Denver Broncos Waste NO TIME with Latest Signing…

Your Denver Broncos waste no time making moves and a brilliant one at that. We get a good update on the JK Dobbins situation with his injury and Patan can do push-ups and compared himself to Wolverine who heals fast. Does that mean he’s playing on Sunday? We’re breaking all that down and more in this video. If you’re new to the channel, I’m a diehard Denver Broncos fan named Ben. Helps me in the algorithm out a ton. If you like the Broncos, would you smash that like and subscribe button? So, uh, Broncos waste no time making moves here. And the first move here, which is just mind-blowing here, Lil Jordan Humphre is back in the building. The Broncos signed him off of the New York Giants practice squad. Uh again, any team could make an offer as long as you’re signing him to the 53 from the practice squad. And that’s really the risk a team takes when you put someone on the practice squad. Any other team can go out and poach them. So, if you take a look at Giants Twitter right now, all you’re seeing is why do we let that happen? Like, he’s played, he’s caught touchdowns for us. And I think this is a brilliant move for the Broncos. Uh there’s a lot of haters out there who are like, “Oh, we could have had Jaylen Wadd and instead we have little Jordan Humphre.” But you just got to remember like uh this dude is good and is nasty and is a fantastic receiver. And that’s probably the least of what he brings to this team. Uh never forget this, the last game of the season. Uh you know, when we bench Russell Wilson, just the the effort there that you see with him, it it’s wild and is always on display that this guy gives his all for this team. And we saw him again this year with the Giants and Jackson Dart scoring touchdowns. Gorgeous catch here from uh from Lil Jordan Humphrey. So obviously he he can score the ball. He can is great after the catch. Seeing him and the chemistry he had with Bo Knicks, this was in that Atlanta Falcons game. And we just haven’t seen guys being able to run after the catch like that. And truly that’s probably the least of what he brings to this team. Uh I think one of the biggest things that he brings to this team is definitely his screen game. Uh is is just absolutely wild here. not only him like catching screens uh which we’re going to see right here right where you just see him catch a screen against the Chiefs we have to play in just a couple of days here 8-0 Chiefs like he made some phenomenal plays there and then his ability as a blocker is crazy so as Brandon Perna points out here he is an underrated blocker I think he’s a huge step up from what we had in Trent Sherfield Trent Sherfield’s like a special teams all-star and so that’s what we were hoping and then we we thought he would be a great blocker but the screen game has the bane of our existence this year because it never seemed to work whereas last year it worked a lot better. So I think having him in there is going to be a huge difference just like Pera says big difference between this year and last year is Lil Jordan Humphre and so obviously you you had high hopes for Evan Ingram kind of filling in for him. We know last year that Lil Jordan Humphre was in on 50% of the snaps and uh so we thought Evan Ingram would step in and do that. I don’t know if it’s the back injury. I don’t know if it’s father time but he hasn’t hit the ceiling for what I think Evan Ingram still could hit. So, I feel like you have a sure thing here in Lil Jordan Humphre. Like, there was even talk this off seasonason like do you have little Jordan Humphre gain a bunch of pounds and have him play tight end. Um, and and so I I’m thrilled that he’s back and uh I think what we’re seeing here big Mike here said that what this is going to do is this is going to open up the screen game and we’ve had Pat Bryant in because he’s our bless blocking wide receiver. And so there’s been a lot of times you’ve had Pat Bryant in and he gets gassed because he’s blocking. Well, now if Jordan Humphre can be the the screen king and the blocker, I think that’s a phenomenal position for him to be. And I really don’t see him taking any snaps away from Courtland or Marvin or Troy Franklin or any of those guys. I think what you see is these Trent Sherfield snaps, the 21, he’s played up to 40% of the snaps in certain games this season. I see you taking uh those out that we already have the receipts. We know this worked last year. We saw him be productive. We see the Giants be upset that he’s gone and we got him for basically nothing having him here. So, I think that’s phenomenal. And then he’s a huge locker room fit. You heard Cland Sutton come out and just say, “That’s my dog.” And, you know, a lot of guys on this Broncos team loved Lil Jordan Humphre. You know, Shawn Payeyton loves him. So, I think that is is a phenomenal phenomenal move. We do get some u mixed news here when it comes to the injury front. So, we’re seeing first off Marvin Mims is definitely back out of concussion protocol. I think that’s going to be underrated and huge for this game against the Chiefs. And then the big news here is that JK Dobbins was not put on IR. He still could be put on IR up until Saturday. Um, but I think the fact that he hasn’t been on IR yet shows that the Broncos aren’t ready to lose him for the next five weeks because remember the this week would would count for one week. Next week the by-week doesn’t count. And so then you have him gone for the next three weeks. So hopefully that means he’s back much sooner than anyone had had thought or at least that he is back before that five weeks. Even if it’s just he’s back in 3 weeks. Uh that would be a phenomenal thing. We know one of the advantages is that yes, we we do have a bunch of guys on this injury report, but it’s like we have one game over that a 23-day span uh after, you know, we won seven games in a 39day span. So, the the schedule is truly wrapping up absolutely perfectly for us knowing that this is going to be one of the hardest games of the year and after that we get a by-week and then we’ve got a dinged up uh Commanders team who’s kind of