[Music] Let’s go, baby. Beat him up. Beat him up. Beat him up. Omar coming. Come on. Let’s go. Come on. Get out of here. [Music] [Applause] [Music] We deploy Wednesday night. Just thoughts for getting ready for Thursday night because really what it’s going to boil down to is who’s most rated play. Last week is last week. Not really worried about that. It’s a totally new week and it’s about going one and0 this week. Really like new season, new us. got to acknowledge where we’re at, but I love the outlook. Puts pressure on us, which I think we will be able to deliver on, but you know, it’s still business. It’s all business, man. I whatever it is, it’s like, let’s get locked in on this plan. Walk out that field, we’re like, damn, it took us forever to get to this game. Bring a mindn numbing execution, play after play to the table Thursday night because that’s what beats a team on Thursday. All right, it’s hard to get ready to play Thursday. how it compares to Sunday. It’s like the bear in the woods. I don’t have to outrun a bear. I just got to outrun you on Thursday night. I got to beat you up on Thursday night. I got to out execute you on Thursday night. I got to make you quit on Thursday night. Thursday night is the expectation that Lamar will be a go. Lamar is back. Head to Miami. Camera Jackson. Lamar’s back. So now here comes Lamar back. myself, but I know you remember my name. [Music] I know you talking. [Music] Feel like y’all can see the excitement everybody around. I mean, y’all are excited to see him out there. So, I can only imagine what y’all think we’ve been thinking. It’s very exciting having Lamar. Obviously, uh his name and his resume speaks for itself. You know, Lamar is our quarterback and and uh he’s our guy. So, having him out there is great. It’s exciting. extremely excited. Uh can’t wait to touch the grass with my guys, man. Been a while. Hey man, we’re thrilled to see you. You know, you’re you’re very good for our ratings. You do understand that, right? Uh I didn’t know that, but I appreciate it. Do you love the game as much now or more than you did at the beginning? I feel like I’m going always love the game the same. You know, I love it just as much as I did back then when I first started playing. Uh it’s the same. I love it just the same. what’s at stake. The only thing I can just try and quantify it for you because we all know you’ve just got to keep winning if you’re the Baltimore Ravens. Have to be great. They have to win. They have to begin the run because they have eliminated all of the margin for error. Give me a state of the team right now in your mind halfway through the season. I would say that the win Sunday probably energized us. We’re not satisfied by any means. Obviously, we still are two and five and um if I told you we’d be celebrating a win to get to two and five before the season in the locker room, then I think you’re lying. But, you know, that’s just the way the cards have been dealt this year and you know, we’ve dug ourselves in a hole and uh we got opportunity going forward to dig ourselves out of it. We’re going to be the team that’s waiting to play because we did this preparation, we go to work right now, but I’m not really worried about the run right now. I got to focus on Miami. You know, we can’t never overlook your opponent. So, we going to focus on those guys. Try to come out victorious. then move on the next week. We all know who we are and who we need to be uh play in and play out. Wiping the slate clean. Whatever happened in the past, let it stay in the past and let’s, you know, try to focus on, you know, one and0 every week from this point on. There’s a great line that I’ve heard, everyone likes to be noticed. Not everyone’s comfortable being watched. Lamar Jackson is the type of person who seems to have been born to be watched. Certain players are born to be under the brightest lights. I think you’ll see him be who he is. I mean, I think you’ll see him show up and show out, as the saying goes. He always seems to have another another five in his pocket. I don’t know. There’s it’s a bottomless well of excellence, which I think Ravens fans, I hope you guys enjoy it as much as you ought to because again, it’s it’s rare. [Music] Tonight we are at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, Florida, just north of Miami, just south of Fort Lauderdale. It is Thursday night football with the Ravens facing the Miami Dolphins. But here’s three things we got to do. You got to have great energy and you got to outen energize them. You got to and you got to start fast. And there’s only one way to do that. You pump the pads from the first net to the last. You execute. You