Tennessee Titans Fan MELTDOWN Over Loss to Denver Broncos
I owe you an apology. A major apology. Tennessee Titans lose to the Denver Broncos and yeah, didn’t end up being that bad of a game. The Titans, I thought, played really well in two phases of the game, but at the end of the day, it wasn’t good enough. Like I said, I owe you an apology. So, let’s talk about it next on Titan Upload. So, there was a couple things that I got right and there was a lot of things I got uh wrong. So, let’s start with the things I got right. I told you the Tennessee Titans would play a conservative game and coach Callahan almost pulled it off until well, he didn’t. And it wasn’t really anyone’s fault other than his and we’ll talk about that later. But things got off to a pretty good start. The Tennessee Titans got a great play from Cam Ward and it showed you exactly what he can do in this Titans offense. And then Sly hit the field goal and the Titans were looking pretty good. 3 nothing on their opening drive. But then our first major shocker, our first major development and the first reason why I don’t have a voice. This is what happened during the watch part. Daka, nobody around. He’s going to roll left again. Gets out of pressure. He’s going to throw it deep. He’s got a guy if they get picked off. It is picked off. Roger McCra. First down Tennessee Titans. Let’s go. There’s the voice. The voice is gone. I don’t care. Oh, I don’t care. And Roger McCra picks off Bo Knicks. Sophomore slump, baby. Four. I got to pace myself. It’s going to be a long season. Woo. That felt good, everybody. That felt so good. So, yeah. What a play by Roger McCreary to get the interception. And now the Titans are in business. But here’s the problem. This was an issue all game long. When the Titans needed to do something on offense, they couldn’t do it. Part of the reason was because of their coach, Coach Callahan. Again, I’m not asking for things to be wonderful. I’m not asking for Cam Ward to throw the ball over the yard. Heck, I wasn’t even asking for Cam Ward to outduel Boicks. But Bo Nicks was terrible in this game. Bo Knicks is the reason why the Titans were able to even be in this game. And then ultimately came the end of the second quarter after the Titans played one heck of a football game. When it comes to Tennessee, the conservative game works. They had it first and goal. They went conservative. Was I mad at Callahan? No, I wasn’t. I understood it. Again, you were shortening the game and you weren’t going to put Cams in harm’s way. But then there was something that just totally blew my mind. At the end of the first half, Titans had the ball literally on the six-yd line with 40 seconds to go, but man, I was about ready to lose it. Uh, what are we doing? Like I Cal, this is where I I have a problem. At the three yard line, Callahan at the three yd line in Denver territory on first and goal wants to be super conservative and I’ll bail him out for that. I have no problem with him. And now all of a sudden he wants to throw it all over the yard on their own three yardd line. Cam Ward almost takes a sack for a safety. That would have been a huge deflator going into halftime. There’s your safety. They’re going to say oneyd line. This offensive coordinator/ad coach. What a disaster he had. Oh JC Laam just gets destroyed on the right side and you almost had two safeties. And now you might give Denver with one timeout left in 39 seconds. DK had a nice 71 yardd return. He was awesome. Not even I mean four returns for 144 yards and punt return wise he didn’t do anything to hurt us. So I give him a shout out. And honestly my only question to Callahan and the coaching staff is why did you waste the entire preseason on James Proche and Jaquan Jackson? Jaquan Jackson’s not even on the roster anymore. and Pchet. Everyone thought he won the job, but he didn’t even make the team and now he’s on the practice squad. But again, why would you even waste both these guys time, but why did you waste DK’s time and not giving him more of an opportunity to return kicks? The only thing you could say that would make somewhat sense, and it makes none to me, is that you were afraid of him getting hurt in the preseason, which I find totally ridiculous. Then we move on to the second half. Things were going really good, weren’t they? Let’s hear what Sleeper has to say. Ever heard of the Sleeper app? Here’s a little secret. So, at the end of the day, the Tennessee Titans, just like my voice, just ran out of whatever. They just didn’t have it. They couldn’t stop the run. They got gashed in certain parts of that late in the game, which led to the Broncos to scoring touchdown there to really open up the game. But even to the end, the Titans were right there. Now, there’s some things that made me mad like this was one of them that James Williams had almost a penalty earlier in the game and then goes right back to spoiling a 10-y return from uh DK. All right, here we go. punt. DK’s down there. Just catch the ball, DK. He does. He going to return it. 10, 15, and down to the 20. I like it. I like it. I I got to give him a plus on that one. You might say, “What’s the big deal?” Upload. It’s 10 yards because you would have got the ball at the 10. Instead, now you get it at the 20 and DK made a a guy miss. It’s what you want. Flag. Gosh darn it. He’s on my He’s on my list. He’s on my list. Oh my gosh. I’ve got to I’m going to lose it on this guy. He is costing us the game. Please get him out of the game. Callahan, do something. Bones Fossil, please follow me. Please pop. Please listen to me. Get him on the line. Get him on the line. James Williams. James Williams just happened. Personal foul. James Williams. Give 10 yards, taketh away. You know, he’s special