NHL Highlights | Sharks vs. Wild | November 11, 2025

Uh both teams uh won four of their last five.
Excited to get this thing rolling. Let’s do it. Starting lineups are brought to you by
American Express. And you see the lines in pairs at the bottom of your screen. 85. The big
fella on the back end is Dilia Eurovv centering the fourth line. Whipped it off. A shot comes
in and fought off by Ascarov on the shot from Z. Here’s Baldi drifting in. Pulls back. Baldi
still with it. Scanning along the goal line. Caprio had it kicked out by Ascarov. Retrieved by
the Wild by Juel Erikson Ek. Zucarella out high scanning a wrist looking for a tip from Erikson
at high on the puck retrieval. Here is Spurgeon. 20 seconds to go. Kicked in pass intended for
Capri off. Good lead there by Barkley Goodro. Sharks trying to fish it out. Capri off works
it deep. Baldi in behind. Sucarel looking for Erikson X and it hopped away from him. Final 5
seconds. Here is Spurgeon for Erikson X. Drifting in with a shot. Rebound popped out. The Sharks
clear and get a kill with Clingberg out of the box. What a great job by San Jose there. Just
just holding it in. They’re tired. You can’t do your usual pressure routes. They’re holding
the the interior of the ice and trying to keep away all the the top chances. Well, down on
the entry and hit Strosa was thwarted there. seeing through the slot. Hennis Rosa. He’s not
the biggest guy, but he’s got a lot of speed and he’s very hard to handle when he can round round
the zone and and get shot at traffic in front from Tapuli who fights for it here against Uric Smith.
Shoved one back in the direction of Ekan. Smith along the wall finds Celibbrini. Moved it. Ekan
down in front stopped and covered by Gustoson. That was great puck movement down there from the
corner. Uh Minnesota a little bit running around trying to get the puck stopped and Rainy almost on
a no look pass and then move it down. We actually saw him working on this this morning on that
low steam pass. That’s a foley. Jeff Skinner tried to turn it back but grabbed and carried up
ice by Johansson on the entry short-handed fires one at the mid of Ascarov and gobbled up by San
Jose in the final 10 seconds of this power play. And Johansson springs to it, uses Erikson E and
the Wild can’t exit the zone. Here’s Ty Dandria with a rooster up high on Philip Gustoson.
Popped into the air in the corner trying to settle with a hesitation on Bou who rides him in
behind. Dropped off, set up a one-time. Clingberg had it kicked out as it was partially blocked on
the way in and Gustiffson hung with it. Wenberg worked it deep for Eklan. Back to the line. Here
is Cllingberg. A wister is gloved by Gustoson said he is dragging guys into the fight. Compared
him to Sydney Crosby in terms of his work ethic. I know that’s something you’ve heard as well from
folks. Yeah, and I I asked him trying to sidestep trouble. Turnover force tren with a shot. Fourth
line for Minnesota. Continues to have good shift for the next lineup. You see here, this all starts
on the forche. Fino getting in there and then just going right to the net. And what that does is
that sets up the next the next line. You see Erikson next line coming out here. Here’s Alex
Weber. Super smart. Top six center. He gets it back in the circle. Feeds it back. Deard. And that
one blockered away by Gustoson. Dickinson steers one around to the half wall on the near side.
Weber got checked and Minnesota able to get to center ice. Hartman snapped one on for Henrosza
and a clock save. Ascarov play on Marco Rossi. Kurishette japped one along for Ecklund getting
away from Boo. Eklan 23-year-old former top 10 pick. Got it to Wenberg. Wenberg feeds it. A
shot came in and Gustin got a piece of that. He collided with Mulan. Ascarov tried to elude
Baldi. Ascarov kicks it out as Erikson flung it toward the net. Johansson for Baldi. Tried
to tap in front. He wanted Erikson at Urraek spun one back in behind for Baldi. Baldi as a
stick goes back to Luke Mullan and a one-time set up there for Ura center. ESPN bet is the
sports book for sports fans and an official partner of the NHL. To landria center worked it
across towards Skinner and that was kept out. Nice little play there. Pressured there
by Ferraro. Kept possession back to the line. Booya moved it off. Here is Zukarella
turning away from Dear. Zukarelloo service on a gorgeous fe in this lineup. He’s a man
that doesn’t need to use a lot of speed to create passing lanes. Reminds me a little bit
of Backstrom, the way he would work the half ball. Here he is. And he’s watch him just with
his eyes work the work the penalty kills and opening up this low lane. And then man, what an
absolute release to get that short side on the top corner. Baldi making a name for himself. All
of last season on the power play on the entry. Tough one back for Zukarella who knocks one to