communicate. And you control the tone of the battle for 60 minutes. You understand? Face plays in prime time forever, bro. Here we go. Dogs on two. One, two, three. It is the return of Lamar Jackson tonight. First game in the Atlanta for Lamar in a month. Calls tonight a do or die game coming off the first hamstring injury he ever had. and he wants to give his team every time he steps on that field that he is going to be the Lamar Jackson that we know and that he’s been throwing the ball extremely well throughout this whole year. First play to the left. Come on. Let’s go copy. Leave this one back. That’s right. Go get it. This so personal to me. We going to do what we need to do and make our dominance today. You feel me? Defense on three. 1 2 3. The defense started to string together some good games now. They’ve only given up 16.5 points a game for the last two weeks. Together, collectively, they’ve been playing really good football from minute one all the way through at the end of the game. Forced turnovers. Yeah. The Ravens two wins. They have interceptions. In their five losses, no forced turnovers. They’re clearly the difference maker for this defense. Jimmy, Ty, Jimmy, Ty, Ty, Jimmy. Everyone in this group is all we can have. You need to run. Get out there quarterback. Oh, protect the quarterback. Run the ball. Do your job. I was always told it’s never about what you say, but it’s about what you going to do with your action. And guess what? We’ll never get this opportunity back. We’ll never get this opportunity back. And what you going to put on the line for? We’ll never be together again in a circle like this. What are you willing to do for it? Put it all on the line. Hit them in the mouth from the first to the last. It’s all going to be all it ever be. Let’s go up three. 1 2 3. Usually you go black, please. You feeling a little spicy today? Let’s go. Thanks, man. So many Raven fans. Thanks, LJ. Lamar, I love you, bro. This is his home. And it’s the toughest turnaround in the NFL. You get three days of prep, no days off. Arguably the biggest challenge in the NFL is not just Thursday night, but Thursday night on the road. Hey, win on two. One, two. Never play. Great night. First night, great night. Hey, every night a great night, bro. You going to make this more special, though. Ravens have about as good a setup in the stands as you could ask for in the road in the NFL. I’m not exaggerating. 2/3 of the fans here tonight at Hard Rock are in purple jerseys. Here we go. Low. Go. Let’s set the tone. Set the tone. Set the tone. Oh, they want the ball. Oh, wow. Hey, second down and seven for Miami. Two in the shotgun. Fakes the inside hand off. Throws complete. Out to the 15. It’s coming down with a first down for Miami. Ball comes loose and the Ravens recover. A pile of Ravens heading inside the 10 yd line. It’s Ravens ball after Taj Washington made the catch. Alohi Gilman with a fumble recovery. Hell yeah. Low. Hell yeah. Hell yeah. Good boy, baby. That’s what God doing. They coming to you, baby. And now the Ravens will go for it on fourth and goal from the two. Ravens could not convert on a play action. What do you call here if you’re Todd Monk? I think you roll Lamar out of the pocket, give him an option to run past. Lamar rolls out to the right, throws quickly. Touchdown, Mark Andrews. And the Ravens grab their first lead of the night in South Florida. Hell yeah. L Hell yeah. Yeah. Hey, Mark. Hell yeah, Mark. I’m talking about right here. Keep going. Tough. Hold them three times and give them a tug on fourth down. That’ll break your spirit. They’re petrified of you. So, if you can if you can hold your blitzes as much as you can, like you’re not, that’ll help you and it’ll help me. But there’s something to think about. [Music] Power eye formation gives to H out. He’s drilled and dropped for a loss in the back field. Tremendous play coming off the edge as Kyle Hamilton just blew up that play on the outside. Hey, what did I say? Hold that K Sua with Gordon and Han in the back field. takes the snap. Whistled and flagged prior to the snap as the Dolphins jump the snap count. Bailey, you move. He was looking at Vanoi coming across. Vanoi kind of dived in. I would say with with the Ravens fans, it maybe got a little muffled uh with my cadence and and you know the crowd noise. Do I get points for making them scared? Do I get points for making them scared? 