teams hero guru guy. Hits a guy laid out of bounds, pushes a guy, and then that time he gets flagged. And then don’t get me started on the refs. I mean, I do have to at least throw that to you correctly. I mean, I get it. I’m not blaming the refs for the loss, but maybe I am blaming them somewhat. I almost lost it when the Brownley thing happened. I get it. Brownley got away with some stuff and Brownley was very physical and the Titans committed 13 penalties for over what, 130 yards. That’s a lot of penalties and that’s a lot of yards. And again, we could go on this coach Callahan discipline and what he did in the offseason and what he didn’t do in the offseason. And you have Cam Ward getting pushed in the face by Simmons and Brownley bodys slamming guys in preseason games and then all of a sudden Brownley getting into it with the fan and I think it was Atlanta or Tampa Bay. But this play especially when Brownley gets the stop and getting ready to walk off the field and then here comes a flag out of nowhere. Here’s how it was live. All right, here we go. Third and three. Can they get a stop? They can. Is there a flag? There is. Of course there is. And it’s always late. It’s always late and you’re like, “Where’s the flag? Where’s the flag? People walk into the side and then the flag comes out. Illegal contact. See that? That to me, the NFL, that stuff freaking ticks me off because after the play, this is after the play. Play’s over. Play’s over. He’s walking to the bench, then the flag comes out. It’s either a flag then or it’s not a flag. You can’t just say, “Oh, they didn’t get the first down. Let me throw a flag.” That’s why people think the league is rigged. The Titans did enough to win the game. They really did. Even at the very end, Denver could not put away the Titans. Do you know who did put away the Titans? The Titans offense. They put away the Titans. And a lot of that, my guess goes on Callahan. I get it. Callahan decided to play conservative game. I give them credit for doing that. That’s why the Titans were in this game. We still have some major issues on offense. Is the offensive line revived? Didn’t look like it. I get it takes time. It took time in 2019 when Roger Saffold came over for the Rams and Taylor Lewan missed the first four games because of peed use. You know, Dan Moore got some big penalties and got beat and JC Laam, I think, got hurt and also got beat. The interior did okay, I guess, but the end of the day, the Titans still weren’t able to run the ball. People in my uh the chat during the watch party said, “Why didn’t they run any stretches?” I asked, “Why didn’t they run many screens?” If the Broncos were selling out coming after your quarterback late in the game when he couldn’t do anything, Calvin Ridley couldn’t catch the ball. I Manor couldn’t get it either. And Lockett and Van Jefferson are nowhere to be heard of. Literally still waiting on those. Are those guys even around? Yeah, I don’t have an answer for you. Neither one of them had a catching. I get it. Xavier Resto can’t be on the football team. He’s got to be on the practice squad. But you can look at me face to face and say, uh, Xavier Restrele wouldn’t have helped today. But Lockin and Van Jefferson did. Give me a break. Calvin Ridley was a complete disaster. And here’s my apology. I am sorry. I am sorry from the bottom of my heart because I told you he was going to be amazing. And he still could be, but today he was terrible. This is shades of week five against the Colts when he literally went 0 for nine and couldn’t catch anything. Titans didn’t do anything early to get him involved and he kept dropping ball after ball after ball and it was just not good. And here’s the thing, nobody really showed up on the offensive side of the ball when it comes to basically bail out Cam Ward. And I can’t even tell you how good or not good Cam Ward did because the Titans never really gave him an opportunity. There were glimpses. Sure, he didn’t throw the big turnover like Will Levis, but at the end of the day, his completion percentage wasn’t very good. His passer rating was like a 54.5 and he barely got over 100 yards. And where did Gunnar Helm go after the first possession? Again, another game where we really don’t see much of Chigono and your leading receiver had one catch, 29 yards came on the first possession and it wasn’t even by design to Tony Pard. So to me, those are a lot of issues feel isolating. What if healing had a soundtrack? At recovery unplugged, they are not just any rehab. You can leave a comment and how well you thought Cam Ward played. Honestly, I think he did as good as he could do. It’s on the Titans for not giving him more weapons and guys he can count on because certainly the guys they drew up, the three veterans on the team had multiple drops and the other two, Van Jefferson and Lockett had zero catches for zero yards. So yeah, they didn’t do enough to support their rookie quarterback. But give Cam credit, he didn’t like just throw the game away and he didn’t like overdo it. He let the game come to him for the most part. And I can’t say there was any bad throw that he made that I was like, “What are you doing?” And that has to mean something. And he didn’t commit the huge turnover other than getting hit late in the game where, you know, the offensive line and they couldn’t pick up the pressure. But outside of that, I thought Cam Ward just did what he could do. And I’m excited to see him the rest of the year. And thank goodness he didn’t get hurt. But the defense, I just don’t I just hope you realize how good the defense actually played. They got four turnovers. They really made Bo Knicks look pretty bad for most of the game and they literally gave the Titans every possible