No major injuries today? If that’s the case then I am not disappointed by the game.
Our gutted defense could only get away with it for so long. Tough to win when a team can drop 40+ on you. Against more high powered offenses left in our schedule, and potential playoff opponents/s, I have a very hard fucking time believing we can get enough stops on these type of offenses
Zero penalty yards for an NFL team in 2025 lol

Failing to get pressure in the Texans game was the canary in the coal mine. Long season for the defense that is decimated.
Healthiest team in the NFL beats the most injured team in the NFL, more news at 11.
Also the Rams with zero accepted penalties against them… just one of those games boys, just gotta get our foot into the playoffs and the next 4 games are extremely winnable!
@fbi investigate these refs
2017/2018 defense vibes. At least we had Cassius Marsh and his cool kick lol

Just not enough starter level players on defense. Refs were also hot garbage today.
These 3 TE formations were absolutely trashing us. Obviously our defense is banged up to hell and we’re missing Warner’s leadership and experience but for the entire game we looked completely unable to adapt. A handful of good plays do not a defense make when the rest of the game has been amateurish.
A defense as decimated as ours can only do so much. Offense looked good, but just putting up points isn’t enough, especially against an offense as capable as the Rams.
The pass protection was a lot better, which is why Mac was able to make as many plays as he did. Too bad Saleh wasn’t able to work his magic with this practice squad defense.
Having your defense completely decimated by injury will do that to you.
Our defense couldn’t stop a nose bleed..
We miss you out here, Fred and Nick 😭😭😭
Mac Jones played great again, didn’t get sacked and his interception on 4th down didn’t cost us any yardage anways I guess.
Injures or not and despite the Rams being very good, it’s unacceptable to allow 42 points at home.
The defense was not ready to play.
I’m so sick and tired of Brown missing tackles, getting run over and getting beat in coverage
Was going to be tough to win against a healthy Rams team, refs certainly did not help.
Offence was fine, against a weaker team we put another 10/17on the board.
Defence… oh sweet baby Jesus. Those guys couldn’t stop a pig in an alley.
0 penalties on the Rams
Rams are better, healthier, and have momentum. Hard to be too mad when it really should’ve been close with some better play calling and the refs actually doing their job. You can’t tell me Rams shouldn’t have had at least 4 DPIs plus a few holds but is what it is
Bad officiating is not why we lost that game, but that officiating was garbage.
I understand it now… ref land clark needed to rig this game so he could keep juicing those aarp-insured biceps.
Nick Martin cant possibly be that bad to not be out there. If he is, then why did we draft him
In the 3rd round
Which filthy gambling site paid off the refs in this game?
I need fanduels account investigated
Man, I’m not mad that we lost. But Stafford gloating like he didn’t just beat half a team is annoying AF.
Do shit bag refs get held accountable at all? I mean god damn that was bad. How can they consistently miss so many blatant penalties by the rams but spot every single one by the 49ers? Its insane, especially with how those shit heads can change the outcome / momentum of a game. The defense didnt play well but god damn the refs were fucking pathetic. They need to be demoted and / or fined, but they never get held accountable for shit.
Seems like the major sports leagues have decided they need another “LA year” – I expect Luka and LeBron to get similar treatment in the playoffs.
The Niners are in a strange spot right now. They’re still in the playoff mix, but they are not a squad capable of making real noise with the injuries and issues on both sides of the ball.
Moving forward, while their recent drafts look solid on paper, they haven’t produced that clear homerun pick to help transition toward a younger core. At this point, they’re heavily reliant on Bosa, Kittle and Warner returning to elite form just to stay in contention. Add in an injury-prone quarterback, and it’s far from an ideal situation.
Meanwhile, the Seahawks and Rams have absolutely nailed their recent drafts, putting them in a far more advantageous position with quarterbacks playing at a high level at this moment.
Overall, it’s just a messy situation for the 49ers. They need to seriously rethink their draft strategy and start hitting big on some of these picks if they want to keep pace in the division.
0 penalties on LA…. refs likes that
