Also, seeing so many Pat's fans/Brady meat riders disrespect DB9 over the years is part of why Patriots are moreso my enemy team than the Falcons, as well as why it was such a gutpunch when we got screwed with the no call.

  5. He is right. Brees is not the second best of all time. He is the best. Give him Brady’s teams and no one would argue. Defense matters in rings. No QB can do it alone.

  6. Did this guy start watching football 5 years ago or something? The NFC south was extremely competitive throughout a ton of Brees’s career. The Cam Newton Panthers, Matt Ryan Falcons, Brady Bucs. Every team in the division has been to the Super Bowl at least once one the last 2 decades. The only other division to do the same is the NFC West, which Brees also faced regularly. We forgetting how awful the AFC South and East have been for the majority of the 21st century? Get real man lmao

  7. Worst division in football is a massive stretch. They had some down years, but the Bills, Jets, and Dolphins were barely in the playoffs from 2000-2020. Hell, if anything I’d say the AFC West was one of, if not the worst, division for the better part of 2 decades. They sure as hell never sent 3 teams in the same year to the postseason.

  8. In terms of accuracy, yards and completion percentage if brees wins a Superbowl that year which he probably would have, Saints had the best defense in the league in 18. Also putting up 35+ points a game he may be the best! Let’s be honest 18 was one of the worst Superbowls of my lifetime! Very low scoring! Brady is the goat because of rings not skill. Not taken anything from the guy he is a damn good game manager and a gunslinger!!! But brees is for sure better then the guys he named besides maybe Patty Mahomo dislike that guy very much he is just freakishly athletic!!!

  9. I have never met someone who wasn’t a Saints fan that thinks Brees is the goat. That being said, the NFC South was pretty goated back then though there were randomly some really bad teams. The Bucs in particular used to trade off seasons of being absolutely terrible and being decent

  10. Don’t remember specifics but Drew Brees never had a top 5 or 8 defense in his career and Tom Brady had like 8-10 top 10 defenses.. my numbers could be off and not taking anything from Brady but simply saying if DB had half the Patriots rosters throughout his career he’d have multiple rings