chance to win the game. You don’t realize how bad it is until you see these stats. The Denver Broncos had 20 first downs. The Tennessee Titans had seven. Let that sink in for a moment. That’s right, seven first downs in the entire football game. That’s not even two first downs in each quarter. That’s pretty bad. The Titans defense also gave the offense four chances. Actually, special teams gave him one and then the defense gave him three. They had a sack from Jeffrey Simmons that caused a fumble that Joseph Day picked up. I actually didn’t pick it up on his knees and getting up and the ball kind of fell right in his lap. Two interceptions by McCra and Xavier Woods. That those were fantastic. And then you had the special teams disaster from Denver. Mims junior guys is an allpro guy last year. Their kicker was an allp pro field goal kicker last year. They had two allp pro special teams and I thought the Tennessee Titans won the special teams back. The end of the day, the defense, just like I said earlier in the show, like they ran out of gas. Yeah, there were bonehead moments where they made stupid penalties and we guess we got to live with them. They got a fourth down stop where they shut down the, you know, Bo Knicks for the little sneak there and they shut that down, got the ball back and another great opportunity. And they always gave the Titans offense a fighter chance in this game. You would think that the Denver Broncos would have wiped the floor with the Titans. And when you watch the game, which makes it more frustrating why I don’t have a voice, is the Titans, I felt like really should have won this football game. I really believe the Titans should have won the football game. And I believe, shout out to our guy Luke. I agree with him totally. We should have been blowing them out in the first half. Here’s your chance. Let me know what you think. Leave a comment. What What’s your expectations for the Rams? They beat up the Texans. I think they beat them 14 to9. Texans were only able to put up nine points against the Rams. So, you can’t tell me the Rams don’t have a decent defense coming to Nashville next week. So, don’t forget to tighten up that like button, hit that subscribe button, and again, shout out to Recovery Unplugged and Sleeper for sponsoring this video. So, till next time, Coach Callahan, what are you doing? Tighten up.
Tennessee Titans Fan MELTDOWN Over Loss to Denver Broncos. The Titans defense and special teams played well; however, the offense is another story. Coach Callahan, the refs don’t matter at the end of the day as Titans lose a tough one at Denver. Titan Upload makes a special apology, and someone makes the list.

I think Cam Ward looked fairly good, and i think he will be good for you guys. His receiver room let him daown and had way too many dropped passes. You D was tough and showed up. Tough game for Ward as the first game against my Broncos Defense, but he looks promising!
It was ugly, but a good game ❤. Go Broncos ❤.
That's just 1 game , our guys tired of losing supposed to be wins. 5 Ws in a row just watch
Titans should've won the offense let down the defense like usual and the coach was ass like usual we'll execute better im sure
We don’t accept your apology, you ruined my fantasy league lol 😂
Our coach doesn’t know what a catch is!
This defense deserves better. I know they allowed the run but come on. They were on the field too long
Defense was good against an average offense at best, Special teams surprised me. Offense is at least a Draft away from being a work in progress. I don't agree but I understand the love for Cam, but a good way to ruin a QB is surround him with piss poor weapons and piss poor coaching. Which is exactly what we are doing. Well at least we will see if Denard Wilson can be a good coach sooner than later.
Can Ward is not an NFL QB. He put up worse stats than Levis.
I think Tenn fans thought they really might win. But Denver was off offensively or you would have never had a shot. But that defense too good to let you walk off with a W
We have all these weapons on offense and he calls youth football play calls and to tell the truth even some of these youth ball coaches can call some great plays better than Brian Callahan is what makes it so bad. Smh TITANUP 🏈💪🏿
Tell it like it is, Upload! Shout out to Mr. Producer.
I just hope that all you Trash Can Titans fans don't stroke out before the season is over! 😂😂😂😂😂
CAM ward will be fine lmao gotta remember Yall played the best defense in the nfl
Sean Payton was playing with his food…if he runs the ball in the first half this game isn’t even close..ward looked good tho and at the end of the day that’s all yall focus should be on this year
Callahan doesn't know the rules of the game. He called such a scared and timid game.
I’m not ready to say bo’s gonna have a sophomore slump just yet it’s week 1 paytons first 2 games his sophomore season he was 21-33 63% cmp 284 yds 2td 2int and 18-30 60% cmp 223yds 3td 2int and colts ended up going 13-3 and winning the division
Ayomanor played really well the catch on the sideline should have been challenged cuz his elbow hit inbounds and Callahan said he should have challenged the call. Also the other long pass to him on the other side should have been called as PI. Just sad
As a Broncos fan I believe Denver was only lucky to come out with this win. Had it not been for all of the Titans dropped passes, the game would have easily gone in your favor. Tennesse should feel really good with Ward, he's definitely going to be a contender!
Titans didn't do enough to win. They didn't win
Broncos fan here. Your D impressed me. Good fight in you. Cam will do well
lol dumb titans can’t go anywhere in this world
Should never have got rid of Vrabes
