  1. His concussion symptoms always seem to linger longer than other players in the protocol.

  2. I think people need to be prepared for the possibility of Stroud missing the Bills game as well

  3. Our team is better, Mills is also better than Cam Ward. Only downside is CJ is not staying warm

  4. As expected. Whether or not there was a chance he could play this Sunday why rush him. I’m wondering depending on the Mills performance on Sunday if Stroud will sit out the Thursday night game against the Bills as well. Get him ready to return for the Colts the following Sunday.

  5. CJ never plays well in primetime and will now also be coming off a concussion and rusty vs the Bills. Great.

  6. I wonder if this is a way to save him for the Bills game. Just give him extra rest since it’s a Thursday night game.

  7. They still have 3 days to clear it. I’m thinking he will play.

To me, you don’t want him with almost 3 weeks off and then play on a short week. He needs some reps and to get in that rhythm again.

  8. I’m fine with him missing this one, although I’d like for him to have a “ramp up” game before the Buls.

Short week to Bills game. Really hope he’s at least back for that one.

  9. It was a brutal looking hit, the way his head slammed off the turf.

As much as I want to see the team win, CJ needs to take as long as necessary, season be damned. Health is far more important than winning a football game.

That goes for any player recovering from a concussion (or any other injury).
