Hmmm…. So scoring goals helps you win? And likewise, not scoring goals will have you lose? Top tier analysis.
So, a score 2 goal challenge then?
They should try scoring more then 1 goal more often
So scoring more goals helps your chances of winning??????
The only way a game ends by scoring 1 goal and winning is 1-0. Do you know how many games have been 1-0 this season? THREE. This is a garbage stat.
I thought this was nhl cj for a sec
I mean…what’s the record for other teams when they only score 1 goal? Seems likely it’s a very high proportion of losses as well
Now this is high level analysis
The moral of the story score more than one goal
Just have them play the Lightning all year. Guaranteed win. 🙄
That’s the least surprising, most self-explanatory stat I think I’ve ever seen.
I mean – yeah
Somebody in this thread should make a joke about how the rangers should score more goals.
Never would have guessed you win more games when you score more goals
This seemed pretty insane, then I thought about it more, and now it seems only slightly insane.
Yeah, try having their goalie as your starter in fantasy. 🤦🤦🤦
I was told Elias Petterson could score, want to trade for him?
If you think about it, this is not that strange…
1-0 games are mostly gone. This era of the NHL has brain melting levels of stick and puck control paired with absolutely bonkers trick shots once relegated to college and junior level hockey showing up on big reels. Also the bog standard forward skater has an acceleration and top speed equivalent to that of an Olympic runner.
I saw a stat that NO TEAM has ever won when scoring 0 goals in a game. 🤯
Crazy, right?
Teach us how to not blow leads haha. Seems like every time we score in the first we are either in OT or L
Who woulda guessed that in a game about scoring you lose when you don’t score much and you win when you score a lot?
If they scored about 6 goals every game they would probably win most games
Insane stats
And in other news, it’s distinctly wetter outside when it rains a lot instead of just a drizzle.
I would imagine most teams lose when scorung 1 goal or less….
