Right. So, I think I think and Pat’s great. I think some of the stuff, man, as he hears like like people don’t really know Pat unless you play with him. And I played with him. Pat is confident. Pat is no chunk. I don’t care about the interviews. He want to be like perfect like he’s a politician. He is a ganga. He g that field. Pat wants to win. He want to win big and he might not talk about MVPs and all that, but he care about it. I remember one time we was in the training room though. But if you watch the game today, for sure one of those interceptions wasn’t his fault. And that’s a lot of the statistics with Patrick Mahomes. Even the negative plays that are incur on Patrick Mahomes stat sheet aren’t even all his fault. When you start this season off, no Rashi Rice, Xavier Worthy gets hurt. You’re team’s leading rusher and your team’s leading passer and you’re doing everything for that team, relying on Taekquin Thornton for the first half of the season. That’s MVP caliber to me. You So Patrick Mahomes, give him his respect. Now, with that being said, I don’t think Patrick Mahomes in the top three just yet. I got Drake May. I got Matthew Stafford. I got Jonathan Taylor. Then I have Patrick Mahomes followed by Jaylen Herz. My first out is Baker Mayfield. So Patrick Mahomes is in my top five. But Drake May, what he’s doing with way less all things considered and a team that just doesn’t know how to win as much. I got to go Drake May first. Matthew Stafford 17 touchdowns, two interceptions. Puka missed last game. He had a five touchdown no pick game. What we talking about? Jonathan Taylor leading the Colts right now at 15 total touchdowns. Leading all running backs, leading all wide receivers as well. And then Patrick Mahomes leads the NFL in total touchdowns. But his team does have three losses. Can we keep it a buck though? Cuz I I feel like people be acting like Pat got this great wide receiver core and all this super help with him. Like like he’s grown on me so much more with the Chiefs. Yeah. You know what I mean? Like he’s finding ways to make plays for him. But outside of that, Tro, who we talking about? So, is Mahomes your MVP right now? Is he your number one or is it still cuz everything you’re saying is right, but I would still lead to Drake May. Their running back room is unimpressive. You feel me? Their tight end room is is is cool. You got Stefan Dig, but you do have a Robert who’s going to demand some attention. Like if you watching their summer games, people are still giving him attention. Yeah. The wide receiver Stefon Digs. Yeah. So I I would probably go with Patrick Mahomes. Oh. At number one, I’m not mad at it. My number one probably be Justin Jonathan Taylor right now cuz running backs don’t get no type of respect and he’s really carrying that thing over there. He plays for the cheat or for the Colts and Daniel Jones looks good with him. Yeah, that’s the truth of it. That’s fair. Number two for me be will be um Pat. Yeah. I I genuinely think we’re a Deon Lloyd pick six away from him being the outright favorite to be the MVP right now. It would have been they started off the season 0 and2 had injury issues with with Xavier Worthy out had some offensive line issues they’re still going through with Josh Simmons and whatnot over four out of the last five games Patrick Mahomes has had a a passer efficiency rating higher than 100. That’s elite that’s I mean that’s MVP caliber stuff and most of those games over 120. The max is 150. It’s like he he’s playing at an unbelievable level right now. And also, I think over these next two weeks, they have a road trip where they’re going on the road to Buffalo and then they’re going on the road to Denver. He comes back with two wins on that. I think the MVP conversation, I’m being so serious, all but done if he goes two and over the next two games and has two good games against those teams. Pat is playing at an unbelievable level right now. To me, I just I I really don’t think it’s uh I don’t think it’s going to be a conversation if he continues to play this good just because quarterback position is valued so much more and he has a schedule to be able to to turn the things Crown.

The thing that irritates me the most is that people are SO QUICK to jump on the bandwagon. And the Chiefs are such arrogant winners. I watch that game last night and they are such an arrogant team.

    The Eagles, Rams, Colts, and even the Packers could smack them boys. Foh. The Eagles alone have beaten far more formidable opponents while struggling with a new OC, hurt O-Line, and new defenses pieces.

  14. Did we watch the same game? He wasn’t good in the first half at all. Yes the 2nd INT was on Kelce but even before that he wasn’t playing good. The stats look good at the end of the game but let’s be real the game was out of reach. Mahomes was putting up garbage time numbers at the end.

  16. Mahomes is doing more with less in the sense of he is ALWAYS doing it and it is so normal people are desensitized it’s why he is trying to get his 4th Super Bowl. Yes defense, but mvp is not literal. It’s not most valuable players it’s a best player award. It needs to be more defined for everyone and what the criteria are. But it’s definitely Mahomes as far as best player.

  41. Travis Kelce is the 2nd best TE in the NFL this season based off stats. He's got 37rec and 476yrds. At 36yrs old, all the other top 10 guys are mid 20s. He's still top 3 TE in the NFL until he retires. We act like he didn't have 97rec and almost 900yrds last season.
