickson, but deadlines do make deals. cuz we got an hour here until the end of the trade deadline and we will be live for the rest of it here. After the clock hits zero, by the way, we’re going to do a mailbag. We’re going to do a recap video of I guess the Logan Wilson trade. I don’t know. Um probably talk about a couple of the other trades that uh you know have happened as well for that recap video. But get those super chats in. Doesn’t matter how big or how small. We’ve already had a couple super chats that we will feature on today’s mailbag. Um, so we’ll do that. Get your questions, comments, concerns, whatever it is there. Um, for that mailbag, any super chat gets featured on that $5 super chat will get you in to that Bengals pennet flag raffle. Is that redundant saying pennant flag? Maybe. Maybe. You guys know what I’m talking about though. Bengals pennet. Going to be giving it away at the end of the month. So, make sure you guys get in on that $10 super chat. We will spin the punishment wheel. Whether it’s a tortilla slap, a hot sauce shot, a beer bong, bunch of different types of things on there that you guys could uh have us do. Uh maybe if you just want to send in a $10 super chat and say, “Billy, slap Chris or Chris slap Billy with a tortilla.” Uh we we could just do that too, I guess, there. Um, if you want that $20 beer bongs, which by the way, the deal right now, the next $20 super chat will be a double beer bongs. We’ll put two beers down, probably two happy dads down uh for that $20 super chat. And then a $50 super chat, we will do a jungle bong, which is a beer bong with a little bit of hot sauce in it to top all of that off. So, uh, if you guys want in on the mailbag later on today, get whatever it is, any super chat gets you in on that. Uh, $10 for the punishment wheel, $5 to get in on that Bengals pennet raffle. $20 is going to be two beer bongs for that as well. Uh, Billy, before we get to this, let’s go ahead and get our next read in here. Um, and then we will come back to that because I do like that driver. Colts, another team, you know, before the Sauce Gardner trade, they were talking about possibly trading for Trey Hendrickson. Um, but kind of almost seem Let me Let me just check Twitter real quick first before we do this. Who’s been quiet? Bills have been quiet. Thought they were going to do something. Haven’t seen anything for them either. Yeah. Not sure. Yeah, the Patriots have made trades. The Jets have made trades. The Dolphins have made trades. Um, and the Patriots are a good team making trades, too. Yeah, they were kind of sellers for a good team. That’s interesting. Yeah. Um Huh. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Dug her to the Steelers there. Um, so yeah, we’ll come back here in just a second, but first we want to give a shout out to the sponsor of today’s show that is Prize Picks. The hard-hitting football action is even better with prize picks and weather or with the weather changing right now or the weather is changing, but the feeling of being right never gets old. So, keep the season rolling on Prize Picks by getting $50 instantly in lineups when you play your first $5. One of my favorite things that Prize Pick has added uh that I love doing when I play Prize Picks is they’re the only app now that offers stacks, meaning that you can pick the same player up to three times in the same lineup. You want more than on passing yards, rush yards, and touchdowns. Now, you can pick all of them in the same lineup only on prize picks. This right here is a very, very good example of what a stack looks like on prize picks this week for the Thursday night games. Uh, it’s going to be Denver versus the, uh, Las Vegas Raiders here. Going with Bo Knicks more than passing yards for him. But then the stack here for Brock Bowers. Two different stat projections there on receiving yards and receptions. Going with the more than on both of those. I do think with the uh Jacobe Meyers trade, Brock Bowers is uh going to get more targets there for that Raiders offense. So that is the stack. And by the way, prize picks, couple of different options that you guys can choose from because how you play is up to you. If you want flexibility, choose the flex play where you can get paid even if one of your picks misses. So, if you’re like me and sometimes you really like two uh stat projections, but one might be kind of a tossup, use the flex play on that, just like I do. And if you want the biggest payout, if you think, you know, you definitely got a couple stat projections that you definitely think are going to hit, go with the power play. No matter how you play, prize picks is a great way to put your takes to the test. So download the Prize Pix app today and use promo code CLNS to get $50 in lineups when you play your first $5 lineup. That’s promo code CLNS to get $50 in lineups after you play your first $5 lineup. That link is going to be down in the description of today’s show. It’s also going to be down in the pin or down in the live chat of today’s show as well. We appreciate Prize Pick for being the sponsor of today’s video. prize picks. It’s good to be right. All right. It’s pretty low. It’s pretty low. But what is the percent chance you guys think the Bengals make the playoffs this year? It’s a tough one. It’s a tough one. Um, looks like you took the minutes out of there, Billy, is what happened there. 0 25 5 No. Four zero zero. Bet the farm on it, says Roberto. Uh 10%. Random guy trolling saying 100%. We said make, not miss. Uh Tony saying no. 10% chance from Jackson. Jeff saying negative zero. I don’t know if that’s a thing, but okay. Gotcha. There you go. There you go. Um, William said, “Better chance of getting a great first round pick.” That’s kind of where I’m at right now. That’s why I think you need to sell here in the next hour. Uh, Cortez saying 30%, 0%. Jungle Jerry saying 0%. Uh, Stanley says 0%. Uh, Estabban saying zero chance, 15% from A1, 90% if they had a sevengame win streak. They they did have a seven-game win streak last year. They did turn it around last year, but uh maybe your confidence level has got to be pretty dang high if you think that’s going to uh happen here. Uh this one from Albert Brerier. Jets are looking to trade for a second round pick for Germaine Johnson. Kind of already talked about that. And a third round pick for Bree Hall. We’ll see if anything happens there. Uh Tom Jones saying 10% Brad Squad zero. Uh it’s very low. It’s very low. That’s for damn sure. Uh Jeff wants to have a bunch of losses and draft Caleb Bounds. It would be a good um replacement for Gino Stone, Caleb DS. He’s a dog. He’s an absolute dog, man. And even this year, he’s kind of having a Billy, you could probably chime in on this, too. Kind of having a quote unquote down year compared to what he’s done in the first two years of his career. Uh but still, it’s only a down year because the rest of that Ohio State defense is just really, really freaking good. Yeah, I think the narrative is like they’ve asked him more to just control things than be a playmaker, which you know, if you still ask Matt Patricia or anybody else, they’re like he’s leading and the centerpiece of a great defense. It’s just like they’re not asking him to scoot up and tackle blitz like they’re more asking him like control everything around you, control these guys, you know, make sure being a free safety like everything’s good. like he’s quarterbacking the defense, but if you’re quarterbacking the best defense in the country, uh pretty good at what you do. Yeah. And they’re by far the best defense in the country right now. I mean, what has it been one two games now where they’ve given two games I think they’ve given up double digit points. Yeah. Like could you imagine? I can’t even see that as being feasible. That that’s allowed to happen. G give up less than double digit points. I mean, the Bengals, I know there’s the connection there, but Bengals fans, they would just want Buckeyes right now. It seems like every time I read that list, it’s Arll Reese or Caleb DS or, you know, even when you guys get into that second, third round, Sunny Styles, you know, names like that. Like, I would I would consider a lot of these guys. Yeah, it would be kind of tough to see him go after a guy like Arll Ree just because you drafted two linebackers already and you know seems like they like the guys that they have at linebacker which that’s a probably a concerning thing in itself. Um but yeah. Yeah, I I totally get it. Who’s who’s like their DTS