I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. I love Bryce Young as a human. Other than size, he’s exactly what you want in a QB – he works hard, great leader, humble, locker room loves him, first in and last out kind of guy. He does everything the right way.
He’s just not good at NFL Football and I don’t think he’s ever going to be.
He was fine against the Cowboys, didn’t really have any complaints that game. Dolphins, Cardinals, Jags, he actively hurt the team a ton though.
Falcons game he didn’t have to do anything, GB we could have won with Rico playing wildcat all day, Patriots game was a special teams blunder, but he didn’t really do much there either.
Folks will want 250+ yards and deep shots next week, yet pass rush is about the only thing ATL does well.
If Canales/Bryce force the issue, I’m guessing we’ll see about 5 sacks and another 140 yard game. Add in an int or sack fumble and the spiral will get worse. 😔

Can we please stop this? We know Bryce isn’t the long-term answer at this point. I was team “give him a chance” and he hasn’t taken that chance. We don’t need 50 posts a day showing box score stats… we can all find and read a box score

Just to reinforce this, as total yards are not everything and passer efficiency is way more important –
Go to football reference and look at 2025 NFL passing stats. You can sort columns -sort them by ANY/A, Rating, QBR, Y/C, Int%, or just about any stat.
When your QB is bottom 5 in the league in almost every important passing metric, but your Oline and Run game are playing well it’s quite telling.
No team is winning shit with a qb who gets 3000 yards passing and 20 turnovers in a season unless you’re the 2000 ravens. No amount of saying “you don’t know ball” or “stats don’t tell the whole story” can refute that.
I love how all NFL team subs have a group of people that think they could beat an NFL GM at decision making for a roster or know better than a head coach with 15+ years of experience.
Bryce definitely needs to go. However, these topics are so funny to me.