the line. Rossi there one timer. Rebound popped out toward Caprio in that game as well just
over two weeks ago. Off the face off handed back to the point for Dickinson. They are
for William Eckan trying to turn on Hunt. Ekan with a shot looking for the tip from
Phil Kersev. Kenyan in behind. He turns it over. Weber shoots and a save made by Gustin.
See if we can get a little look at that here. Turn over. Just before that, we get a shot on
that as they come around again. Another turnover. This is how you turn the tide. This little
little rock favor goes ring wide connecting with Trent on a wrapound bid. Asarov diving
all over the place. Booyah. A shot. And that one somehow stayed out. Starts with a neutral
zone. Nice little test play here. Sharks shot off the far side and he comes back. Really good
chance and then off. Couple really good chances and the iron unkind to Zuya. Broin pinching down
the wall for Minnesota team looking for more. Baldi stepped on the wrapound on the back hand.
Zucarella with Bararo down to knee. Zukarella whips one off for Capri off. Boo wines. PY
on the one-time stopped by Asteroth. Shots in this in the same area. You almost got to play
almost a little bit of a mind game. Kind of like a shootout if you’re going more than once. Right
there. You see him go low glove trying to catch Ascarov sliding a little bit more to his blocker
side and protect the center. Erikson jockeying for it against the 19-year-old former 11th
overall pick and Dickinson. Hold it wiped away. Toledo back door looking for Spartan. Crowd is
activated in St. Paul. Fresh legs coming here with Capri off over the boards. A shot.
A rebound is L. Tapped out by Ascarov. And a scramble. Ascarov. He’s the only one keeping
them in. Zukarelloo with the patience. Works it off for Baldi. Back to Zukarelloo. Baldi circles,
centers, and a save made. Ascarov on Erikson. Matt Baldi in company on the power play. Yeah, this
is one of those moments where San Jose is kind of sitting back. Here is William on the back
with a wave kicked out by Ascarov. Bam on the retrieval. Wenberg ready to emerge. Capri off is
stopped. Ferraro played catch with Eman trying to spin away from a diving. Boo. Ekan darting in
and covered by Gustoson. As the fourth lad heads off on a change for San Jose walks in, pulls up
on Clingberg. Rossi net for a tip by Zukarel. Watch Zukarella all by himself. Here’s Ekan on the turn. Emanuing in Kurishv joins
Kurishv. He is stopped by Justin. looked like he got jammed on
that tip there a little bit. Uh not with 71 on the ice. You can just give him
the puck and go to your spot. Ryan Warovski said to us this morning that Celibbrini is a lot
stronger than last year. Said he’s got a more step. celebrating across score right on Q.
He sets up Will Smith and we’re tied at one. Penalty kill neutral zone for check. Celebrate
coming through getting to the backside and then finding buddy Will Smith. It’s going to be so much
fun watching these two star players grow together. San Jose has a very very bright future
with this connection. Let’s colorfully said go. Captain on the back pedal was
boarded there by Smith along the wall. Johansson spun one for Baldi with
a shot turned aside by Ascarov. Here’s a great chance by Baldi here. He just
shut it off for Wberg moving in. He’s got Persia Wenberg. A shot and a save made. Favor
went diving as well. Seems to find a way to get into a scoring opportunity. Great play by Jojo
on the wall. And then Wenberg wrapound off his stick. Johansson trying to chip it back. Kept it
alive for Baldi. Final 5 seconds in the third. Baldi wiped it across. Favor drop and blocked and
tore. The Sharks keep it out. He called him his his defensive eraser, but he can make plays
on the other end, too. A nice block there. Celebrating moving in with grab across. Score. Mlin Magic
on the setup. And the Sharks win in overtime. Yes, we go to Celibbrini here. Look at him.
You You can tell You can tell he’s his legs are seasoned up a little bit. And what a good play.
You learn that as a little kid. Anytime you get a puck pass towards the back door, you only always
want to get the the defenseman sliding out of the way and then you can just slide it in the net here
on the back end. Minnesota played a great game. San Jose with a real flurry after that power
play goal and they find a way to get another win through the wickets from Mlin Celibbrraini
finding Colin Graph and San Jose’s got four overtime winners this year from four different
players and you said it there just seems

  1. Asky and Ned have both been locked in recently. The defense is still a work in progress, so goaltending is gonna be crucial for the Sharks to have success this season.

Maaaan, if only we'd landed Schaefer…

  2. Can't even get upset at Askarov for the goal. He played it very well but it was just perfectly sniped in the top corner. Nothing he could've done. Both him and Nedeljkovic have been lights out the past 9 games or so