35 yd try for Riley Patterson and the kick is no good and the Dolphins go down the field and net no points. Come on, baby. Come on. Let’s go. Takes the snap. Pocket collapsing. He’s hit escape. Throws complete. Isaiah Lake Dolphins 30 25. He’s taken out of bounds inside the Miami 25 yd line. has just a six sense about him of getting out of that traffic and finding the open receiver. Play clock at one. Lamar takes the snap. Deep drop, lofts it from the 10. Caught. Andrews in. Touchdown Ravens. Two for two for Mark Andrews. And the rust is gone for Lamar Jackson. That was a beautiful throw. This Ravens offense has something going on tonight in Miami. That’s how you feel. That’s how you feel. He was man who did Sean. Oh my god. I had to throw behind Jack. I thought behind Jack Jack cuz he was like this like I don’t know how you see blue eyes. Ravens have limited Miami to three field goal tries so far in the first half. The Dolphins offense has stayed on the field. They’re now whittling away at the clock. Miami after that return and after the penalty. Huge opportunity here to get right back into this game. Hey, right here. He’s coming back. The Dolphins looking at a third down and two. Given to Han left side, tripped up and taken down. He loses a yard. Mike McDaniel, the Dolphins head coach, keeping his offense on the field. The biggest play so far in the first half for Miami’s offense and the Ravens defense. Hey, here we go. Get in close. Hey, right here. right here. Get in close, Nate. Hey, situ Hey, situation football right here. Situation football. This is where games are won. No deep safety. Blitz coming to a lost ball. Back of the end zone. Incomplete. He was looking for Han. Great coverage by Kyle Hamilton. And the Ravens take over on downs. Oh, what a stop by the defense in the red zone. [Applause] I think he threw the ball a little bit prematurely, but for the Ravens, great job. Kyle Hamilton did a great job of coverage. There we go. And the Dolphin fans are none too pleased, but the Ravens fans happy to see the Ravens take off in the locker room at halftime, leading the Miami Dolphins 14-6. The Dolphins won the opening coin toss but elected to receive. You don’t hear that every night. So that means the Ravens get the ball first here in the second half. And Rod with a 146 lead. You get the feeling if the Ravens can open with a touchdown drive, the Dolphins might check out. I haven’t seen Lamar really get out of the pocket. So the question is how strong is that hamstring? How much confidence does he have in that hamstring right now? On third down and six, Lamar in the shotgun. Dolphins bring blitz pressure. Lamar steps up. Pocket collapsing. He’s going to run cross the 40. 45 tripped up and he tumbles down at midfield. But a first down Ravens as Lamar Jackson on his legs extends the drive. Well, it felt good enough there to get the first down. And a great play call by Todd Monin to neutralize the blitz for Miami. They don’t like he throws contact so well. Yeah, he plays big. looking for an opening drive touchdown to start the second half. The Ravens came in at 2-5, the Dolphins at 2 and six. Both teams trying to beat the long odds. Both teams trying to become 1enters. First and goal from the Miami three. Lamar to throw, lob to the end zone. It’s a trio of tight end touchdowns as Charlie Kohler comes up with a touchdown catch for a second week in a row. Same play. Watch out. You good? Good job. Great job. Way to go. Make a play. Oh, that’s that old crap throwback. You roll out the tight end act like he’s blocking. He blocks and he goes back across the field. The best play calling all year I’ve seen from the Ravens. That was a spectacular drive. I don’t know if Coler intentionally tried to lose his balance, but it added to him trying to kind of hide from the defense. He’ll kind of go down. Maybe he lost his footing there. Just elite athleticism. Um, no, I’m just kidding. I almost fell cuz I almost fell. It’s kind of embarrassing, but uh it kind of worked. Honestly, I think they kind of dropped me. So, I might do it on purpose next time. It kind of worked. They do the same way. Good. Hey. Hey, bro. When we uh last week, last week uh I told my boss like Snoop was starting. She’s like, “Don’t tell him.” That’s my favorite touchdown anymore, bro. You don’t understand. Nice ball. So good. It’s going to be only Ravens fans here in the second half if the Ravens keep it up at this pace. Who would drop the throw on first down? Looking over the middle, pocket collapsing. He is sucked as Brett Urban gets to the Dolphins quarterback first and the Ravens fans are delighted. [Music] Boy, do a little something, man. Come on. Yeah. Let’s go, man. Yeah. I just pranking I didn’t do the I didn’t do the Halloween. Let’s go, man. That’s what I’m talking about. Hey, good job. Good job. Get off the block. That’s what I’m talking about. Yeah, man. You go for the Blue Jays, baby. Now you sir up, get on that run, man. Appreciate you. That’s