  1. People who think the solution is to get rid of Sirianni are smoking crack. We need to get him a better OC, but the results speak for themselves.

Yes we’ve had a super talented team; but so have others, over the last 5 years are we more talented then the almost 3-peat Chiefs? The perennial Pre-season SB champions Bills/Ravens/Niners?

I’m not sure, but at some point we need to give the man his flowers as a Coach.

  2. He has the same Superbowl wins and Championship wins as Tomlin and the media loves to suck him off as the best coach ever

  3. Just a shame he gives his unqualified friends OC jobs and does nothing as they inevitably crash and burn

  4. I can’t believe McDermott has coasted these last 5 seasons in the sorriest division in football (which was flat-out handed to him a few times) while having possibly the best QB in the nfl and they haven’t even made a Super Bowl. 2 playoff wins against Lamar Jackson is the extent of their success

If they go one and done this year I don’t see how they keep him or Beane

  5. Honestly, I’m so done with Nick. I want a HC who actually DOES something like play call. This rinse and repeat OC shit will keep happening unless we change the HC.

  6. All luck and coincidence. He’s an idiot because he yells on the sideline. Even though he took over a 4-11 team with a 2nd round QB that people thought was over drafted.

  7. Is KOC being hard carried by their season last year on this chart?

It’s nuts to see him here when the Vikings seems to have just consistently accomplished nothing

  8. Interesting that McDermott, Tomlin and Lafleur were all legitimately on the hot seat at some point in the last few years.

  9. I trust Sirianni with this team. I think the guys like him, they’ve had incredible seasons led by him, and he would have to do something truly disgusting with this team for me to lose hope in him. He just NEEDS to get an offensive coordinator who can spell the ABC’s without a cheat sheet. Please.

  10. He’s also 5th on the ALL TIME head coaching win percentage list. The disrespect people are throwing his way is just a great litmus test to see who the mouth-breathers are.

  11. Howie Roseman is the MVP of this team every year. It’s a lot easier to win when you have the best GM in football. I think Nick is fine. He is good at some stuff and pisses me off at other times.

  12. All time in the SB era, it’s John Madden and Vince Lombardi just ahead of Sirianni in terms of winning percentage as a coach

  13. Idk why it took this graphic for me to really appreciate how brutal it is that AFC fans suffered through the entire Brady/Belichick dynasty just for Mahomes/Reid to immediately run it back lol