right now? They’re what? Their defensive tackles. I mean, I don’t know that they’ll be like first rounders, but you do have Kaden McDonald’s, very good. Um, they’ll also be putting out Kenyatta Jackson, who’s a a defensive end. He’s pretty good. So, again, and and I think with those names, Chris, that’s third, fourth, fifth round. So, um, I’ve made the joke many times as a Browns fan, like just go into the draft and draft a bunch of Buckeyes. I mean, I I don’t even care like if you reach, I guess, but just get in the draft and go Buckeyes. there’s a Buckeye in the board and it’s close and you can evaluate it, I would do it because year after year they’re putting out quality guys. I mean, but you could say the same like just go all Alabama or all LSU or whatever, but I know a lot of people last year really wanted Jack Sawyer in like Yeah, he’s I never thought he’d be a good pro. And where did he go? Steelers. Steelers. Steelers. And people remember Jack Sawyer. Uh Tom right there. Missed out on Jack Sawyer. Right on. There you go. Eh, he was all right in college. I think a lot of people remember him for uh that play he made, which no doubt it was awesome, but uh there are a lot of times people were very stressed out with Jack Sawyer. Yeah, I don’t know, man. You got to be able to draft well and the Bengals just flat out have not been able to do that um in a while. In a while. a lot of we’ve talked about it so many times I kind of get sick of hearing myself say it but uh you know your top 100 picks those are like the key picks everything after the top 100 it’s like okay some guys are going to hit some guys are going to miss uh but those top 100 picks man you got to be able to take advantage of them and do we have those by the way do we have those uh top 100 picks by any chance might not okay that’s fine that’s fine I didn’t I think we did. Um I could I could just bring it up here on my computer and read them off though. Top 100. Uh Jonah Williams 2019, not on the team anymore. Drew Sample, he’s good tight end, you know. Drafted number 42 overall, though. Um and he’s mostly a blocker. Uh Germaine Pratt, not on the team anymore. Joe Burrow, I don’t give you credit for drafting him. Uh T. Higgins, great pick there. Logan Wilson, literally traded him today. Uh let’s see. Jamar Chase, I don’t give you credit on that either. He’s a phenomenal athlete, phenomenal talent. Uh Jackson Carman, not very good. Joseph Osai, kind of super mid. Um uh let’s see, Daxon Hill, okay, drafted him number 31 overall in 2022. Zack Carter not on the team anymore. Uh, Miles Murphy, not very good. DJ Turner, you hit on that one. That’s definitely a hit. Jordan Battle, ah, are we calling Jordan Battle a bust? Picked him number 95 overall. Um, you know, I mean, he’s leading the team in missed tackles. It’s It’s tough to say that he’s done a great job for you. That’s for damn sure. Uh, Amarius Mims. I don’t want to give up on Amarius Mims quite yet, but still a project that you picked in the first round. Chris Jenkins Jr., uh, you know, I think he’s fine, but he’s not great. You know, he’s not making a massive impact for you. Germaine Burton, bust. Mckenley Jackson, bust. Um, Jamar Stewart, I’m not going to call him a bust yet, but it doesn’t look great. Uh, Demetrius Knight Jr., You got his dad out there, you know, on Twitter arguing with people. Um Dylan Fairchild, I think for where you pick Dylan Fairchild, he’s been fine for you. There’s just way too many top 100 picks though where they’re not coming in and being able to make a, you know, massive impact for you. And that’s that’s just been a really big issue. Been a really really big issue since 2019. So, um, Roberto saying, “Leading the team in mess tackles is the kind of leadership Zack Taylor wants on this defense.” Yeah. Yeah. And it really, like, I hate to say Jordan Battle’s bust because I’m a Bama guy and I love Jordan Battle. I’ve met his parents. Um, I hate to say it, but uh, random guy said should have drafted Jiad Campbell and not Shamar Stewart at 1,000% with you. 10,000% with you on that. Make sure you guys hit that sub button, Billy. Do we also have that uh that that top up there, the the shot clock for subs? Yeah. Yeah, let’s do that. Let’s do that. We’re going to try something here. If we can get 20 subs, we’ll take it down to 46 minutes on the clock. We’ll really make it 19 just for easy math here. If we can get to 22,630 by the time we get to 46 minutes on the clock, we will do another shot. We’re also six likes away from doing another shot. So, if we get both of those, uh, we’ll do two shots. So, make sure you guys hit that sub button. obviously live here for the NFL trade deadline. Going to be doing a couple videos after today’s show. Uh live for every single Bengals game. We’ll have some really good coverage during the draft as well, whether that’s mock drafts. Uh I’m sure we’ll do a video for free agents that are still out there um here in the next, you know, day or two probably. Um I’m sure this year we’ll probably be live for the draft. Maybe not for the entire first round, but you know, the rest of those rounds, I’m sure we’ll do some live coverage there. We usually go out to our Dallas office with the rest of the team to do that. Uh, we’re live for all seven rounds. It’s it’s just an insane couple of days there for the NFL draft. Um, got videos for you guys pretty much, you know, every single day here on the channel. So, if you guys love the Cincinnati Bengals, the good, the bad, the ugly, not going to give up on the franchise as a whole, make sure you guys hit that sub button. Can we get 14 more in the next minute? In the next minute for a shot. Also, two likes away from another shot. I already got poured one right here. This is going back and forth, back and forth. Losing some, gaining some, losing some, gaining some. We have a lot of fun on Sundays. You guys get to see me crash out. People love the crash outs, man. People love the crash outs. I was It got to the point of that Bears game though, I didn’t crash out because I knew what was coming. The Jets game, I definitely crashed out. I was I was calling for the Browns to sell the team. Trade everybody. Vinnie wants us uh Vinnie wants everybody to get me drunk. Here’s for 200 likes, by the way. Not going to hit the 20 subs, but we did gain a couple there. So, appreciate you guys that hit that sub button there. Uh, look, we’re we’re going to call it out. We’re going to call it out. We’re not going to be like like we don’t have to save face with this Bengals franchise. We’re we’re just fans at the end of the day, and we just want the best for this Bengals team, and I know you guys want to as well. So, uh, we’re going to call out the BS. We’re going to call out the BS. Yeah. Uh, Lucky down there saying Chase Brown 100% spoke facts and got snapped at for it. I’m with him. I’m with you. I’m with you. I It pissed me off yesterday seeing Seeing Zack Taylor saying that um you know, don’t don’t expect that from Chase Brown, you know, don’t expect it anymore either. It’s just, bro, like somebody’s got to be mad. Somebody’s got to be mad. Uh B. Henry saying can’t call Shamar Stewart a bust. Only played five games. That’s insane. I don’t I don’t want to call him the bust. Uh did I call him a bust? Stewart. I called battle a bust. Um I’m with you though. I I said I don’t want to call Amarius Mims either a bust. Um I’m with you though. Uh maybe maybe I said it, but if I did, I’ll take that back. Uh he’s only played five games. You’re totally right there. Uh but hadn’t looked great. Hadn’t looked great when he’s played. You knew he was a project when you drafted him. And I’m just so damn tired of drafting project guys. And I think the Bengals do it on purpose. This is my conspiracy theory allegation that they draft guys that they know they’re just not going to have to pay massive contracts to, especially on the defensive side of the ball. Okay. Gotcha. Gotcha. Sometimes I say stuff and I don’t even realize it. So then I see somebody say you can’t say this or something like that and I think you’re talking to me. Um but no saying saying people in the chat calling him a bust which you know it’s America. Got the democracy here. Freedom of speech. Uh Stig saying Mim’s definitely not a bust. Not even close in my opinion. Samar looks absolutely horrible so far though. Um, I think next year we can really make a legitimate call on Amarius Mims. He’s definitely not I I saw somebody the other day saying, uh, you know, Amirius Mims has been absolutely god