phoned it in already. So, this is shaping up absolutely perfectly. Shawn Peyton came out and just gushed about R.J. Harvey said he’s built for the long haul and he’s just going to keep getting better. Uh and that also Jal Mclofflin is chomping at the bit to play as well. No talk today about uh activating Deuce Deuce Vaughn off of the practice squad which a lot of people had thought could happen. Bonick said that seeing RJ Harvey, even just in practice today, he had a phenomenal game and that um the more carries he has gotten in practice, the more confident he is and has said that he already saw RJ Harvey’s confidence go up and why wouldn’t he after like you’ve seen him as a pass catcher doing something like so elite like you know he’s got to have the wind at his back feeling like hey I know I can go out and do this. I’m getting in the end zone more than any other rookie running back and it’s not the conventional way like handing it off, but I know I can do that if I’m already doing this harder thing of like pass catching out of the back field. Of course, I can run. When I got Quinn Miner, it’s opening up gaping holes for me. So, I think that is phenomenal. Uh, and then just the whole vibe and and confidence here going into this game. Even though we’ve got a bunch of ding guys dinged up, so do the Chiefs. And they got mollywapped by a very bad defense that had Patrick Mahomes on his back the entire game. So, you just feel that confidence coming from Sean and he’s like, “Yes, this is a big game, but we’ll play in bigger games.” And that’s exactly what you want to hear that for us fans, this is like our Super Bowl. This is the the funnest game that I I’ve like can recall other than that Buffalo game last year. Uh cuz it’s like we are back. We are sitting at 8 and two. But this is just the start, guys. Like the Broncos are making a deep run in the playoffs. Even if uh we don’t pull out this game because of how banged up we are, I have no doubt that the Broncos are making a deep run in the playoffs. They’re truly playing against a team this week that is with their back all the way up to the corner. And I’m sure the Broncos kind of feel a little bit like they’re playing with house money that uh they’re now five-point underdogs here. According to some Vegas books, nobody’s expecting them to win. It’s going to be a phenomenal phenomenal matchup. Uh Broncos also make a move that I think does hurt the Chiefs. And you saw a couple Chiefs creators tweet out that uh because of signing Giron Christian, the Broncos were trying to get intel. uh Don Christian has bounced around a bunch of teams. He actually was part of one of the Chiefs teams that won a Super Bowl and they’re saying that the Broncos signing of him is just to intimidate Patrick Mahomes is one of the articles. Uh trying to intimidate Patrick Mahomes because we’re trying to learn from him. Uh just already the coping and then another headline the Broncos are trying to cheat by signing this guy and hear all all of their play calls. Bro, you beat us last year by a blocked field goal. We mollywpped you when you had your backups in. uh the year before we played you wildly tough and all we’ve done is got better. We aren’t signing guys to cheat on you and we never made that accusation last year when you signed Sam P. Ryan off of our practice squad. Uh so already the coping that you’re seeing here uh just not a good thing. I do think this does help the Broncos because uh the Chiefs have had some really weird issues right where their starting left tackle went awall still no one knows where he just disappeared to for three weeks of the season without telling Andy Reid. is he playing this week? And so there were some people in Chiefs kingdom saying that uh signing Geron Christian would be a good move for the Chiefs to have as a backup tackle. So I think Broncos getting him is very good news. And then the last thing, if Patrick Certan is back in this game, I am telling you, I’m selling my house and I’m I’m putting it all on the Broncos. My wife won’t let me, but I I would just my confidence level goes from like I’m at a seven out of 10 the Broncos are going to win. It takes me to a 10 out of 10. And on his podcast today, which he had Riley Moss on, amazing episode, he says right before this clip I’m going to play for you, he says, “I’m I got that Wolverine blood and that like Wolverine, the X-Men who did like healed himself and got better.” And he said, “I’m going to be back soon.” And then when you have a torn pectoral, what’s probably the hardest uh move you can do? It’s probably a push-up, right? And Terion Arnold, the Lions defensive back, says, “Can you do a push-up?” And Patan says, “I can do I can do a push-up. I can do a push-up.” Right? So like I and then at the end of this video where he has Riley Moss, he’s like uh yin and yang will be back soon. And so I think that would be the ultimate Shawn Peyton move uh going into this week is that the Chiefs are expecting us not to have the defensive player of the year. He did not practice today. Uh, but the Broncos don’t have to tell you when he pra like he could not practice all week or you just make him questionable and he comes in um like um and we’ve even heard Shawn Payeyton talk about that how I think it was a Demarcus Wear once. He said he was prepping as the Saints coach for a Dallas Cowboys team and Demarcus Wear was on the injury report all week. They hadn’t planned on him being back and he ran through the tunnel and he wre havoc on that entire game. And so I could see Shawn Payeyton wanting to do that knowing how effective that is. And uh it really would only be like a week ahead of schedule. And uh you know, I think if if you can just strap down one of his arms and not let him like lift his hand above his head, I obviously if he gets hurt again, that’s a nightmare scenario. But if he comes in off of the top rope and shocks the world and beats the Chiefs and kicks him out of the playoffs, oh my goodness, we’ll lose our ever loving minds. Broncos country, we got a little Jordan Humphre. JK Dobbins isn’t on IR. Pat might be back. We got a ton to believe in. Come on.

