Here’s every player who has played more than 15 minutes with Jordan Poole this season so far
November 10, 2025
The season is still in the early stages and samples are small, but it's simply unbelievable the negative impact that Jordan Poole has had on Pelicans lineups so far.
Here's to hoping it turns around after he gets back from injury.

The way so many people were talking about Poole around here after the trade was insane. Y’all earned this
Poole has and will always be a ball hog.
Hawkins has played minutes in ALL of the wins this season and Poole HASN’T. Hawkins is a better player!
Herb is one of those players that can be a positive even when you lose by 20. The fact that he was a negative was telling
Where are the Poole truthers now lol. Poole is the ultimate example of an empty stats guy
The Looney stat is kind of an outlier. The amounts with Fears and Alvarado shouldn’t be great because those 2 are smaller than Poole. Queen is just a rookie, so I’m not sure if they play that often. My major complaint is the numbers with the starters Herb, Trey and Zion. I’ve always said that he needs to be the 3rd option when he’s on the floor with them. Herb can hopefully assist with the defensive deficiencies. Poole should be setting up Zion and Trey primarily. He then should shoot if they are able to suck in a defender or as a last resort. But Poole is going to jack up a contested 3 and like it!!!! Poole has been unserious since he went to Washington and he has no commitment to defense. CJ shot way better last year, but he did shoot more because he was miscast as a PG. Now, we’ve got a 6th man/gunner with $30M more guaranteed next season. Fears hasn’t played 10 games and it is nearly undisputed he’s a better overall player than Poole. Maddening I tell you.
People liked the trade. Sad.
Poole is terrible, except that three times a month he can give you 30.
He’s not a winning player. He’ll lose ya games chucking up bs
GS fan here. While JP was huge in the 2022 finals, it might have been the worst thing that could have happened to his ego. He’s never improved past that season and part of it seems like after being so big that year he convinced himself he didn’t need to, not realizing what playing next to Steph does. He takes terrible shots, turns the ball over and plays like he has the greenest of lights always.
Poole has been bad. He is not someone you want making decisions with the ball. When he gets back from injury, they need to make him an off ball player. He can be useful offensively running off Queen DHOs.
