  13. Vrabel lucked out that nobody wants Josh McDaniels anymore if Vrabel had to hire anyone else that team would be 3-6. Ill take hiring a new coach every year and waiting for it to stick then hands on his knees/vest combo shaking his head every play while we lose 16-13 with Todd downing/ Dennis kelly calling plays

    You want it to go away? It’s not going away anytime soon. If the Titans are being discussed nationally it’s for 2 reasons, 1 the potential for a second consecutive number one overall pick or 2, how stupid we look for firing a coach who took us to the AFC championship and then a number 1 overall seed with the most injuries in history, to fire that coach and watch him take his new team to the point where after just 10 games they are tied for the best record in the NFL.

    You can not like it. You can act like a 7 year old and call people names. It doesn’t matter, it’s legit something that is related to the Titans worthy of discussion.

  17. He was fired because he wouldn’t adapt the offense after circling the drain his last two seasons here and already looking ahead to the New England job. He inherits a top young QB and Josh McDaniels as OC and a ton of cap room to go spend on guys. 

    Hopefully the Titans follow the same path this offseason with an actual good hire for a HC and hit on their off-season targets.

  30. The fact he’s 8-2 with another team in his first season? We did not have a head coach problem… we need to recognize as a fan base that personnel has been a problem for years. The players love him. They play hard for him. He understands situational football. You can’t convince me we didn’t make a mistake. I think we blamed our failures on the wrong person.

  33. He is gone, he needed to be gone. The people hired didn’t work out, doesn’t make getting rid of him the wrong choice. Him doing well for another team didn’t mean he would do well with us either. Fact, he was demanding more control and more power even though he was there slamming the window shut