awful this year, and I disagree with that. Orlando Brown, though, on the other hand, has been god awful. He looks very, very slow, getting beat constantly. Chris said, “I’ll say it.” talking about Shamar Stewart there. Let’s see. Yeah, Stig saying uh you know, Ammerus Sm has you know, he’s only given up three sacks this year. Um he he’s had some decent spots, especially going up against TJ Watt. TJ Watt was like a nonfactor in that Steelers game. And I think it was um who was it? Uh Witworth. Someone said it the other day on McAfee. You know, the Bengals haven’t d they haven’t signed an offensive lineman that they drafted to a second contract since 2011. Um how do I look that up to see who said it? I’m sure you guys know. Let me know who said it. Let me know who said it. Predict the Bengals record in 2025. You’re sitting at three and six right now. Do the Bengals go on a run? We’ve seen that happen in previous years where they just go on a run. It’s hard to believe they could make it happen, especially without Joe Burrow. Uh yeah, it was Whitworth. Okay, that’s I thought that, but I was like, ah, I was second guessing myself. Uh Chris saying seven and 10. Seven and 10 or six and 11 from Stigs. Uh five and 13. Three and 14. Damn, that would hurt if you don’t lose or if you don’t win another game. Uh Chris also adding in seven and 10 if Joe Burrow comes back. Maybe we’ll hit that one next, Billy, because I think that one’s in there. Um I see a lot of seven and tens in there. Uh, three and 14, 6 and 11, 7 and 10, 8 and 9, 6 and 11, 8 and nine. Random guy trolling with a 17 and0. Uh, could nine and eight win the division, you think? I just No, probably not. I I think the Ravens are just getting better right now, especially, you know, the Steelers are up there, too. They’re looking pretty decent. See, six and 11, five and 12. Billy said Steelers are going to win at least 10. Williams saying it’s hard not to look at next season. Now, see a couple eight and nines in there. Five and 12. 10 wins. 10 wins would definitely get you close. It’s so hard to see 10 wins, though. Um because you and a couple of weeks ago I was saying that you could definitely turn around with Joe Flacco at quarterback because the first couple of games of the season your defense wasn’t great but I gave them the benefit of the doubt that you know with Jake Browning you know turning the ball over four or five times a game that you know of course they’re not going to look great. Of course, they’re going to give up some yards and some points and stuff like that, but they’ve gotten even worse. And it’s hard to think that that was going to happen, you know, especially you you played a decent game against the Packers. You did lose that game, but it was the first game, you know, Joe Flacco coming in with, you know, what, three, four days of practice. Um, Bree Hall continues to tweet he wants out of New York. Um, thing about the record is Chris, if you go back and you’re predicting the Bengals record and you’re playing the schedule game, you probably No, no. You mark the Jets down as a win. Yeah. And then you mark the Bears down as a maybe. Yeah. Now you just lost them both. So like that’s a win and like a win and a half gone. So to win 10 is very very tough. I do think the Steelers will win 10 or 11. And I think the Ravens, like we talked about, they’re on the up and up. I think they could win nine games. So, you’re in a position now where it’s like the division is not something you should be looking at. The wild card if anything is what you got to look at. And uh this was the easy stretch of your schedule. This was the go-geti part of your schedule. You kind of fumbled it. Yeah. And it looks like your schedule’s What’s funny, too, is the Bengals schedule is one of the easiest in the National Football League this year. And it looks like it’s going to get even tougher. Um you know, you have the bye-week this week after that. You go to Pittsburgh. Always tough game playing in Pittsburgh. Then you play the Patriots. Their offense looks pretty damn good. Uh then you have at Baltimore. I believe that’s a Thursday night game. Yes, Thursday night game at Baltimore. That one’s going to be a tough game. They It seems like they’re starting to, you know, come around here. Uh then you go to Buffalo. I’m going to chalk that one as a loss. Uh, which the Buff the the Bills have been weird, man. They’ve they’ve lost a couple games this year, but they definitely should have won. They they lost to the Falcons. Um, but then they did beat the Chiefs this past week. Um, yeah. So, so you uh next couple of games at Pittsburgh, Patriots at the Ravens at Buffalo, then you play the Ravens at home. That’s going to be a tough stretch of games right there. And if you lose all of them, you’re completely out. Um, but then you are at Miami, that’s kind of that time frame where you would hypothetically get Joe Burrow back. Um, but if if you’re completely out of it at that point, Joe Burrow is not going to come back this year, I don’t think. And then Arizona and then the Browns to end out the regular season there. I saw CW CWTC say a trade is about to be reported. Let’s see what we got here. By the way, Trayon Burks just signed with the Commanders on their 53man roster. Uh been six trades today, tied for the third most in any trade deadline day going back to 1990. Uh yeah. Yeah. Josina Anderson s saying sources tell me that the word in league circles today has been that the Jets were looking for a third for Bree Hall and a fourth for Quincy Williams. Talks always fluid. Okay. Uh let’s see. So I tell you what, Billy, let’s do a little switch up here. I think I think we have that one weigh in at seven and a half over or under trades. We’re at six right now. I think it’s Yeah, it’s an NFL one. It should be closer to the bottom, I believe. Yeah, the generic ones. I think it’s in there. All right, we are at six trades today. 7 and a half is the more than or the less than here. What do you guys think? More or less on seven and a half trades. That means we need two more trades to go down here in the final 35 minutes. Chris is saying less. Random guy saying more. Oh, he said, “I thought you meant wins.” No. Uh, talking about trades today. We are at six right now. Do we get to seven and a half? Oh no. Sugar just said bought a Trey jersey. 35 minutes left. It might it might not be the worst thing in the world. William saying Zack Taylor’s got to go. Estabbon saying more trades. More, more, more. Danny Pritchard saying more. Bengals fan with more. Chris saying more. Sky Warrior says, “For the love of crap, trade Trey to the Colts.” Uh, let’s see. They They were in talks before the season started. Uh, but they wanted Grover Stewart as well involved in that trade and the Colts were not wanting to come off of him. Huh. I It’s been a while since we had a trade. Really? It was the Cowboys won for Quinnon Williams. It’s been a while for sure. We’re all caught up on super chats and everything, right? Okay. Thought so. Thought so. Just wanted to make sure there’s uh Rick said Trey Hendrickson to the Lions. That would be that’s what kind of I kept saying. Give them a chance to go compete for a championship. The Lions are not the laughingtock of the NFL obviously anymore. Uh, let’s see. Sky Warriors said, “Would you do BJ Hill, Miles Murphy for a third?” Um, I think he meant Kavon Tibido. The big question is, would the would the Giants do that? Maybe maybe that’s a legit trade offer there, but I don’t know if that’s helping what they want. Uh, and trading BJ Hill too if you’re the Bengals is tough because he is your best defensive tackle and when you’re not going to get picks in return for him, that’s just not helping the Bengals team at all. Uh Jamar Chase Lever said, “Thoughts on trading T. Higgins?” Talked about it earlier. Um I think it’s I think it would be the easier of the two receivers to trade in terms of that contract. I think I think you need to get a minimum third. Definitely minimum third. I think I think seconds more a reasonable ask. Um, but I wouldn’t be opposed I wouldn’t be opposed to trading T. Higgins, not because I want to, but because it would help you. It would help you out in a season that is probably gone. Tom saying, I would trade for that. I would trade him for that minimum third. I I think realistically though, you would want a second. Yeah. CWT saying 49ers are still uh considering going after Trey Hendrickson. 