what I’m talking about. That’s how I come my wife. Put hands on there. That’s how you put hands on somebody. That’s what I’m talking about, man. Bruce Lamar rolls to the right, sets his feet going deep far sideline. He’s got a man. He’s got him at the 15 and all the way down to the Miami 10 yd line is Z Flowers as the Ravens South Florida connection comes through again. This time for 38 yds. Lamar Jackson throws a dart as the Ravens are putting their foot on the pedal now. And they’re starting to wear out the Dolphins off the play fake. Lamar escaping the pocket, slings it to the end zone. Touchdown Ravens. And this time it’s a receiver, Rashad Baitman. [Applause] Game’s not over. Game’s not over. And Lamar Jackson almost tonight just has felt like he eased himself into this game and in his second half has gotten back more comfortable and in complete command to this Ravens offense. That’s all you got to do. I told you. I told you. I told him, bro. Something light. Something light. Something light. It look like you look fast. I I slowed down cuz when I caught that I’m looking at the ball and I see him. I’m like, “Oh, I got him.” Bro, the cut gave him time to I like got him broke. Oh, I said, “I got one at the crib. Come here.” And what a fun night for Lamar Jackson and Z Flower. Two guys who grew up not far from this stadium. Two guys who are thought of very highly in South Florida. Lamar’s a legend. And Ze Flowers isn’t too far behind him. Yeah, he got that down. Got thorns. Always throw five or better. That boy the real Michael Jackson make every [Music] special team. Oh, he hit a back flip. He tripping. Hey, he tripping. hit a back flip. Oh, he tripping. Oh man. He’s crazy. He crazy, bro. They hit a back flip on the middle of the field, bro. Oh, that was a little crazy. We’ll take it though. We’ll take We need that. Yeah, we’ll take it. I did it, but my one arm went way too far up. So, I went and jump like my arm went too far. I can hit that. Don’t Don’t unless you got all your energy. Hell no. I love you, too. I know. Crowd starting to thin out on the Dolphin side of the field, but it is packed in purple on the Ravens side of the field as the Ravens fans are having a party tonight in South Florida. And this is where if you’re on defense, it’s time to hunt, right? It really is. Ball out. One thing I wanted to know. If you ready, steady line up. [Music] This defense is starting to come together here. Three weeks in a row. Limiting the opponent. [Music] [Applause] [Music] Fires over the middle. Almost intercepted, batted down by Rocoan Smith and he’s going to kick himself when he sees the film because he could have easily picked that ball off. The Ravens with two sacks and one forced turnover. Keep that trend going and you keep this night very much in the right direction. If you say, “Oh yeah, holler back when it go.” If you say, “Oh yeah, holler back when it go.” If you would say, “Oh yeah, I’m back when he go.” Two from under center. End around handoff. Malik Wilson. And Wilson was taken down. Great pursuit by the Ravens defense. Ball has come loose. Ball came loose and the Ravens have recovered. The Ravens have recovered. Malik Wilson with a fumble at the end of the run and the Ravens come up with it. Marlon Humphrey with a fumble recovery. Oh, fireball. And the defense is doing an amazing job tonight as they’re winning the turnover battle. Oh, that ball’s out. That’s player ball. That’s player ball. So you now that’s how all my boys come out. Somebody else really hit him. I’m just see what happened. I dropped the pick. going out. So now the Ravens with a 28-6 lead have made the Dolphins offense one-dimensional. And Rod, you can almost feel the energy in the Ravens defensive secondary for the pick that is coming up next. Who on second down drops the throw, sets his feet going deep. He’s got a man at the 20 yd line and it’s picked off. Malachi Stark pulls it down and the rookie with his first NFL interception returns it to the 45 yd line. And with 630 left to play in Miami, the haze in the barn, Malachi Starks, the Ravens first round draft pick who has been so impressive since day one of training camp. You’ve been waiting for him to make that play where he starts to really separate himself from the crowd. There, there it is. And those are the type of plays you want your young players to keep being comfortable of doing. First amendment first go in the building. Hey. Hey. Is my car knows boy lucky? Every time I play I got easy time. Hey, just call me over three times. That’s all from the room. I don’t count. You only the only one that got one. Kerb, I haven’t gave you no love yet. Kirby, come here. Happy for you. First