[Goldman] Former Chiefs S Juan Thornhill (Steelers) cleared waivers. He’s now a free agent. Worth noting that Kansas City isn’t full on veteran eligibility on the practice squad if they wanted to bring him back.

I know he coming
Spags didn’t want him before why would he now
All the chiefs ever do is bring back used up players no other team wants, so let’s go get our guy!
I don’t see that as an area of need
I was just thinking about this man over the weekend. Bring him home
I’ve been keeping tabs since he left to Cleveland. Unfortunately, he was immediately washed after leaving us and has remained so. That ACL injury really effed up ahis career. He was one of my favorites as a rookie!
Always down for a CHIEF to ride the practice squad to a ring. Wouldn’t expect anything if it happens.
And we wonder why we are 5-4.
This is something Veach would do. He’s done a lot of good but he has too much of a soft spot for former players.
Hey! Let’s add a safety to the practice squad. Oh boy!!
Thornhill’s greatest strength was being a rangy, centerfielder-type free safety. I’ve heard that it looks like he’s lost a step since his most recent injury. I wouldn’t mind working him out since Spags apparently didn’t trust Jaden Hicks to cover the Bills’ TEs but I don’t think he has much to offer unless they see him as upgrade from current PS insurance-policy Mike Edwards.