49ers are a team to watch. I I just feel like after the Sauce Gardner trade, the Colts are probably out of it. I think the Lions are a team that you could consider there. Uh, seems like with the Quinn and Williams trade, the Cowboys are probably out of it there. The problem with with giving up, you know, trying to trade CTB is what are you going to get for him? A seventh, probably. Probably a seventh with how things have kind of gone down there. Cuz I think Logan Wilson’s a better player than CTB. And you got a seventh for him. So, uh, let’s see. Dead game. Any chance they aren’t trading Trey Hendrickson because they’re fighting for their jobs, essentially sabotaging the team, the the future, win games in a lost season. Um, that’s an interesting point. I don’t know. I guess it depends what the conversations with with the ownership is. I guess if if you know Mike Brown has already said that your jobs are safe this year because it’s a lost season and they just don’t really care, then maybe. But as of right now, 30 minutes to go before the trade deadline, Trey Hendrickson right now is still a Cincinnati Bengal. Um, you know what’s interesting, too? Heard AJ McCarron talking about this a couple of uh weeks ago on his podcast saying, you know, he was supposed to be traded to the Browns, I believe it was, uh, when he was when he was at the Bengals. And you know, it went as far as his agent called him and said, “Hey, we’re trading you to the Browns or you’re being traded to the Browns.” And then it just didn’t happen because somebody didn’t file the paperwork. So, I don’t know, man. This Bingle’s front office is very um what’s the word? I don’t know. I don’t know. We’re getting into that loony point right now. Love seeing this here. Billy, take a look at what the Bengals have right now in terms of their NFL draft picks. First, second, third, and fourth. You gave up your fifth in the fifth, sixth round pick swap banner. Good one there saying unprofessional. Bad is the word from Roberto. Um, you gave up your fifth round pick for that pick swap with the Browns to acquire Joe Flacco, which at the time seemed, you know, really, really good. um you know considering the play that you’ve gotten from Joe Flacco. So you have two sixth and two seventh round picks right now coming up in the this coming year’s NFL draft. So could you you know acquire a couple more top 100 picks? That’s that’s I think what you would want to do. That’s where I would be. If I was the GM, I’d be in cell mode. But, you know, it they keep calling Duke Tobin the deacto GM because nothing really gets done unless it’s run by the Brown family. Nothing really gets done there. So, just doesn’t seem like that is going to actually end up being the case. Uh, couple updates here. Jordan Schultz saying teams have called. Jets are not interested in trading wide receiver Garrett Wilson. Not like that would affect the Bengals here. But who do you guys think won this trade? B for the Bengals. C for the Cowboys. Seventh round pick for Logan Wilson. Fax machine is still broken. Yeah, that was the excuse. Which we’re still using fax machines out here. I don’t know if I’ve ever used a fax machine, Billy. I’ve never used a fax machine. I’m 20 seven. Never used a fax machine. Um, a lot of people saying the Cowboys, couple people said the Bengals. I think T is the right answer here. Or excuse, what am I saying? T. I’m on T. Higgins right now. I think L is the right answer here. Logan Wilson’s the winner. Logan Wilson is the winner because he gets to go play. He gets to go be a starter with the Dallas Cowboys. And they’ve made a couple moves today getting Logan Wilson, getting uh Quinn and Williams to try to help out that defense. Really, their secondary now, their secondary has been banged up so far this year, so maybe they’re going to get some help back. Um, so maybe maybe maybe the winner there is just Logan Wilson at the end of the day. I know a lot of questions about Trey Hendrickson, like why it hasn’t gotten done and what the deal is there. Big thing I think we haven’t talked about much, Chris, is like the guy’s not healthy. He He’s had two separate serious injuries in the past two weeks. How crazy is that? And you and and not that you’ve said this, I’m saying this in general. Like you think you’re going to get a first or a second for him when he has a bad back and a bad hip at defensive end. Yeah. Um and and I know a lot of people hated on the Cowboys and how they did things and how like they knew Micah was all right and they didn’t want to risk, hey, maybe we want to trade this guy later and he gets hurt. Like we’re trading Micah now. He’s ready to go now. Let’s trade him now. And I think they ran into that problem with Hendrickson is like probably should have traded him in training camp while he was holding out and moved on and instead here you are he’s got a bad back, bad hip and I’m guessing a team didn’t offer you more than a third. Probably. Probably. Yeah. And backs and hips are weird, man. I slept on the D line that you’re not getting healthier. Yeah. I I slept wrong the other day. I’m 27 years old and I just woke up. My back was sore. I’m like, what is this? What is this? I’m going to be out for two weeks now. I’m going to be out for two weeks. Let’s see. Tom Jones saying, “The Cowboys won the trade. We dumped salary so the Bengals think they won.” I The only thing about the Logan Wilson trade to me is you’re you’re losing leadership. Um William said, “Wait until you’re 67.” 67. 67. Oh, when does that run out, Billy? How did you fit one of those in? Huh? How did you fit one of those in? Hey, no, William Snipes did it. William Snipes did it. You can blame it on him. Unreal. I never know. Uh, I’m to that age now where, you know, you remember we were our parents would try to be cool and say stuff and we’d be like, “Mom, people don’t say that anymore. Dad, like that’s old. Nobody says that anymore.” I’m to the point now where we’re How soon do kids move on from these memes? My aunt’s a teacher and she dressed as 67 for Halloween and she was so excited and she’s like telling me all about it. I was like oh. And she’s like, “What’s wrong?” I go, “This means it’s over. Like the fact that you’re in on it means it’s done. The kids are going to be done with it.” And I I again I’m not in on all of it. Like you said, like I think they there’s another number another set of numbers they moved on to. So like Yeah. Well, for us it was uh it was 25. I don’t remember that. It’s Spongebob. What’s uh what’s what’s funnier than 24? Was that it? 25. I told her I’m like once teachers and parents are in on the joke and like using the joke, it’s cooked. It’s pretty much cooked. Dunzo. Yeah. Final 20 minutes. Crazy. Final 23 minutes here until the NFL trade deadline. And if you guys want, we are doing a mailbag at the end of today’s show. We’ll have a live mailbag for you guys here. So, get those super chats in. Uh any super chat will get on the show your comments, questions, concerns, uh you know, whether or not the Bengals are going to do anything here. Uh Billy, real quick, let’s just go ahead and check, too. Uh cuz we haven’t done a live mailbag in a long time here on the channel. I’m going to make an L3 here. Um for the mailbag. You’ve done mailbags with Tom, right? Yeah. Okay. So, you know, hashtag Bengals. I’m just going to put one as an L3 in there. Um So we can get some some hashtag Bengals questions in too. Put it under the under the breaking things there. Banner saying this is embarrassing front office. An embarrassing front office. Agreed. Agreed. It It’s so hard, man. It’s so hard week after week after week just seeing this Let me know if it popped up there for you. Yeah. And I think what we might end up doing here is um do the mailbag live and then we’ll get off live and do the recap probably. Uh nah, we just get right into it. Yeah. Yeah. Let me know if that L3 gets uh if you see that, though. Yes, sir. You can go ahead and push that over, too. Um Yeah. Yeah. Get go ahead and get some get some questions in here. Um Adam Sheffer, by the way, just tweeting out, “As expected, Eagles wide receiver AJ Brown has not been and will not be traded by today’s deadline.” So, just in case anybody was wondering uh if the Bengals were going to trade for AJ Brown there. Um, but like I said, you guys can get your questions, comments, concerns, whatever it is in for our mailbag. Use Bengals or you can super chat to guarantee a spot here on today’s mailbag show. Um, and make sure we also, it should still be in there, but the uh hashtag Bengals in the in the GFX3 bucket. You know what I’m talking