Knicks STAY HOT! 5th Straight Win Behind Brunson’s Double-Double 🗽 | KFTV Reacts

The Knicks get win number five in a row at the Garden with a 133 to 120 win over the Memphis Grizzlies. The story for me in this one was the Knicks defense because for most of the game, the Knicks defense was ferocious. They were aggressive in the passing lanes, excellent gap defense, forced 22 Memphis turnovers and scored 33 points off of those turnovers. Now, Memphis did make it interesting. They would cut the lead down to 12 with a fourth quarter run. Knicks got a little bit sloppy, but in the end, Captain Clutch, Jaylen Brunson delivered with a big three and the Knicks were able to seal the deal with key free throws. Speaking of Jaylen Brunson, Captain Clutch was phenomenal tonight with 32 points and 10 assists. A double double for the captain. He was in his bag from beginning to end. For the Knicks, this is their third straight game scoring over 130 points, a franchise record, five games in a row with 30 assists or more.   5. So happy this is working out so far. I was happy with the Tibbs firing cause i always knew he was more of a regular season coach, but not a post season coach. He consistently gets out coached in the post season. Now we are truly seeing all the talent this team has and all this great ball movement. Go Knicks!

  13. Mike brown is the regular season coach. An offensive assistant at best. The players he’s coaching don’t need a coach at this point in their career. They’ve only beaten bum teams.

  15. The win was nice, but the defense let up and gave up a TON of open 3's late.

    Memphis has no business scoring 120 against this team if they are serious championship contenders.

  16. NOT HATING however many of Memphis' turnovers were unforced errors and the Knicks gave up 120 pts. There is LOTS to clean up on. If they can outmatch the Magic, that could be a more convincing win.