one. Appreciate you. You saved it, right? I I tried to. He took it. I I’ll bring it over here though. Oh, okay. Okay. All right. I was going to try to take over. Congrats. Way to lead the truth. Get the booze ready. You know what I’m saying? Hello. Happy to have you, man. Thank you. Hopefully you’re having fun now. Yeah. now. Yeah. So, what’s up? They try you and you you want to hold people, man. Hold them. I read the route. He He read the route. So, he could have picked it, huh? He read the route better than I know, but he could have picked it. I got I know, but you could have picked it. I know. If you wanted to be great, you would have I need three. I’m greedy. I wanted to kind of get one. Okay. boy. We went for three and five. Yes, sir. Thank you, baby. Let’s go ride. And there it is, the final snap of the game as the players converge on the field. Our final score, the Ravens over the Miami Dolphins tonight, 28-6. Dangerous team, very one week at a time to focus for the Ravens team. But all of a sudden, these weeks are starting to look like the Ravens team most people expected at the start of the season. Yeah. That was so nice. How you doing? Love you, brother. Love you, too. Proud of you. Thank you, bro. Regardless of this proud, man, you’re appreciate with the baby wifey, dude. Yeah. How’s your kids? Good. Six and three. Where you at now? So, we only got two right now, but it’s three and one. Let’s go. Let’s go. You know what it is, though? Yeah. I’ll hit you up. Love you, too, dude. I got to get one of your jerseys whenever you Okay. Don’t worry, man. You do it whenever you can. I appreciate it. Thank you. What up, homie? Congratulations. You’re doing all right. Thank you. Yeah, I’m all right. Everything good. Bless, bro. It’s good to see you out, though. Still trying. You playing on there as always? Cuz I got to figure out what to do with you. But I know. I know. I kept getting chipped by all the running backs. I was like, “Oh, student must have told them. We homie. Yeah, you were close all night, man. I know. You know what? We got a lot to be thankful for, a lot to be grateful for, and we got to hold on to our humility. We got to hold on to our our faith. All right, man. Faith and guts. You got to have both. You got to have belief and you got to be tough, man. That was courageous. That was heroic. That’s just who That’s what it is, though. Because that’s who you are. Stay grounded, man. Keep your faith. Let’s keep rolling. Charlie. Charlie, do a touchdown pass. Charlie, run for touchdown pass. How about three turnovers by the defense? All right. Three turnovers. Yeah. You said it was going to happen. Punches. Number 12. Aloe Gilman cause fumble and recovered fumble. We got them both. How about Marlin Humphrey cause fumble and recovered fumble. So who for Louis who for Marlin and how about Malachi starts it. Who for Malachi number 89 Mark Andrews had had a few of these. Mark Andrews do for Mark Andrews. Urban Urban. [Applause] That’s Herb’s first sack since 12 253. Yeah. Who? Haha. Travis Jones. Career high. We’ve been waiting for this day. Grab career high six tackles. Who for Travis Jones? I mean, it just keeps coming. Derrick Henry over 12,000 rushing yards for his career. 17th 17th in history. Who Derrick Henry? Quarterback. Lamar Jackson. 18 of 23, 204 yds, four touchdown passes. quarterback rating of 143.9. Yeah, that’s that’s a big that’s a big giant hoo- on for Lamar Jackson. Defense. Defense. Three and three in the red zone, man. Defense. Three and three in the red zone. Okay. Three and three in the red zone. Six points. All right. How about a big ha for the defense? Defense. Offense. Three of three on the goal line. How about hooah for the offense? Offense. All right, bring it up in here. Close. I ain’t got nothing to say, man. Got to keep executing. Uh, keep grinding, man. Stay locked in. Got a lot of games to win. That’s it, man. Hey, Fam on two. One, two.
Step inside the Ravens’ 28-6 win over the Miami Dolphins on ‘Thursday Night Football,’ featuring four touchdowns in Lamar Jackson’s return and mic’d up Kyle Van Noy.

Iβve never liked the βLamar Jackson / Omar Littleβ comparison. Sure, Omar was a compelling character and an effective narrative device, but he was still a rat, a criminal, and a murderer. Lamar represents the exact opposite: discipline, leadership, excellence, and the transformation of a franchise. The comparison oversimplifies who he is and what he means to this team. Lamar and Omar have absolutely nothing in common. Itβs lazy and reductive to keep associating the two simply because Baltimore doesnβt have much else in terms of national notoriety.
That intro is insane ππππ₯π₯π₯
29:05 Lamar ainβt lying