Denver Broncos just made a perfect move before the Kansas City Chiefs come to town in a game that has massive implications for the AFC West crown. Sean Payton signed ‘Lil Jordan Humphries to our 53 man roster and he’s expected to play against the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday. I think this is brilliant on a number of fronts. First off, he was wildly successful last season. He was in on 50% of the snaps last season. He’s a phenomenal screen catcher AND blocker. I think he and Marvin Mims make this offense even more explosive for Bo Nix even with the loss of JK Dobbins. JK Dobbins wasn’t put on the IR which leads me to think he won’t need to miss the next 5 weeks of action. Keeping him off the IR allows him to be on the sideline and helping the team. We also get a tease that Pat Surtain might have a little wolverine in him and he can already do a pushup which is a pretty great thing after a pectoral strain. Bo Nix is about to put up fireworks against the Kansas City Chiefs and we have a TON to BO-Lieve in!

  1. It would be great if surtain played. Truthfully I hope he doesn’t. Worst case he plays, gets re-injured, and we still lose. If he takes this game off he gets the bye off too and then comes back fully healthy for the rest of the season and the playoffs.

  2. The Broncos have a lot of offensive talent on this team but I do not know what the hell Sean is doing when it comes to utilizing them. Where is Jaleel McLaughlin? Whatever happened to him? Is he in Peyton's dog house or something? He can fly! Is Engram hurt? We got LJH back and I doubt he plays one snap. They've got a full blown speedster in Deuce Vaughn from Dallas over a month ago and yet he's sitting on the practice squad when he could be returning punts. I don't know what the hell Sean is trying to do.

  3. Nothing bigger of a game than playing in the Super Bowl. That's Payton's point. And to those dissing on Franklin getting more catches than Sutton is mainly because of the tight ass coverage on him. The best way to affect any QB's game is to take away his weapons. C'mon! This isn't rocket science!