about? The for the for the mailbag, the socials, the mailbag social in GFX3, you know, you have that. Yeah. Yeah. Upper, lower. I see what you’re saying there. Yeah, I see what you’re saying there. Um um yeah. Yeah. And once uh once a couple of them come in, maybe we’ll see them come in. It’s it’s not linked to socials, right? Okay. Okay. Cool. Yeah. Uh, Cowboy actually just put a hashtag Bengals in there. Um, so we’ll see if make sure that’s working there. Make sure they get in there. Uh, yeah. Yeah. So, we’ll feature some of you guys here on our mailbag at the end of today’s show and then we will also do a uh recap of the not very exciting so far NFL trade deadline for the Bengals and what it ends up being here. Uh Tom saying just because trade deadline is today at 4 does not mean we can’t trade later or cut someone. You can’t trade later. Um now if it gets in like right at the line right at the deadline uh technically the you know reporting might come in you know you know 10 15 minutes behind or something like that. But usually um usually it’s pretty quick there. I agree with the Sky Warrior saying the deadline needs to be pushed back. I think it needs to be pushed back at least two weeks, but I think it’s right now because you don’t want teams knowing that their season is cooked and then they just totally, you know, they don’t want teams tanking. That that just is what it is. They don’t want teams tanking. Um they don’t want it to look like the NBA, which is terrible. Yeah, it’s kind of what the Jets are doing, but the Jets are one and seven, one and eight, one and seven, I don’t know, something like that. They know they’re coach already. And they also have a new coaching staff so far this year. So, um, trying to probably get the Aaron Glenn guys in there. Get the Aaron Glenn guys in. Yeah. Sorry, I’m coming. Okay. Um, I was actually just going to make a joke. Aaron Glenn, I want to get my guys in here. I’m going to trade away the guys that you don’t have time for that. They don’t give you five years to get your guys set up, right? Ready to go and ready to rock and then you can prove you’re a good coach. They want it now. Especially the Jets. You get a year or two at the Jets to prove you’re you’re a a person a real head coach, a normal head coach, and your first thing you do in your first year is deem two of their best players not your guys, I think you’re in trouble. Yeah. Yeah. NFL not for long. Exactly. Players and coaches. Uh Greg said, “Who’ the Jets beat?” The freaking Bengals. Oh no. The first loss. The first loss. Still just seeing we’re waiting for one more Jets trade to come in too. But um I assume that might have been for Bree Hall, maybe Germaine Johnson. But we’re got we’re getting down to the wire now. Getting down to the wire. Six trades have already been made so far today. Billy, if we could just go ahead and roll through some of those up top. Um, we’ll just kind of go through those really, really quickly here. Um, Henden Hooker just got cut, by the way. Panthers have made six practice squad moves today. First trade of the day came in as I was driving into work here at like what, 7:25, something like that this morning. Logan Wilson going to the Dallas Cowboys for a 2026 7th round pick. After that, Jacobe Meyers was the next guy on the move there from the Las Vegas Raiders going to the Jaguars for a couple of picks, fourth round pick and a sixth round pick for him. Uh probably a top two craziest trade so far of the day was S Gardner going to the Indianapolis Colts. They are making moves right now to try to get better before the trade deadline. They’re trying to make a run to a uh Super Bowl this year. Probably a top what three team in the NFL right now. Uh Colts are looking really really good. Uh and by the way, the Jets right now are just stacking up on first round picks. getting a 2027 and a 2026 first round pick there um for Sauce Gardner as well as getting wide receiver AD Mitchell um you know as well. So uh Jets are are doing a lot so far today. Also making a big time trade that we’ll get to here in just a second with the uh Dallas Cowboys. But after that trade went down, you also had Rasheed Shahed going to the Seattle Seahawks for a couple of picks there. Fourth and a fifth round pick for him. Uh Browns getting involved with the Bears. Also doing a sixth round pick for Joe Shenoa. Shroyena Shuyena. Why do I keep putting an R in there? Shuyena. Okay. Yeah, the the one name I just just refuse to be able to say. I just cannot say it. Um, still not not the biggest um, you know, trade there. Another crazy trade though, like we just mentioned, Quinnon Williams going to the Dallas Cowboys. So, the Dallas Cowboys picking up uh, Logan Wilson today. He’s going to immediately plug and play to be their starter at linebacker. Um, Mazy Smith going to the Jets. Mazy Smith has been a bust for the Cowboys. So, that’s a win for the Cowboys there. But, uh, crazy amount of picks going to the Jets there. 2026 second round pick going to the Jets and also a 2027 first round pick. Now, what’s interesting about that is the Cowboys have two 20 or had two 2027 first round picks. One of those coming from the Green Bay Packers with that uh Micah Parsons trade. And the Jets sounds like they have, you know, negotiated. They’re going to get whatever ends up being the higher pick there. If it ends up being the Cowboys first round pick or that pick they got from the Green Bay Packers. So the Jets are going to get the higher of the two first round picks there for that trade for Quinnon Williams. So six trades have already gone down today. Bengals have made one and we are still waiting 12 more minutes and we’ll see if the Bengals end up trading Trey Hendrickson. That doesn’t seem like it’s going to happen, but crazy stuff has happened today. So Leah Bro said definitely definitely the Jets won that trade. I kind of agree. Yeah, I kind of agree on that. It’s kind of a win-win, but they did give up some some capital there. Uh Mazy Smith just thrown in there for an extra body to sweeten the deal. I’ve seen this a couple times, Chris, today. And I mean, I’m not a big C Cowboys expert. I guess we could ask Tom later, but like I kept seeing their biggest problem on defense is coverage. They have coverage problems. And yet they traded for Dline. Now I I know one can help the other, I guess, but like it’s kind of like you’re bad at running the ball so you just traded for another receiver. Yeah. Yeah. Uh, now I will say too, Quinton Williams is very very uh quality player. He’s squirrely is the word that I like to use in terms of pass rush. Squirly. Squirly. Uh maybe that’s not the right word, but he for a big guy, the guy can move. Um, so he does help a little bit in pass rush. Very, very good run defender there at defensive tackle as well. Um, and the Jets are also unloading a lot of salary cap space. you know, getting rid rid of uh getting rid of Quinnon Williams there. So, uh father father specimen saying Trey Hendrickson for three scouts. We just need a couple more. We just need a couple more to be able to draft a little bit better. Uh what did Cookie say? Cookie said, “Anyone believe the Duke Tobin could be fired headlines.” I don’t. I think it’s more rumors right now. I think it’s mainly rumors right now. But we’ll see. I think if they were to fire him, they probably should have fired him like yesterday, cuz why are you going to let him make trades and then fire him after he makes trades? A trade anyways. I think the Brown family is just okay with chalking this season up to a to an L. That’s how I feel. JC said, “I’m so embarrassed that they say our defense is fine.” It’s far from fine. Agreed. Agreed. They keep saying they believe in the guys. They just need a couple more. Got to make a couple plays. Just got to make one play. Got to make one play. Gotta make uh what’s another one? Um what’s another one? The one I hate. Yeah, someone needs to step up. Someone needs to step up. Vinnie saying, “Chris, what do you think about the Duke Tobin situation?” I It’s tough. Like, I’m just as mad as you guys are about the situation right there. Yeah, there. There you go, Cowboys. Someone needs to step up. Um, just as mad as you guys. I I just it’s tough when you only have two scouts. Like it really is tough. You’re put in a position as a general manager where you’re not even a real general manager. It’s like being the Cowboys general manager. Jerry Jones is the one that makes the decision. Stephven Jones is the one that makes the decision. You’re not