Hey @spurs @wemby , do not use your palm on shooting the ball, I followed the technique that Michael Jordan did on his tutorials and surprisingly it is so much effective like 95 to 98%, – – – here's the technique – – – > step 1. every day (if you can), hold the ball using your dominant hand by gripping it (no palm, just fingers pressing the ball tightly) and then, step 2. put it on the tip of your nose (between your eyes and tip of your nose just about 1 inch distance) but your head is facing upward 90 degrees Step3, roll the ball high as you can using three fingers, thumb, point and middle. the rest is supporting cast but don't use them when you roll the ball just the three fingers. step 4. you can also do it on your less dominant hands step 5. start with 5 counts, rest (it could be a lot of hours), 10 counts and repeat. >>> i tell you, anywhere on the court, your are unstoppable. just grip the ball and no palm.
