  1. This is actually pretty interesting considering the reports that he and Preller don’t get along, and that neither Melvin nor Shildt were Preller’s decision.

  2. It should be AJs Decision. Greupner is a Business Guy not Baseball Ops. He took credit for the Trade Deadline and now he has this attitude. Shady

I’m hoping that this is the “Golden Child” we’ve been looking for to take us to that Land of lifting a WS trophy soon, but I say this cautiously because Stammen may also be the to finally drop the guillotine on AJ Preller’s neat/style no hair out of place BIG Head. and send him looking for another GM job.

    I don’t wish bad on anyone and this one is no different, we’ve seen several 1st year managers take their teams to the Golden land. But SD hasn’t been one..