a real general manager. So, can you really put it on Duke Tobin? It’s tough to say. I know. I know people are mad about it and you have a right to be mad about it, but I think the blame deserves to go to the top and I think most people understand that as well. I think most people understand that as well. Um, the worst NFL player was once the best college player from father less than 10 minutes away. It just does not seem like anything else is going to happen unless something crazy comes across the wire here. Just does not seem like anything is going to happen here. When will we hear about Trey Hendrickson trade? Um, doesn’t seem like we are. See, Vinnie, it’s not on the GM to uh to uh hire scouts. I mean, yeah, it should be, but you got to have the funds. You got to have the money. And if the Brown family doesn’t want to fork over the money, then it doesn’t really matter. Uh looks like Sweat will not be traded. That’s the next update there. I really hate that. Well, he put sources there. Okay, I’ll take that. Earlier, Jordan Schultz said, “Breaking. This player is not going to be traded.” That’s Yeah, that’s why Sam hates Jordan Schultz. Part of it. Part of it. William Snipes, Mike Brown, third richest person in Ohio. Five billion dollars, I believe, is what he’s worth. um and doesn’t want to fork over a couple hundred thousand to get a couple extra scouts. Okay. Yeah. Okay. Yeah. Google Google says five billion anyways. It’s a pet project. It’s a pet project. That’s all it is. You’re not trying to win football games. You don’t care. You don’t care. There you go. Got uh right on Q there. Tom saying never spend to the cap. Got $9 million. Now, that was before today’s uh trade. So, it might be a little bit different from that right now, but that was after the trade that was made. Okay, somewhere around there. We’ll just call it that. We’ll just call it that. Pretty Ricky, by the way, aka Ricky Scoops, aka the people’s insider, saying, “Great trade deadline. Going back to doggy heaven. See you at the combine. Sorry Pats fans. We’ll get a scoop right eventually. Love you all. That’s hilarious. Ricky going dark now. Ricky’s going dark. Doesn’t seem like anything else is going to happen today. Very antilimactic. Had a had a couple wild things going on and then after that just nothing. We got a $5 super chat coming in from Christian, by the way. Christian. Oh, we do have one more trade. Not Bengals, but there is another trade. The Saints are trading offensive lineman Trevor Penning to the Chargers. Let’s see. Let’s see. um he was drafted in the 2022 draft, first round pick there. See what some of those details are as those come in. But uh do want to give some love here to Christian. By the way, Christian, you are in at the end of the month, we are going to be giving away a Bengals pennant. Um, so that’s probably going to be the Thanksgiving Day game that we end up giving that one away. So you are in to that raffle, my friend. Appreciate you sending that $10 super or excuse me, $5 super chat. We definitely appreciate that. I think I want to do a shot, too, just because I appreciate Christian coming in with the super chat. Show the trade. Don’t have the details in quite yet, but that is the uh teams involved there. You said AP is gonna be mad. That’s funny. Um, nobody Tyler Shuck is cooked. This one’s for Christian. Let’s see if any of those details come in for this trade because the the Bengals aren’t going to make a trade here. Yeah, these details just aren’t coming in there. But that is the latest trade, the seventh trade so far today. Can we have one come under the wire? What if I put the hat on, Billy? Things always seem to happen when I put the hat on. They always seem to happen when I put the hat on. I’ll leave it on here for the next three minutes. We’ll see if we get any trades here. Make sure you guys get those hashtagbengles in or super chat to get on our live mailbag here in just a second. Um, how many hashtag bingles do we have, Billy? I think it’s like two. Yeah. So, make sure you get those in. We got to have probably at least, you know, five or 10, something like that to uh really make it happen. We’re going to have um some of those super chats throughout the show to be featured. You got to put a question in too, Leo, or a comment or concern or, you know, whatever it is. I’m taking the hat off. Ain’t nothing happening. Everybody’s putting hashtag Bengals in, but no questions or anything. That doesn’t help us. That doesn’t help. Um, yep. Still nothing as we are down to two minutes to go here. Sky Warrior got one in. Ohio State could beat the Bengals. We’ll get to it on the mailbag. Sky Warrior, we got a couple coming in now. Make sure you guys keep getting those in as soon as we’ll probably give it like five minutes or so after the trade deadline just to make sure nothing else comes in after um you know right right down to it here. Um and then we’ll get into that mailbag and then we’ll do the probably off live is what we’ll probably end up doing because the Bengals didn’t do anything. So I got to think. So I got to think. There we go. Got some more questions about Al Golden coming in here. Christian with a kind of funny funny comment there. Appreciate you guys getting those questions in. If you want a guaranteed spot, by the way, any super chat, it’s a guaranteed spot on the show. Yeah, I haven’t seen the details come in yet, but I guess it doesn’t really matter. Sean asking questions about the Cowboys. Oh my god, Sky Warriors wild. That 17 seconds left until the NFL trade deadline is closed. Let’s see. Jets are not trading Bree Hall, who wanted to be traded. Linebacker Quincy Williams and defensive end Germaine Johnson also not going to be traded. Offers were not good enough. So, the trade deadline is closed. We’ll give it just a couple more minutes here um just to make sure that nothing else happens. But as of right now, Trey Hendrickson is still on the Cincinnati Bengals. Uh Adam Shfter also saying despite getting a couple calls about Jaylen Wadd Bradley Chub Dolphins did not make a deal before the deadline opted to hold on to both of them. Great job here. Grade the trade deadline. I can’t wait to see some of these grades. Can’t wait to see it. Grade the trade deadline for the Bengals. for the Bengals in particular. Got a D in there. F F minus F D F F F F F F F F F F F F F F F F F F F F F F No Moves. Stupid. Yeah, Paul Der putting this out. Bengals is not going to wave the white flag at uh for the season. Uh one fact that has remained consistent forever almost no matter the circumstance. He also put that article out a couple days ago about that 20 2019 team where they did not have a win before the NFL trade deadline and they did not make a move then either. So it’s it’s no surprise. It’s no surprise they did not pick up anybody, Swifty. They did not pick up anybody. So, they didn’t help themselves at all. At all. They literally said, “F it. We ride.” Jungle, let’s ride. Hudday, let’s ride. Bengals Nation, let’s ride. Unfortunately, Roger, you cannot fire Mike Brown. Unfortunately. Yep. Yep. Zack Taylor did say in the press conference yesterday they were riding or dying. So, uh, seems like they’re dying. Seems like they’re going to die. All right. Um, let’s make sure we’re good here, Billy. Um, not all of them, you know. But we’ll hit, you know, 10 minutes or so. You know, just keep an eye on the time. Don’t want to run too long or anything like that. Uh, but I do think we have plenty of plenty of questions in probably by now. Probably hit some of those um super chats first. And I’m not sure um Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah, kind of, you know, same same show flow as normal. Yeah. Um, make sure we’ve got our make sure we’ve got our weigh-ins there too as well. uh the mailbag L3 just so some of those questions will come in but also the um also the other one there um yeah prize picks. Um so let me let me make sure we’ve got got grade the trade deadline in there. Um do we have the Joe Burrow returning one in there? weigh in and the what draft pick. I tell you what, I could do this too. I could just make them really really quickly. I’ll just make them really quickly and move over and then we’ll check them and then we’ll get into our mailbag and then after that we will sign off and do our quick recap video cuz got to think on that one considering you did nothing. You did nothing. So what? Yeah. Yeah. There’s a $5 super chat coming in from Chris. We’ll feature that on the mailbag as well. We’ll we’ll feature