A resilient start for the Orange & Black – Broadcaster Roundtable

After uh a couple of rough games at home at the end of that home stand against Toronto and Calgary, Rick Taget was pretty direct with his assessment of the lack of what he called will in those two games and boy they responded in the right way. To me that was a appropriate response um to have an effort the way they did uh and a character win and then follow it up with a good comeback in Nashville after a slow start. So to me, Rick Tockett’s move to do that, I think, gave him enough information about his group. What do we have here? The couple things are that this team is resilient. Obviously, they’ve had six come from behind wins and they’ve come from behind to get points what, five times already when trailing after two. That’s usually a full season’s worth of that. And they respond to their coach, which they did um in that game in Montreal. That’s certainly a trend. They’re resilient. This is a resilient bunch.

In the newest Broadcaster Roundtable, Timmy Saunders, Brian Boucher, Jim Jackson and Brian Smith break down a resilient start to the 2025-26 season for the Orange & Black.
