2. We also shot 60+ 3s compared to their 30 3s.

   Yes the refs whistle was bad. They blew it wayyyyy too much. Ticky tack fouls. But the free throw disparity wouldn’t have been as bad if we didn’t just jack up 3s the whole game . We settled for 3s and then played with our hands on defense instead of playing with our feet. I hardly saw anybody’s hands up on defense either . Oh yeah and Kenny if you don’t pick up all those techs and our team shot a better percentage at the free throw line with the free throws we already had we would probably have won the game anyways . The heat shot nearly 90% from the line and we shot 70%. It’s the little things that cost you games

3. Yup no way the heat without Bam and Herro are putting up 120+ on us without help from the refs

4. The third quarter was unacceptable from the officials. Touch fouls on the Cavs every possession while Miami wasn’t being called for anything. The FT total was 13-15 and then next thing you know it’s 15-32 over a 6 minute span.

   Obviously the Cavs could have executed better, but at the end of the day, you cannot win games that are officiated like this. Miami’s entire game plan became just run into a defender to get free throws. The NBA has ZERO accountability for the officials.

5. Maybe instead of just blaming the refs, what about our main guy shooting Cade splits while not dropping 30, or the settling for a shot to try to win a game off the rebound with a timeout. OR playing better defense and communicating on the inbound play.

6. I find pointing to the free throw disparity without further context to be the most annoying complaint from coaches and fans. I admittedly didn’t watch the game and it’s quite possible the refs were indeed terrible. But it’s also not their job to balance out the free throws if one team is fouling incessantly.