it on the mailbag. But Chris coming in with a $5 super chat saying, “Am I wrong to think that the grade uh that the grade would be a zero? Didn’t show up to class. Who day?” You’re not wrong at all. You’re not wrong at all. um made one trade. Trading away Logan Wilson. Okay. For a seventh round pick, that sure as hell helps you out. That sure does help you out, doesn’t it? All right, I’m moving these weigh-ins over here, Billy. They’re going to be regular weigh-ins. N just like a regular mailbag. Just move those weigh-ins over. Let’s see. Let’s see. Yeah. Uh, a a rf the seventh round pick is useless. Pretty much. Pretty much Jackson. Yeah, sure. We’ll hit Jackson’s here in a little bit on the mailbag. Yeah. Yeah. Around five minutes or so. And I can I can kind of highlight things to guide you a little bit there too. Yeah. Yeah. Tom said, “Watching you from YouTube.” Appreciate you there, Tom. Getting set up for our Bengals mailbag here. If you want to get featured on that, super chat is the best way to get on our mailbag today. We got a couple of different super chats that I want to hit on today’s show. Uh you can also do hashtagbengles, but also uh put your question, comment, concern, whatever it is there. Um you know, after that or before that, whatever it is. So get those questions in to be featured on our mailbag today. First one we’ve done in a while. First live mailbag that we have done here in a while. Um, yeah, that’s probably a good one to start off with. That’s fine. Yeah. No, no, just any super chat. Yep. Uh, probably super chats first. First of the line there. Yep. Yep. All right. No, we’ll just cut it later. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. All right. Looks like we are pretty much ready to go here in just a second. Um, we actually pushed that a little bit too soon. Billy wanted to start it up here. Get those questions in super chat or hashtag Bengals and we’ll get your comments here on the show. just do like a subway in real quick and then we’ll start off with the Sky Warrior. Yeah, there you go. Push that over and then we’ll start off here with the Sky Warrior and we will get in to our first Bengals mailbag in a long time here on the show. Ready? Yeah. All right, we are back here for our Bengals mailbag. Couple of uh super chats coming in. Also, some of our live comments coming in from our NFL trade deadline coverage here. Sky Warrior coming in with a $10 super chat saying, “How can this Bengals or how can the Bengals win the Super Bowl next year? I know how or I know how. Draft Ohio State’s entire defense. That’s how you fix the defense. But seriously, how do you win the Super Bowl next year? I just personally don’t think that there is a way that you could win the Super Bowl next year. I think you got so many issues on this Bengals team right now and you didn’t do anything at the NFL trade deadline. Sure, you traded Logan Wilson for a uh seventh round pick. That’s not going to help you at all. You didn’t help this current team and you did not help the future team. You need a uh you know, tackle. Orlando Brown is going to be a free agent after the season. A couple of your offensive guards are also going to be a free agent after the season. You probably need some DT help. You need some edge rusher help. Right now, they’re just banking on guys to be able to develop and be better. You know, Zack Taylor the other day said that um you know, he he’s glad that he wasn’t canned after the 2020 season because after that they were in the same spot. They were able to develop some of those young linebackers and uh you know, make a run to the Super Bowl there. But I I personally just do not see it for this Bengals team right now. I think it’s going to be a couple year thing, but you got to be able to actually rebuild, right? This Bengals team, this Bengals front office, especially in the ownership, doesn’t seem like they really know how to do that. Ethan coming in with a $2 super chat saying, “How about fire the defensive coordinators?” I, you know, you fired Lu Anarumo last year and obviously that didn’t make much of a difference. Personally, I think it’s more of a, you know, talent issue out there on the football field. It’s an execution issue as well. You know, at some point, the players have to be held accountable as well. You can call whatever you want if you’re the defensive coordinator. And if the players don’t go out there and they’re not actually able to actually, you know, make plays on the football field. Remember a couple weeks ago, you know, they they call it a blitz. Jordan Battle coming off the edge and it was against the Jets and he just checks up right before he gets to the quarterback and they end up throwing a touchdown pass on that one, too. So, uh, you know, I know a lot of people are going to be mad about, you know, the defensive situation. And a lot of people want Al Golden to be fired, but you just fired your defensive coordinator and it hasn’t gotten any better now. It was bad last year, it’s bad this year. Doesn’t really matter who matter who’s running things right now. I think it is more of a talent issue right now for the Cincinnati defense. JD also coming in here with a $2 super chat saying, “If the Buffalo Bills fire Shawn McDermott, could the Bengals hire him?” Well, first you would have to actually fire Zack Taylor. That would be the first step there. And I just don’t see a world where the Bengals move on from Zack Taylor. Maybe I’m wrong. Maybe in the next couple of days. You know, it’s the by-week right now. Usually teams fire their head coach during the by-week, but I just do not see a world right now where the Bengals do actually end up firing Zack Taylor. And I don’t even know if Shawn McDermott would be an upgrade as your head coach. You know, I think a lot of the success coming right now for this Buffalo offense, um, has to do a lot of, you know, a lot with Joe Brady. And so, uh, maybe Joe Brady is a guy that I would go after. I know a, uh, a guy that we’ve talked about a lot here on the channel is John Gruden as well. Uh, I think there’s other options that you could go with instead of Shawn McDermott. TWW coming in with a $5 super chat saying, “I love Joe Burrow, but I think it’s time we trade Burrow. He is a cap space liability especially being hurt. It is time to rebuild. We could get a lot for Joe Burrow. Well, the tread tread trade deadline at this point now has come and gone and I just don’t really see that happening especially with the injury with Joe Burrow right now. I see what you mean. It would piss a lot of people off if the Bengals end up doing that. you could get a lot for Joe Burrow and he is taking up a lot in cap space right now. But um I I don’t think that’s the move. You know, maybe if you were to trade, you know, somebody else, I think T. Higgins is probably the most realistic person that you could have traded on the offensive side of the football here. I see what you’re saying, but if the Bengals ended up doing that, it would definitely piss a lot of people off. So, grade the Bengals at the NFL trade deadline. They did make two trades. They traded a fifth sixth round pick swap for Joe Flacco and then they also picked up a seventh round pick from the Dallas Cowboys for Logan Wilson. Personally, I I’m giving it a C. Uh, you know, the Logan Wilson trade really doesn’t do anything for you. Joe uh Flacco trade does help out your offense, especially, you know, upgrading from Jake Browning right now. But let me know what you guys think. Grade the Bengals at the NFL trade deadline ABCDF down at the pin comment of today’s video. All right, Dark Fire coming in with a $5 super chat saying, “We need a coach that attacks the players because what I’ve seen is the defense does not have accountability and we need accountability.” I totally agree with you on that. Uh it it just makes me so mad. I get so annoyed hearing Zack Taylor up there during the press conferences saying the same exact thing week after week after week. We just need a play. We need somebody to step up. It’s the same thing. He says the same thing every single week. At the end of the day, you you just need people to be able to make tackles. You need somebody to actually come up and, you know, play with some leverage on defense. You need to uh, you know, have some better angles. A couple of weeks ago, you know, Jordan Battle, I hate, you know, continuously picking on Jordan Battle cuz it’s not just him. It’s everybody on this team. They do not know how to play with leverage. They have terrible