Fields has had two of the worst games I have seen by a QB this year. His inconsistency is a MASSIVE liability. Not a gloom and doom guy but Tyron over him is straight up common sense.

I feel like you should also show that his average pocket was a full yard smaller than league average, it’s right there on the same page. In particular, Clemons had his lunch money stolen and was 2 yards below league average. You can’t call a lot of passing plays when your line cannot block the other side.

Tbf while hes definitely not our qb1 next year, fields was okay. Garret had a monster game in pass rushing and we were down to a pitiful recieving group.
The run game though impressed me. Fashanu had a great run blocking game and tippman handled graham very well.
I dont blame meyers and Simpson for allowing those blutzes for warschteiner through because it was obvious to anyone we were running on those plays and its near impossible to stop a defense that can read the play before it happens.

I kind of admire Fields’ commitment to not winning via passing game.
Yesterday the Browns were starting one of those dudes Franchise Mode makes up when you get a few seasons deep, 90% of his passes were total ducks that his receivers had to bail him out on, and I’m still not sure if he was the worst QB in the game.
When AG says he’s not announcing a QB he means he doesn’t know which Justin fields will be showing up

Think about it this way. Joe Flacco got benched by the Browns. He took the blame. He goes the the Bengals and all of sudden he’s putting up 30+ per game.
Fields is broken. If Glenn can’t see that it is very alarming.