angles. And, you know, there’s a reason why you are leading the league right now by far in uh missing tackles right now. So, I think accountability is definitely up there. And, you know, like I said, it definitely irritated me the other day that Zack Taylor, you know, came down on Chase Brown from what he said after that loss, uh, you know, the other day. Um, I think somebody’s got to be mad about it. And I’m glad somebody did say something about it. Uh, you know, because at the end of the day, it can’t just be team meetings because team meetings just can get you so far. It doesn’t seem like really team meetings are doing anything for you right now. It doesn’t matter what you say. You know, the results have to come on the field and you know, right now it’s just not happening for the Bengals. All right, we’ll come back here in just a second to some more mailbag questions. But first, this episode is brought to you by Prize Picks. The hard-hitting football action is even better with Prize Picks. The weather might be changing right now, but the feeling of being right never gets old. So, keep the season rolling on Prize Picks by getting $50 instantly in lineups when you play your first $5. Prize Picks is the only app, and I love this, by the way, that offers stacks, meaning that you can pick the same player up to three times in the same lineup. You want more than on Josh Allen, passing yards, rush yards, and touchdowns. Now, you can pick all of them in the same lineup only on prize picks. This right here is a very, very good um example of stacks going with Brock Bowers. two different stat projections for him. More than on receiving yards and more than on receptions at 5 and a half on that. Also going with more than on both of those and then going with a more than on Bo Knicks for that Thursday night game between the Denver Broncos and the Las Vegas Raiders. Great thing about prize picks, by the way, um they all they also offer a lot of flexibility. You know, how you play is up to you. Choose the flex play where you get paid even if one of your picks misses. But if you want the biggest payout, by the way, which, you know, I do also love using this as well, go for the power play. No matter how you play, prize picks is a great great way to put your takes to the test. So download the prize picks app today and use promo code CLNS to get $50 in lineups after you play your first $5 lineup. That’s promo code CLNS to get $50 in lineups after you play your first $5 lineup. That link’s going to be down in the comments section and the description of today’s video prize picks. It’s good to be right. All right, Ethan coming in using his hashtag Bengals here saying, “Why do you think Al Golden changed his play calling blitz and such when uh you know he came to Ohio?” I guess he’s talking about from um you know, Notre Dame there. I really have no idea. I I I genuinely have no idea. I think some of it probably has to do with the talent that the Bengals have out there on defense, but the blitz rate is really low compared to what he was doing at Notre Dame. And you know, I I’ve said this before and I’ll say it again. You know, it’s you could call all the blitzes in the world, but unless you execute, it just really doesn’t matter there, but I really don’t know why Al Golden has changed his, you know, play calling philosophy. Maybe Zack Taylor has a little bit of influence on that as well. obviously being the head coach there, but um you know I I don’t necessarily think it’s all Al Golden’s fault. I think a lot of it does fall on the uh you know players that you have out there on defense as well. All right. Uh Frothy Sir Frothy I think is how you pronounce that there saying in your opinion what year do you think the inconsistency started to repeat itself with this team? I mean after the Super Bowl after that Super Bowl team. I your defense has got worse and worse and worse every single year after that uh you know you can’t develop develop players. You can’t really you know hit on those top 100 draft picks. It’s just um you know it seems to me like after the Super Bowl is has kind of been there. You’ve had your September woes um you know as well that this year you thought you were going to be able to do better at but then Joe Burrow gets hurt and you end up I think went two and two here in the month of September and it just you know just continues to repeat itself. So, um, I’m going to say after that 2021 season. B. Henry coming in saying, “What are your top three coaching candidates to replace a 40 and 31 record with Joe Burrow and a 4 and 30 and1 record without him? Zack Taylor’s record excluding the playoffs, 40 and 30. Uh, not that great with Burrow either.” Um, my number one uh let me see. I we did our coaching replacements uh about two or three weeks ago I believe it was. So I just want to uh pull up that because I had a full list of Zack Taylor replacements um for that. Number one for me is Joe Brady. Um I think what he you know there’s the connection there with uh you know Joe Burrow and Jamar Chase back at LSU. So he would be my number one. I think he’s done a really good job at um at the Buffalo Bills as well. I think John Gruden’s one that you definitely have to consider. I think he brings that accountability factor that a lot of Bengals fans want right now. You know, I think he could whip the boys into shape. Um, you know, whether or not, you know, he he would be able to work with the Bengals front office. I think that could be a question mark a little bit there. Uh, you know, Robert Salah is out there. He’s a really good defensive coordinator. Not the best head coach out there. Um, you know, Jesse Mentor is another guy that people have talked about. I think Brian Flores actually would probably be my number third pick there. So, you know, it would be Joe Brady, uh, you know, Brian Flores, and then probably John Gruden would be my top three coaching candidates. Gray Fox coming in with another question here, saying, “Game or visit the in-laws better Sunday?” Oh, man. It’s probably the game. Probably the game. I I just, you know, we’ve ju we just went through a phase of uh, you know, the fiance always wanting to go to the pumpkin patch and stuff like that. And every single week, uh, every single weekend, I’ve chosen to, uh, you know, go with, uh, go with the football games here. So, in my opinion, I would say, you know, watch a Bengals game or go to the Bengals game at the end of the day. So, uh, that’s what I would end up picking there on Sundays. Jackson coming in saying, “I spent three hours waiting for nothing. Not a single trade.” Well, you did have the one at 7:30 a.m. this morning when we were on our way to work. Um, you know, Logan Wilson traded for a seventh round pick. It’s very disappointing and I totally understand everybody’s frustration. I’m very frustrated on that as well. So, um, yeah. Yeah, I uh totally understand the frustration there. All right, it’s probably good to end it there, Billy. Got a good 12 minutes in there. Um, yeah, throw up the throw up a subway in or something like that and uh we’ll we’ll end it here. Oh man, a very very frustrating day. If you’re a Cincinnati Bengals fan, they chose to do nothing yet again. It is right in their emmo. It it it is their emmo. Uh you know, they didn’t help themselves in terms of stocking up on draft picks. They did not help themselves on, you know, going out and getting better players. You know, you could you could have gone either way, but they stick with the guys they got and that just uh really does suck and it is very very annoying. So, we will catch you guys. We are off this week. There is no Bengals game this week, so uh not going to see you guys this week. But appreciate everybody who joined us for our live show today. I thought we had a lot of fun chatting it up with you guys about the trades that have gone around the league so far uh at the NFL trade deadline. So, uh I’m sure you know if the Bengals continue to lose games, we’re going to start getting into that draft coverage. And hey, you never know, maybe they do move off Zack Taylor at some point this season. But, uh, you know, I would definitely, uh, hold my breath on that one. So, do not miss out. We got coverage for you guys all season and offseason long. Also live for every single Bengals game. The good, the bad, the ugly. We’ve got it for you. And we will continue to call out Zack Taylor, Duke Tobin, and the Bengals ownership. So, do not miss out. Hit that sub button. Stay up to date on all things Bengals news. [Music]
